I am a regular customer of this Starbucks and the staff is always friendly.But yesterday, when I was going to enter, exactly 2 minutes before 9 pm, the guy in charge of the place named Abel, went ahead to close and lock the door in my face.In vain I showed him the watch, to prove his error.The guy didnt even bother to look at me, he just turned around.That was rash man, costumers deserve better, because we dont let them down; when they ask for the tip.

Employees are all very nice and professional. Lobby trash cans seem to be pretty full/overflowing 75% of the time I come here. I drop my boyfriend off work work nearby and we stop in here 2-4 times a week.I like the staff, but I have sensitive teeth and have to ask for light ice or no ice in my drinks. I also just like being able to enjoy drinking the $6 drinks I pay for without loosing 1/3 of the drink to ice.I. Never. Receive. Light. Ice. Here.Today was the worst day yet.Ordered a light ice grande Carmel macciato. Drank it on the drive home from dropping boyfriend off. Look down because its gone faster than usual. Half the cup, HALF is filled with ice. Today I was carrying several things so didnt feel te weight if the cup like usual. I got half the drink I paid for. I wanted barely any ice. And since I drank it, I cant very well return it for a new one.Its frustrating dealing with this consistently at this location, especially when we already are paying so much for coffees.

Easily visible from the street. Located in shopping center. Coffee is what you expect from Starbucks. A fairly large and open seating area. Ambient music keeps the environment upbeat. Plenty of seating outside. Customer service is ok. There is also a drive thru.

Remodeled Starbucks, with lively and friendly staffers. Near the city college, so it’s busy. I normally get a cup of regular coffee and enjoyed a nice sit. Plenty of parking with handicapped access on one side of the building. Upbeat atmosphere means refreshing java stop.

I ordered an extra hot heavy cream hot chocolate with extra whipped cream and cinnamon dulce topping, caramel drizzle.. I got a chocolate milk. The drive thru was closed and it was pouring down, so I ordered on my mobile app then stepped inside to grab it 😭. I called the store to ask for a refund but no one answers the calls.

I have come to this Starbucks store multiple times now and I have had weird encounters with the manager. He kept hitting on me and giving me free drinks. I have notified corporate of the incidents but they shouldnt have him in the front if this is a common occurrence. His name is Rob so look out!

Im a Starbucks regular, both domestically and overseas. The Lincoln/Valley View store in Buena Park that I visit most often is particularly lacking in customer service soft skills. I often have to wait to ask for a sleeve, or splenda or a stirrer. There are no smiles. And, increasingly, Ive noticed, the drink is not exactly what I ordered ... mild blends substituted for stronger ones, milk instead of half and half. I definitely more reluctant to go to Starbucks now. One year later .... dramatic improvent, especially with friendliness and efficiency. Tristian is fabulous! He never misses a beat in providing kind, quick, accurate service to all that enter the store and also seems to be highly positive in his interactions with the team.

Ill start by saying Im not a regular Starbucks customer, and after this morning, I likely wont ever be.Lobby hours are listed on the door as being open at 5:30 am. I showed up at 5:40 and pulled on the door..employees inside glanced at me and turned back to whatever they were doing. I waited ten more minutes before another customer, whod been in the drive thru, drove by and told me they were closed for awhile because nobody had come in. ??Look, I get that sometimes you open late for reasons beyond your control. But at least acknowledge people standing around outside, and how hard would it be to write a note and tape it to the door? These people are flippin rude.

The bathroom wasnt open here. Also the frozen lemonade wasnt thick enough it was very liquidy. The service when I waited to order a drink was not good. Nobody greeted the people waiting to order drinks. They literally ignored us and didnt say anything. The person who came from the back yard take our order didnt say Im sorry for the wait or anything she just said what can I get you. Im assuming she was on break while we were standing there.

Love the coffee and baristas. However I get a venti with almond milk and charged me an extra .90 cents for it. When I pick up my coffee it felt like it wasnt filled up for paying almost a dollar extra just fill it up.

The only consistent thing about this place is its decline in almost every section. The drinks are so bad every time I go to almost any Starbucks now. But what made this one particularly bad is their lack of care. They don’t even cut the bagels in half to toast them, they just throw the whole thing in for a few seconds to barely toast it and then they give you part of your order wrong. Starbucks sucks so much now, Peets & Philz are superior now. I hope more people start realising that it’s overpriced, watered down coffee & go elsewhere. Near this location is Flat White it’s just up the street, a 2 minute drive with much better coffee.

This starbucks keeps the starbucks cones blocking drive through in the morning meaning 5 oclock morning i even went on google to see if they where open. they where open but when you get there the cones are blocking drive through and doors are closed . I tried to get a name but they turn there backs on you like they are not open worst star bucks so far. So now I go to coffee bean down the street.

