Last time I come to this location I had a mobile order put in so I walk up to the counter where it says mobile order pick up Im standing there for 12 min none of the 3 baristas bothered to greet me or bothered to even ask if I needed anything all three of them seen me standing there for a min. the two females that were there just kept gossiping like nonstop it was getting so freaking annoying. It wasnt til another customer tells the barista chick about her mobile order and says its placed somewhere else thats when I realize my two drinks were also there are you kidding me? This place sucks !!!

Went to see if they had just a plain iced coffee and the barista was rude unhelpful and I felt rushed I just had a few simple questions . Then when I get my drink there is a bunch of coffee grounds inside of it ...

Second time visiting and was a waay better experience than the first when we stood there ignored as the barista helped everyone else. Yesterdays batista was so helpful. Too bad they took forever and didnt call our names when drinks were done n just placed on counter for us to do the guess work. Not the best location honestly.

My daughter ordered a white chocolate creme Frappuccino and they gave her a regular Frappuccino. How do you confuse a white drink with a brown drink that clearly says CREME when we placed the order. Then the lady seemed like she had an attitude when we told her about the drink.

The cashiers manager has the audacity to tell her to tell me to not expect my order done right away when I just placed it and said it with an attitude. Worst service on drive thru. I had to repeat my order 4 times and the girl started yelling back. I got a no answer for everything. No pup cups, no stoppers, no hot sleeves, no bagels. Whoever the employee works the night shifts in the weekends and works the drive thru is not friendly and has an attitude. Horrible service.

Wish I could review without giving them a star!! Horrible service and this use to be my favorite location since it opened. Ordered a Ventti cappacino and got a grande caramel frappe instead. They took the caramel frappe and have us some nasty tasteless cappacino...smh wont be coming back to this location, Ill drive past this one too go to the other ones!!! They couldnt even fill it up, might as well charge me for a kid size. Took what I paid for, but its safer ordering from the app if they dont manage to me that up!!

The employees ignore you and neglect online orders. I was almost late to work because my order said it was done at 12:33 but only one drink out of the two was done TWENTY minutes after the estimated time. I get theyre slumped, but with four workers and only one actually making the drinks while the others decide to restock during a rush is insane. I feel bad for the girl making the orders because I know she was trying her best while the other 3 were ducking around in the drive thru staring at people or just restocking and simply ignoring the customers in line.

This is the worst place for customer service. Today I was waiting for my online order and it was 10 minutes past the estimated time. I saw the girl hand off what I thought was my drink to drive thru. I finally said something and it was in fact my drink. The boy told me “you need to let us know what drink is yours” ummmmm I don’t work there. And knowing my luck, I’d say something and be wrong. I tried to ask the cashier for my water that I waited 10 minutes for, and as soon as I approached the counter she turned away.

Since the day this place opened, it has been absolutely the worst Starbucks in San Bernardino! I will drive out of my way to not go here but, unfortunately sometimes I have to. The staff is unfriendly, uninviting and all they do is continually talk to each other. This staff continuously Works without a Sense of Urgency to provide GREAT guest service efficiently and effectively. They just dont care about making you feel welcomed or going out of their way to say a simple hello. Which is probably the reason why this is the slowest Starbucks in San Bernardino! There is no sense of urgency and lack of discipline providing great customer service!

Came in today from a long travel from Arizona, needed a pick me up to stay awake for the last stretch going into San Fernando Valley. Worst Starbucks we’ve been to. Waited 30 minutes to get 2 drinks. We ordered at the location.Bathrooms are disgusting with no toilet paper. There were 5+ people working and it was the most unsanitary Starbucks I’ve seen. There wasn’t a clean counter in the stations. Drinks, ice, other things splattered all over the counters. No one batting an eye cleaning. There were so many people waiting over no one ordering.Go to other Starbucks in the area as this location was just unmaintained.

I placed an online order arrived when it said estimated time of pick up waited over 10 minutes and they didnt start my order intill I went up to the counter. They werent that busy inside and they had 3 people working the drive thru. Yet the person who arrived after me got there order first. My strawberry Aci lemonade tasted very watered down. Im so disappointed I wont be returning to this location again. I dont mind the waiting but if Im going to pay for Starbucks I expect my drink to taste like it should not like its watered down.

