Blandest matcha frapp I’ve had to date. The matcha taste is barely there (although it is green, they got that right) and it contains more ice than milk with barely any sweetness at all.There are specks of coffee/chocolate in it from a previous drink the barista did not clean out before blending the frapp.I paid $5.75 for this? Regrettable.

One of my favorite Starbucks shops to go to! I never know what to get, but Johanna always helps me with a smile and provides such a wonderful beverage. Shes the sweetest person, and the other workers are friendly too! Probably the very reason I even go here. Really lightens up my day.

Starbucks at the MainPlace Mall is located on the first floor near the food court area. This location has a good assortment of treats and meals. It opens early before the stores and table seating is available at this location.I have always had fast friendly service at this Starbucks location.

This is a very tough Starbucks to read, as its in a very busy mall in their food court, and therefore it has inherent disadvantages. That being said they do a good job. The staff is on their toes and very friendly, and I just happened to walk in already having been to two previous Starbucks meetings and all I wanted was some ice water. I felt a little bit awkward but the staff reassured me was no big deal and just handed me my cup of ice water so I could sit and wait for the rest of my party to arrive. They made me feel comfortable with my request and I really appreciated that. So Im giving is five stars not because its the best Starbucks in the world but because they optimized The Limited physical quarters they have. Even a pseudo outdoor area with chairs and tables falling out into the atrium of the mall giving it an almost Outdoors effect! Not a place Id return to because impossible with the noise from all the other people to actually get work done, but when Im in that mall I want to take a break I will definitely head there rather than any of the other competing coffee shops at the same facility.

To be honest, I saw too many people that look alike it in there. Its kinda basic and overpriced. I recommend just going somewhere else cheaper. Its not the best coffee.

Love my local Starbucks here. Everyone is always super friendly, kind, & hard working. They always try to get my complicated drinks right, but that’s the reason why I love coming down here. They already know my order before I even order. They know their locals well. This location gets super busy right away so wait times can get crazy, I suggest going as early as possible especially on weekends. The staff is always so eager to help every way they can even when busy. They are awesome! Thank you all for always taking care of us.

The staff at this Starbucks works so hard. I come to this Starbucks at least twice a week and when there isnt anyone in the store, they find something to do and when the line is out the door they are sweet and courteous to every single customer. Ive never seen them messing around and not doing anything the way I have at other coffee shops and theyre always happy to correct any order that has gone wrong. Its frustrating to think someone would have something bad to say about this store because the only time anything has ever bothered me about it, its been something completely out of the staffs control and the staff handles these situations with nothing but kindness, courtesy, and amazing customer service.