We had an awesome experience! The barista was so nice, friendly and professional. He was patient which really impressed us as he was not trying to pressure us to order as we decided what we wanted. It was closing time and as we were sitting outside they all pleasantly said hello and goodnight as they passed us still sitting there talking, on their way out to their cars. They were smiles and happy...(it was closing time and time to go home after all).😉

Starbucks always has pretty much good coffee. The atmosphere lot of homeless around. I asked the lady for a rag to wipe off the table and she said she would come out and do it she never did so me and my friends sat out there away from the table there were three homeless people out there conducting themselves in a good manner but still it was very dirty outside the bathroom didnt have paper towels it looked like a shower spot for homeless. If youre going someplace with a date I wouldnt go here

Horrible customer service!!! Placed a mobile order and went to pick up, door was locked. Knocked on the door, no acknowledgement from the staff. Had to go through the drive thru for my mobile order which was a 15 minute wait. Get to the window and waited for another 3 minutes, Matty was rude and said the app doesn’t work but, mobile orders need to be picked up at the drive thru!!! I told our coffee is cold by now. She said, “if it’s cold we will give you a hot one.” Our coffee was cold!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Coffee tasted soooooo good but like wheres the rest of it?! My cup was seriously an inch and a half below the full point. I didnt even get whipped cream. (I ordered a Hot Mocha) The barista was very pleasant and service inside moved pretty fast considering the drive thru line was really long. Theres obviously an importance to move the drive thru along so it doesnt back up traffic, so seing that the inside did not suffer I did want to recognize this as an exceptional service which is why I gave it 5 stars. But 4 for the other categories bcuz my coffee just looked like it was missing a couple big gulps out of it.

Horrible service and took forever. I was running errands and did a pick up order here at this Starbucks. It said it would be ready at 2:43 after about ten minutes of waiting I saw that they started to make it. I was upset but relieved. But it doesn’t end there the lady that was making it sat there and stared at the cup for a good two minutes. Then she started to make the drink and messed it up so another worker had to come and help. My drink was finally ready at 2:58 over ten minutes then it said it would be ready and keep in mind this is a mobile order so they already have about ten minutes for them to make it so this was just an addition ten minutes. When I got my drink there was whipped cream and the drink all over the outside of the cup. I’m so disappointed am they where not even that busy

Great customer service! I ordered a Mango Dragonfruit tea based off their recommendation and it was amazing! One of the guys also went around and was giving away free samples which was super adorable. I do feel with the amount of people that visit this location, they should consider opening another location nearby so its not always too crowded. Just a thought.

This is the first time in a long time that I hadnt used my mobile app. I actually went into the store and ordered. I was sure I would be waiting awhile because thats usually what happens. However, the barista, and Im sorry I was so tired I didnt get his name was awesome about getting my order out quickly!I enjoy drinking my lattes and in most cases they are the same at all Starbucks but sometimes they do taste better than others. This was one of those times!The customer service was great and my coffees were awesome! This Starbucks is set back aways from the street is and looks like a hang out but its all good! Everyone was friendly and even my sister and I hung out for a while drinking our coffee, talking and figuring out what we wanted to do next. It was relaxing to sit for a minute. At other places Ive been asked to move on after getting into my car with my coffee. Here they dont care if you want to sit and enjoy your coffee! Thanks for letting people just hang out. Some times thats what we need!This is an amazing, awesome, friendly, and consciences Starbucks!

Always check the times with this one, Im so use to going to Starbucks and they are open late, but this one closes early, maybe too early sometimes. I am going to be fair with a 3 star even though when I went through the drive thru and nobody responded they were closed when even there were some workers in there talking and then making me feel like a crazy person probably thinking I was opening their door but actually checking the time. Just, if someone comes and youre closed, respond nicely and say youre closed, dont always feel like youre in danger.

Ok... Bad news for Starbucks! I was so offended! Im at the Starbucks near my work several times a week. But today, on my way to purchase my regular drink, I couldnt get the mobile order to work. I only have a few minutes on my break from work and if I order it in on my way its ready when I get there and I pick it up and get back to work without any problems. However when I try to place my mobile order today it wasnt working so I went to Starbucks to place my order and get my drink when I asked why cant I get my mobile order to work? The baristas smug response was,, ...we had to turn off the mobile ordering because were too busy! WHAT?!?! Now Ive seen it busier there with longer lines inside and at the drive thru, but How can any business snub their noses at their established clientele, those who use the mobile order app, by disabling them? I was so upset and offended that my business ment nothing to them that I didnt give them the business! I cancelled my order and drank water. No harm. Ill be back, but if the mobile order is off, Ill get a juice somewhere else! I guess they need to train their baristas to be quicker and more efficient in their work.

