Always nice to go to Starbucks and have a cup of coffee. I was there early in the morning to have a causal business meeting with a client. Staffs are very friendly. The place is clean.

Since we were 4 of us we took turns to get stuff. The server seemed very annoyed it looked like he was giving me food for free and I was asking for too much. The coffee was good. The wrap was not too hot. But I didn’t want to go back to him.

I absolutely love visiting this Starbucks location! The employees are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to make sure my experience is enjoyable. Not only that, but the drinks are consistently on point, and I can always count on my favorite orders being made to perfection. Its clear that the staff takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend stopping by this Starbucks for a positive and uplifting coffee experience!

Friday 12:05pm. Not busy. Floors pretty filthy with small pieces of trash and crumbs. Power strip along floor hasn’t been cleaned in at least months if not years and is caked with dried on spills. The staff was mostly friendly, though! Seating inside is pretty light. Barista working bar was working hard!

Terrible service. They’ll start espresso and coffee drinks and then leave them at espresso machine unfinished for 5+ mins to do blended drinks while 3-4 other employees do busy work instead of helping complete orders during full times. Unacceptable wait times for mobile orders and unreasonable to prioritize blended drinks over the order of customer purchases

Must give you guys a thumb up for all my ridiculous customization and the best ever salted caramel cream cold foam! (I’m indeed addicted to cold foam lol) today’s personal cup was really challenging it doesn’t open that wide to get ice in I have to say but they did it!! Also eexxxtttttrrraaaa foam again I love it!!!! Btw new chocolate foam cold brew is great but salted caramel is still my favorite

I like the quiet room, but it is cramped. main room gets direct sun. Outside was really nice when it had a canopy of greenery, I enjoy getting a goodie at Safeway eating it here. With a Starbucks drink of course

Positive: Friendly staff, new building, good parking.Not so good: Very limited and not comfortable or cosy seating inside. Rather run-down and dirty seating outside.Also, it is often a bit chaotic to get your order after you ordered. The system seems to be not too effective. The staff here are friendly. They have always treated me well. The espresso drinks are good here. All of the food is pre-packaged, as you can expect. At least the contents are fresh. I recommend the protein box with eggs. There is good natural lighting, but not much seating inside.

I had a lovely interaction with a kind employee at the register today and felt compelled to write a review. I know life in the bay is fast paced and hectic, we all live it, but just a reminder to show kindness and empathy to the people you interact with. A simple conversation or have a great day goes a long way. Also keep in mind that these employees deal with daily hordes of hangry uncaffeinated people in the mornings.That being said, I live nearby and know that this store has gone through a rough patch in the past couple of months. Its a high traffic location and not the largest store. I am glad to see that theyve increased the staffing to try and help out with this. I encourage patrons to approach things with positivity and if youre satisfied with the service to add on a tip to show it. Thank you to that employee for leaving a lasting impression on me.

The place was packed and there was one last table left unoccupied. I saw that someone had quite literally spilled half a venti of liquid on it and so I asked the barista if she or the other employee could wipe it down. They looked at each other like I was asking them for their first born, and rolled their eyes…Did I mention there no line?! so both of them were visibly unoccupied. The barista then told me I could take some paper towels and wipe it down myself. Um ok…a patron asking to keep an establishment clean so they could sit down at a cleanish table with their $7 coffee is asking too much. Seriously disappointing!

Unbearably loud music inside, what is this a night club? Loudest music at a starbucks Ive ever experienced. I was literally shouting at my friend so they could hear me talk, then left because the noise was so rediculous. Starbucks isnt only a place people get coffee, they use it to study, do work, have a nice chat with a friend while they enjoy their coffee. So please, for the sake of everyones ears and sanity, turn the music down.