Customer service is excellent. So far no attitude; they always try to be helpful and understand the customer. One thing they lack, not a big deal, is keeping track of the orders. I see the employees trying to help each other out. I think an extra shot should be 50 cents not 1 dollar but i still get it sometimes.

Visited at 8pm. Waited inside to place an order and the guy at the register didnt even acknowledge that I was there for 5 minutes. I ended up having to place my order over the app. Ordered 2 hot cocoas and they only had 1 pump of chocolate. It tasted like whipped cream and milk - no chocolate. I usually go to the Starbucks by my work but I had high hopes for this starbucks. Maybe if the line isnt 12 cars long, Ill try drive through next time. This is the 2nd time I come here due to me working sometimes across the street. Its always a long time to even get your order. They dont say hello or greet you. Today there is 5 employees in here. I walk in and one of the customers told the employees twice there was no toilet tissue. She even said I would gladly put it in there for you. I waited in that loooong drive through line and asked for two medicine balls, they don’t have the ingredients…then I asked for a hot chocolate and they don’t have regular chocolate. I said “you guys don’t have anything?” And the cashier replies “No, sorry.” How does a Starbucks never have the things it sells? It was a huge inconvenience because I was on my way to work, and that cut into my time for no reason. Do not waste your time. Barista Lucien makes sure my coffee is well grind and it’s delicious to the taste of my mouth. He really knows how to grind coffee the right way especially when asked for the third time. He takes orders really well. I like when there is extra whip cream on my coffee.

I was in the drive thru waiting for my drinks. While I was waiting the girl at the drive thru handed me one drink and told me the others would be coming up. She literally gave me 1 more drink and I asked her where the other ones were at. She looked into my car thinking that I was lying to her. I told her you’ve only given me one so she hands me the next one and then I ask her where the kids chocolate milk is at she looks inside my car. At this point she calls some guy over to tell me that the next time I have to pay for both. I then proceeded to tell him I never received it and then he told me why is it missing then? I told him I’m a very honest person and my 5 yr old son wouldn’t lie. Had to roll down the window so my son could let them know I didn’t receive the drink. Overall, I could careless about a 2.45 drink..it’s about the integrity and respect you’re supposed to have towards your customers. Never going back ever again!

Abraham went over and beyond. He was very friendly and showed empathy. Before my son’s football practice we stopped at this location for a black tea lemonade. Once I got my drink, I rushed to my car. Once we left, I tasted my drink and it was JUST BLACK TEA. I was so upset because we didn’t have time to go back. I also live in Redlands. We only come out to San Bernardino for football practice.Abraham helped with this whole situation and was very kind and professional. I really appreciate his professionalism.

(July 24, 2022)- I made sure to visit this store around 10 or more times before leaving them an honest review. Unfortunately, Ive had too many occasions where I left unsatisfied with the service, wait time, or drink quality. Several encounters I was told I could not use my reusable cup for a beverage, when I know this is not the standard for Starbucks. Sustainability is among one of their core tenants and this location was inconsistent with those promises. This location is home to some of the slowest Starbucks baristas in the IE. Drinks in the cafe take about 10 min to make after ordering, while drive thru takes about 20-30 min from entering the drive about 8-10 cars back. This is below Starbucks standard. Besides the obvious turnover and inventory issues this store faces, the cafe is among the roomiest in the area (*EDIT*, 9/4/22 they have, very unfortunately, removed the pleather/cushioned seating from inside the store.) The seating is followed by several outlets and two key-paded gender neutral restrooms and a security guard posted at the door infrequently. Lastly, this location seats itself now in the middle of two competing stores both east and west of its doors. One near the 330 highway on-ramp and the other nearest to St. Bernardines Medical Center. (*EDIT* I hope this store improves but perhaps Starbucks should pay there employees better so that when their understaffed, the workers arent discouraged because who wants to listen to Karen yell in their ear over their PSL being too hot for a mere 16 bucks an hour.)

I went back inside and they made me a new one however the guy thought it was so hilarious and proceeded to pour milk from the same gallon . I saw him he laughed when he was confronted I didn’t even drink it and threw it out. I loved coming here they have a few girls that are so sweet but the rest need an attitude adjustment.
