I stopped by this Starbucks over the weekend since it was across the street from where I was going to take my exam. I came around 7:30am so they were not busy at all and there were parking in front of the place. This Starbucks is in a big plaza so finding parking wont be an issue. I just got a plain bagel here with Creme chesse and ate it inside the store while waiting for my exam time. I saw that they have a mobile pickup area but they put your drink there so anyone can just take it so be aware of that. The inside of this Starbucks location isnt that big but they have a couple of tables and also outside seating if youre planning on staying there.

The staff was very friendly, and the service was very good. However, there was a problem with the drinks. I ordered two dragonfruit lemonade drinks, and honestly, I needed about a liter of water to dilute them. They had a bad taste, and it felt like they only put lemon juice and a bunch of dried fruit on top. I threw those drinks away.

I love this location. All the bad reviews are knit pickers. The baristas are always friendly, the food & drinks are always made with love. My husband & I feel at home especially when Ariel is at work. He’s the best!!!I would love it if all Starbucks installed a changing station in the restrooms :), but that doesn’t take away from how great this location is.

I went here yesterday around lunchtime and honestly, it was very chaotic. It took approximately 25 minutes for me to receive my coffee. People were crowded everywhere, waiting for their drinks. I dont think Ive even seen a Starbucks that was this busy before. I dont know if it was because of the location or the time of day OR BOTH! Just keep this is mind when going here during lunchtime!

They turned Wi-Fi off. First they said it broke down and waiting for a technician to come. A week later, no Wi-Fi. Not only they turned Wi-Fi off, they even lie about it. I used to come here with my kid all the time, but we don’t like how the company turned its back on his customers. We pay 6-7 dollars for a cup of coffee and this is what we get: no Wi-Fi, constant lies, dirty tables, dirty floor.Good bye Starbucks and hello clean coffee bean in the village!

I honestly don’t understand why it takes 20 minutes + to just get a double shot of espresso here when they are dead slow in the afternoon. You’re better off going to another coffee spot because the workers here in the afternoon don’t care either about the slow service they provide.

There is no reason for the A.c. to be on 60° between 5am-10am when it s still 60 outside. There is no way to focus on anything else other than being cold if I came to enjoy the cafe and get work done. There was a suggestive fix to just go and sit at the tables outside if 5am but its just as cold out therr as inside. Literally can turn them on around 9ish-10ish and make everyone a happier familywhen they scout your place.

Going to be honest I love coming here but today scared me. A homeless person kept asking me questions while I was eating inside. I might not come back here again. Did not feel safe they need to have security or something. Make sure ur with someone when coming here. Did not feel safe at all.

Every time I come to this location its a mess to pick up your mobile order.Placed a mobile order at 8:22amI arrived at 8:47 to pick it up.One of my items was gone. No one calls out names for the order, they just place the drinks there so anyone can grab as they please. No one supervises handing out orders.The young lady in charge of heating up the bakery items overheard me saying to another employee twice that one of my items is missing and refused to make another one. Arrived late to my appointment because of having to wait for one of my items that was gone.Need to be better organized and have someone in charge of handing out orders. Latte didnt taste right,was watered down and had a weird aftertaste and was cold because of waiting.

First time at this Starbucks, place was packed however their order system was well organized, the team members were friendly and the facility was clean. Everyone was wearing masks and practiced safe social distancing. I was definitely return! 👍😀

Coworker with long pink hair wont stop laughing, yelling, and cursing. They are extremely loud. They do this everytime I come in. Its driving out customers. Ive overheard other customers saying it was too loud and getting up to leave. And another woman literally has to cover her childs ears! I keep trying to give this location a chance, but I cant anymore. Very unprofessional.

It seems all Starbucks are known for their great products and great servers but this one has some really great people working here. Very lively and positive, especially Heather who went out of her way to make sure everything we needed was correct and we observed her syrpng work ethic as she was on top of other peoples orders as well. There are a lot of Starbucks in this area but were making this one our favorite for sure

Two other people ordered after me and got their drinks before I did. I simply ordered a late. When I asked the woman at the bar about my drink, she points at a drink on the table and asks ‘you can’t read the name?’ Nobody called my name, I patiently waited and when I ask about my drink, I am met with a bad attitude from the barista? This is my first time going to this Starbucks. And I would never typically leave a review for a chain, but I have never experience better customer service in my life . I can’t even believe it to be honest. The barista who took my order, I believe his name was Dom, what is the most friendly and most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with in costumer service . I was having a bad day and he totally made it 10000 times better. He started light conversation while continuing to be efficient. Asked about me and how my day was going, noticed I was in uniform and asked if I was on my lunch break, etc. He was just exuding a bubbly and friendly personality. I seriously would want to be best friends with every single one of the employees at this location. I have never been a loyal costumer to Starbucks, but I will literally be returning just to get a smile from the wonderful team at this store. So Dom if you see this, just know that it is people like you who make such an impact on the world. I truly was feeling so defeated and was having the worst day and your kindness brightened it for me. So Thankyou. I would have never expected to gain so much from just a coffee run.

Nice little Starbucks spot nearby. Pretty fast orders when placing through their mobile app and picking up on my way to run errands. Friendly staff, and seem to get my orders right every time. Parking right in front can be a little sketchy at times because other drivers not always paying attention when driving through the parking lot, but it’s usually ok if parking on the other side of the traffic lane. Will be coming here for my caffeine fix for sure.

The young ladies and gentlemen working at this location are friendly, efficient, and focused. I have been sitting here on Sunday 8/26/16 for over an hour. The customer traffic has been high the entire time. These kids are straight up barista All-Stars! I have been in customer service for over thirty years, and I know the real thing when I see it. Thanks guys you have have earned one new regular that I know of, and very likely more!

Friendly staff here and one of them always try to make you laugh while you are ordering and that’s very nice. Sometimes specially some mornings it is very crowded which I don’t like it because it takes a long time to pass the line and order. There is no parking issues here always there is spot and they have very big lot for parking which makes it convenient.

Theres a manager named Dom and the baristas Andy, Miranda, Dasan and Asof are absolutely wonderful people. Any given time I go to this Starbucks they are the nicest people and always help me with a friendly attitude and smile. This Starbucks is LEAGUES better than the one in the actual Topanga mall under H&M. That Starbucks has a particularly rude Barista named Amanda and I havent been back there since 2018. The one on Victory and Canoga has the BEST baristas❤.
