Safe environment and always clean!I have never had a problem with my orders or any other items!This one is close to the gym I go to, so it is a great commodity to be able to stop by for a hot or cold drink, snack, card re-load, etc.If they dont make your drink the right way, they always offer to re-make it for you, no questions asked.Depending on the season though, they stay open late. Again, great place and location to find this Starbucks!

Only reason this is 2 stars is because there are NO OULETS at this location. I came here to work but couldnt charge my laptop. This is so odd, since every SB Ive been to has had outlets so people could work or do projects, etc...

All of their outlets are on the CEILING. As if to taunt people who are there to work. Why would you not give folks a chance to charge their appliance? This is the last time Im supporting Starbucks, whos no longer the company who supports café culture. They have NO OUTLETS.

Im a starbucks stars member..today, Im here to buy my coffee. While waiting for the order, Cahier had a long conversation with the guest in front of me. It was very hot and very tired, and I wanted to get my drink asap. After order, I got drink which I didnt order it. I politely say Sorry I said light ice and they laugh at me..Alright after ten minutes wait,and then they give me a drink full of wipes. Im not satisfied. Tell him its not what I want, and then he tells me he wants to call cops ? Excuse me?？ Did I hear you wrong？Im a customer I paid for my drink wait over 15 mins you give the wrong one and said you want to call cops?? I felt so bad!! And I want to let everyone knows .. Its not my first time in this store. I think one Indian employees he knows me. But instead of being friendly, he laughed and snubbed me. Really disappointed!!

Decent setup with markers along the ground to help people keep their distance. Parking is alright for quick pick up and ordering ahead on the app, but may be nice to get a notification (probably a corporate call though)

Big man Joseph,he was kind, helpful and sincerely, such a sweetheart!Great food and drinks, exceptional and really talented,very helpful and kind, baristas...giving advise and expert opinions on the sandwiches and bagels.... And really listen to you on making the drinks How you like it!Try the Dragon fruit pink drink.(( The one thats made with coconut milk))....i get mine with easy ice and extra dragon fruit... the dragon fruit is absolutely delicious!

This Starbucks is normal, except theres no power outlets. If you are trying to go study or work and plug in your laptop, go somewhere else, they have actually put blank plates over the outlets. So they have purposely covering your access to power.

Great lil corner spot for coffee and chats, parking structure nearby though be careful! Not everyone cares about their cars or trucks as we came back to a 13 in scrape/ dent after getting coffee, 🤔 and we had parked on the empty top.Love all the restaurants and shops nearby

My coffee took forever, only to find out someone else had taken my order. I 100% do not blame the staff but the fact that Starbucks hasnt bothered to implement a better system when it comes to mobile orders when many other restaurants and to go places have. Idk what the time estimates are based on or why they cant bother providing a customers full name on a sticker so that people with common names dont have a problem. The store had one espresso machine down and that should have been something they should have been able to take into account with the mobile order process. I feel bad for how stressed out everyone was for things that werent in their control.Also as a side note, the fact that someone literally has to stand and hand out mobile orders...customers should really be more accountable or honestly people shouldnt steal other peoples stuff.

Asked for a decaf iced coffee, and they were confused asking if I wanted a decaf shot. Its not that difficult. Received drink with coffee on the outside. Person handing out the orders didnt seem to think this was and directed me to napkins so I could clean up my cup. Asked for a sleeve and was given 2,both wet from spilled coffee on the counter. Sloppy service. Sacrifices attention to detail for speed.

The team here is great and work hard to serve customers. However, it is across the street from the high school so if you come between 7:30 and 8am on a weekday you can expect to wait 20 minutes for a coffee. Otherwise I appreciate the people who work here and caffeinate me regularly.

While I dont order coffee there as much as I once did, I always appreciate the ease of being able to order from my phone and the speed at which my drink is made. Additionally, because of COVID, they bring the drink out the door for me when they know I am there waiting. Fantastic service.

If I could I would give 0. Placed my mobile order at 1045, the app told me my order will be ready at 1058. I arrived at 1105, my order wasn’t ready yet. I asked one of them is there a mobile order for Jianyu, Brandon told me there are 20 orders ahead of me so he can’t see my name. I waited another 20 minutes, and asked them again, Grant told me the same thing, 20 orders ahead of me, he can’t see my order. That means within those 20 mins they didn’t complete any mobile order. About another 10 mins, I asked Kate( she’s the only barista that would like to help customers), she asked what was my order and made the drink I ordered. So around noon I got my drink. I understand that was a Sunday morning, they had a lot of orders, but that’s not the excuse to ignore customers or find excuses to ignore customers. Definitely not recommend here, but I will come back if all the barista are like Kate. Plus she greets customers every time when someone comes in. I didn’t hear anyone else said anything to customers at least during that one hour when I was there.

Placed my online order at 8:30am. Got both breakfast sandwiches 10 mins apart, mind you I ordered the same two sandwiches. The venti drink was given 8 mins later. I asked and they said they didnt see it had to show my phone receipt. One barista asked if it was cold when my order stated hot. There were about seven baristas and yet they kept mentioning they were behind on the orders. Another gentleman kept asking for his second drink and they kept making him wait and continued to give everyone else their order. Got home sandwiches were cold and my drink had foam when I specifically ordered NO foam. Not the first time this happens so I had to write a sincere review. Guys get it together, Id understand if understaffed but there was too many of you and still couldnt handle the crowd.

Friendly helpful staff, excellent customer service. I needed a place to sit for awhile while I was waiting for my partner at the dentist nearby. It fit the bill to just sit and relax for an hour in late afternoon.Eclectic crowd - students, writers/self employed using wifi, a family of elderly Asians getting together - young and old.There is nice patio outside to sit and watch the world go by, read a newspaper or use your cell or computer. .

Starbucks in Downtown Alhambra is a popular spot for locals, college students, high school kids, and visitors from near and far. It is a busy location morning, noon, and night. The employees keep this place clean and running smooth. The barristas are friendly and answer questions without hesitation. My drinks are always correct and just as I enjoy them. I feel welcome time and again when I visit.

This one has been in Alhambra the longest. They have consistant customers from Police and Fire who are just down the street, and city emplyees. That says a lot right there. Never had a bad experience or order here. However, the parking can be just awful at times. It can get very busy as well.