Ordered a cake pop on the app and theres literally only one option on the app but inside theres 3 flavors ..my nephew wanted a blue one ..they called our order so I touched the cake pop bag to see the color( apparently was a pink one) not the cake pop itself and asked them if I could change it to the blue one for my 5 yr old nephew but they said cuz I touched the bag they couldnt exchange it for a blue one ..I ordered an iced vanilla latte as well and theres no vanilla flavor at all and he never asked my name for the order either so he put it under something different as well.. worst experience at Starbucks Ive ever had ..go to another one cuz this one is a fail for customer review... I also wonder if its their store policy that once a complaint is made to go in the back and take off their name tag because after my first complaint about the cake pop he went in the back and came back without a name tag on and then I had to complain that he never even asked what my name was.... And I noticed he didnt have his name tag on but as soon as I left the Starbucks someone went and grabbed his name tag and put it back on him

I will be calling the 800 number about this visit...I dont understand... not only did they get my order wrong the 1st time, when I asked them to remake it, she argued with me about how its made and then remade it exactly the same way! knowing that it was wrong the 1st time. Everytime I been here the restrooms are just terrible. It’s like no ones keeping the maintenance on them. Inside the bowl literally mold and rust (which idk how that’s possible on porcelain). The toilet seat sheets are just thrown all over the place on the floor. Instead of paper towels they put napkins in the paper towel dispenser. I have been here more than 50 times in the past 8 months. Maybe once or twice the restrooms has been barely decent. It’s gross.

Took about 15 min. in line to order and another 10 min. to pick up.Most of seats are taken by laptop internet users for a long time and would take long time or even unable to find your seat. Friendly service came out in a good fast time and was quiet enough for me to sit back and relax and watch a movie on my phone ..my back was hurting and so I got a cup of ice to ice it down and relaxed watching a movie to pass some time and free myself from boredom in a relaxing environment with helpful baristas who were pretty attractive also and the smell of coffee all just made it blissful and I dont drink coffee often ..but its a nice place if you ever need to get work done on a computer or whatever because its quiet and has outlets to charge as well

Horrible service. I went through the drive through and ordered a trenta water. The girl on the head set was very rude and hesitant on giving us a water. When I got up to the window the barista placed the water on the counter outside and said bye. It was a grande size and she gave us no eye contact. I get it. Its a water but Im a barista as well and theres nothing wrong with ordering a water at the drive through.

This place is always crowded. Every time we go theres a good 20 people and no tables available because people are taking that up just to use the wifi. Its very worth it to take 30 seconds to drive up the road to Knotts and get something at the Starbucks outside the park.

This is a comfortable place to sit and utilise the internet hotspot and that is all I have to say that is good about it.The workers have always been rude here and they pretty much want to serve you and get you out.I am amazed that with a Starbucks at Valley View and Ball, 2 blocks south and another 2 blocks north at Valley View and La Palma that this place can stay in business the way people are treated... I guess it is the drive-thru attitude of the employees catering to college students running to class that they dont have to be polite.

Reading the reviews here seriously ruined my day. It pains me greatly, to know that I live in the same world as the people who posted these comments. I dont drink dairy anymore..., why, then are you putting BUTTER in your coffee?? Where do you think butter comes from? BUTTER TREES?! I had to wait in the drive-thru..... If you see a line, get out of your damned car and walk inside, you lazy slug! It took them 15 minutes to make my drink.... Horrible customer service. I would come here at least once a week while I am working. I know longer drink dairy, and I can not stand the taste of soy. I now drink BULLETPROOF COFFEE (hot coffee and butter blended) its great! I have been to several stores and not had an issue with ordering this. I have even gone as far as calling the corporate # and putting a request in. which lead me in to asking them if that was something stores would be able to do for me, if I requested it. I was told it was not a problem as long as I was not bringing it to them, it has to be an item the store carries. so with that being said., I walked in waited in line and asked for my coffee. The woman chuckled (shorter asain) and said butter in ur coffee? looked around a couple times and said no I DONT THINK we can put butter in our blenders. I told her other stores have done it, she proceeded with, sorry I DONT THINK we can do that... really, u dont think? Im upset at the fact she didnt bother to ask anyone it was just a no dont think I can. really disappointed in starbucks at that point. I said I would go to another starbucks and see if they were willing. and of course I went down the street to the one in the starter bros parking lot and they were able to help me... to lady that Doesnt think maybe u should start!!

Looked up the location before arriving at 9:50pm, walked up to the door and the door was locked employees ignored me. I got the employees attention and they said they were closed. It was 9:50...online it clearly says they are open till 10:30pm. Pretty disapointed. If your looking for a late coffee run. This is not the place.

The filthiest coffee shop Ive ever been to. Feces and urine covering the floors and walls in the restroom. Trash piling up at least a foot above the trash cans. REMOVE the trash bag every once in a while and mop your floors. And the females that work there are in serious need of exercise. Especially Alexa. Or at least cut down on grazing portions.
