Good neighborhood Starbucks. Service is prompt, plenty of seating for all.Parking is plenty. Does not have a drive through pickup.Decently decorated for the holidays!

Staff was very nice, and the order came out in LESS THAN 10 SECONDS after taking my order. Atmosphere was great, counters and tables were clean. The only issue was my drink came out a bit overfilled. What I mean is if you opened it, the drink would spill. So I couldn’t really stir it well. Other than that the service was great :)

I always read others reviews. Thought I’d stop by. Extremely friendly baristas and nice atmosphere to just sit and drink a cup of coffee. Unfortunately that’s where is ended. Muffin was great…coffee not so. Ordered vanilla latte perfect temperature but absolutely no vanilla flavor. Very bitter. Should have been better I was the third person inside. So not so busy

Don’t know why Starbucks culture got very wrong now. Asked my name and got my name wrong. When I asked them if that was my order and the name was wrong, none of them showed any care. “Yeah I didn’t get your name correctly”. I don’t want to say i felt they are racist because I am Asian and auto assigned me “Chen” but this place’s culture disgusts me. I know it’s hard to correctly spell all kinds of names(mine is a common English name), I don’t mind Starbucks auto assign a number for the order, or just get correct name if they do care to ask.

Delicious Matcha Chai Latte!! Im addicted. This location runs like a Swiss clock. Love the mobile pick up option too. So efficient, friendly and quick. Given (void of males behind the counter) its womens month- you ladies killed it!!

The Barista was having a very bad day. She didnt smile, she just called drinks and hurtled them at people. So I asked kindly, Rough day? Then she smiled and retorted, No. You? I said no and left with my drink. The trash cans were overflowing, the bathroom was filthy and I saw many tables unclean. What I noticed most were impatient customers in an understaffed store. Music wasnt playing, but I dont know if that is done anymore. My drink was perfect as was my husbands.

Store is ok, but parking is very limited. Seems to always be crowded with not enough tables and seats. I also saw them get a large order wrong and the workers sent the customer to the back of a line of about 10 people to get an adjustment. The customer was a lot more patient than I would have been.

I ordered 2 slices of cake. I paid of my order and went to the restroom. When I came out of the restroom, I had to stand at the counter for 10 minutes while I was waiting for my lemon pound, and my black walnut cake.I was ignored for about 10 minutes or more while the heavyset girl and a thin girl laughed, whispered to each other and totally ignored me.It wasnt until I asked how much longer will it take for me to get my order?AThe heavyset girl then said with an attitude that my order was on the counter about 5ft away and they laughed as if I told a joke. I walked down the counter and noticed the 2 bags on the counter, picked them up and left while those 2 girls just laughed.Being a person of color, I saw nothing that was funny!!!

The people that work here are extremely friendly. Unfortunately I think Starbucks as a company has fell off. There is absolutely no consistency from store to store. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and when I received it the color was almost white which means he added way too much milk. The drink should be a brown/tan color if made correct. I didnt bother asking him to remake it but I sure do wish Starbucks managers would train the barristas on being consistent. Maybe have them make you a drink at random to make sure it is made and tastes correct. I do appreciate the professional staff at this location. I have been to some where all they do is talk to each other and never acknowledge the customer. I have yet to find a Starbucks that is consistent no matter who is making the drink and no matter what time of day.

The most honest and trustful staff!!my wife happened to lose her iphone on the table outside and we realized that only an hour later. I am glad it was found by starbucks team who held it safe, returned it to me and even refused to take money i offered. leaving a feedback here as don’t know how else to show my gratitude. This is the closest Starbucks to my home, but I try to avoid it. First of all, its on a busy corner and parking is a pain. Theres more parking in a garage underneath the building, but its inconvenient to access. The store itself is clean and well-kept, but the employees are always slow; even when I use mobile ordering it takes way too long to get in and out. The location down the street at Los Gatos and Blossom Hill is a better pick.

I stopped by this location yesterday a little after 5 AM to get breakfast and coffee before my appointment across the road with Stanford Cancer Center. I commend the location and the early morning staff for strictly following proper social distancing measures. Although this review is not only meant to praise the cleanliness and the safety feeling it gives their patrons but particularly about the young lady who greeted me at the door. All three staff had a pretty good system where one was the runner (the lady greeter), the second staff (male) was the dedicated barista for the day and the third staff (female) was manning the cash register and helping out at the kitchen. Obviously, customers weren’t allowed beyond the makeshift barrier they have provided as you enter the door. Unfortunately the cash register and the app scanner was understandably located in its original location which was behind the makeshift barrier.So in order for my app to be scanned, the lady runner has to bring my phone over to the scanner. The staff saw that I was not comfortable with the idea because I didn’t see the runner change gloves after she helped the customer before me. I was trying to explain why I was feeling uncomfortable and apologetic at the same time, telling them that I am an immuno compromised cancer patient. The lady cashier immediately dismissed me by saying that I can always go to another store. I got all flustered because I was thinking I didn’t have my sani wipes available because I knew that I did not need to touch anything except for my order and I just wanted my coffee and breakfast.The next scene is how I find the lady runner’s response highly commendable. After hearing about my condition, she immediately offered to wash her hands and change gloves to which my knee jerk response was, “yes please”. Without saying a word, she did oblige while the cashier was mumbling a comment to the barista and shaking her head.At that moment I felt embarrassed because I realized she didn’t need to wash her hands, she just needed to change her plastic gloves and yet she went above and beyond what was expected of her. That’s great customer service right there! I wanted to go back and ask for her name but I didn’t want to give her the wrong impression. Obviously this lady was trained well and was putting her professional training to good use. She remembers her core values and knew how to practice them as a means to de-escalate the situation. God bless her for doing such a great job and may she be recognized as a valuable employee of Starbucks!

Usually I wouldnt bother to review a Starbucks as theyre all pretty much all the same. BUT this Starbucks would easily have to be the worst Ive ever been to. The staff were uninformed about what size my drink cup was. The wireless chargers didnt work. and they never bothered to call my name at least not so that I could hear it so my drink set up there for a while before I decided to go check up on things and grab it.I would recommend the Starbucks at the corner of Los Gatos Boulevard and Winchester over this place but they are closed for repairs at the moment.

The guys that work here are the best Starbucks folks Ive encountered. Friendly, relaxed, and never get my order wrong. Parking can be a little tight, but Ive only had to park around the corner once. Google WiFi a plus too.

I have been twice in this Starbucks and both times happen the same thing the lady who works there ignored me, I was for 5 min in the lane and not body help me, 3 works there and clients and not body help me, but 2 other customers show up for online orders and she went and told there if they need help. Parking at the front is a bit limited and only for 20 minutes but in the back the building has a large garage but the entrance is steep for low cars. The staff is friendly. Enjoy your coffee! :)

Parking can be a challenge, only 20 min parking is obvious, but skip that and go around and park in the parking garage beneath. Staff is friendly and quick. Only wood chairs, no arm chairs. Has baby changing tables in both restrooms. Free Wi-Fi.

This is a nice enough store located next to the freeway (CA-85) art the Los Gatos Blvd/Bascom exit (across Los Gatos Blvd from the Stanford/Good Sam hospital medical complex.The partners are friendly and the customers are dominated by medical personnel who clearly frequent this store. This is a busy, well-run store which features a great location and inadequate parking.

While Google maps says they are open till 9:30 p.m. on Saturday they are not. 8:30pmThis particular Starbucks offers wonderful service even when the lines are relatively long. It is across from the hospital complex thus gets a substantial number of doctors and nurses during their bteaks and before shifts.The Baristas do a reliable consistent job making mochas, and espresso drinks so well that i will dtive out of my way to hit up this store.

Their coffees now are almost devoid of coffee flavor unless you pay extra and add an espresso shot!