Even though they were extremely busy, most of the baristas seemed to have good attitudes. The young woman who handed my order to me was very nice; it was appreciated. If youre going to this store and theyre a bit busy, please just exercise some patience. Being a barista isnt as easy as one might imagine. This world is full of Karens, and these guys and girls are constantly in the thick of them. After all, Starbuck is the perfect place to trap a Karen. Theyre drawn there like steel to a magnet!In reality, baristas do have quite a difficult job a lot of the time. Between the Karens and the Corporate whipmasters, there are like a million different items they have to remember. On top of that, most people have to customize everything when they go there (including me), so it can be quite trying to say the least! Way to go ladies, youre doing a fantastic job!

The employees have the best attitude and truly care about customer experience. This is the best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had! I like this outlet because of its location and the service. There is always ample parking and there are other food options right next to it so makes for a good pre or post meal coffee. Food options are standard. There is standing space outside with some shade which is good to have during the current environment.

I went to this starbucks location, and ordered my usual. The staff is efficient, accurate and courteous, even sparkling with some personality. They have sufficient inventory.However, when trying to find a place to sit down, I noticed nothing but food waste, dirt and filth. I went to adjust a cushion on one of their outdoor seats, and found underneath it a birds nest created out of bird feathers and dry, henna colored balls of hair. Ugh! Disgusting.I went inside to find another place to sit and the small table available to me was covered with flakes of the last persons croissant. I was able to handle that, and enjoyed a good tea and some reading.I reported the finding to the staff lady and she said she would send someone out to clean it. Maybe its just me, after a career in food and beverage and one of my degrees in it, but clean is clean and dirty is dirty, and anyplace in that business should be clean. Its a health issue, not to mention now, a public issue.My recommendation is to get your stuff to go here.Sincerely,The Lone Comic

As local being pushed into homelessness only to be forced to accommodate foreigners sold a false dream thanks to garbage companies such as Starbucks.I no longer feel comfortable or safe in my former home town and want to leave asap. One of the best Starbucks Ive ever been to. There are two seating areas, one quieter and cozier and conducive to studying with lots of outlets (one at each seat), and the other main one in the primary entry / ordering area. One of the things I really value is the friendly patrons -- I can ask someone to watch my stuff for a minute if I need to use the restroom and genuinely feel like my laptop is safe. It makes it much nicer to work there for a half or full day for that reason. Another reason I love this place is because the main barista is super generous. For example, a few weeks ago, my friend told me when you use the Starbucks app, you get free refills on drip coffee. (Note: Its true and a huge perk of going to Starbucks over other shops, esp. since you get a free drink with every 125 points -- 2 points per dollar spent -- in the app). Anyway, I had been at a different Starbucks earlier this particular morning and had a meeting at this San Antonio Starbucks mid-morning so I brought my cup thinking I would get the free refill at the second Starbucks. It turns out the rule of free refills only holds for the same visit. So if you leave and come back or go to a different Starbucks, you cant get a free refill. The head barista at the San Antonio Starbucks gently explained this to me and then said she would do the free refill anyway since I didnt know. Saved me $3! Super sweet.

Yipes. Its early, the store just opened, and half of my table is sticky. It looks like half the table got wiped clean. The coffee is good (uniformly Starbucks), the barista was courteous and quick, theres very nice music playing loud (Mazzy Star, Cowboy Junkies, Tracy Chapman). Uh oh, the freezing air conditioning just started, and Im still sipping my coffee. As the saying goes, Wow, thats cold - as in heartless. Its November, and its chilly outside. When Starbucks locations crank up A/C on customers, its surprisingly unfriendly. Only a couple of customers are here; the place is almost empty. I thought the idea was to provide a place for people to sit, enjoy their order, maybe purchase more items. If not, why provide seating?

Beware! Its 5am on Sa, just was turned away from the store. Starbucks web site says its open at 5am. The store says its 5:30am. The unfriendly staff knows that the web site is wrong. They say they could be fired if they let me sit in. Is that really true? Well, someone should be fired for having the wrong opening hours on the web, knowing about it and letting a customer freeze outside for 1/2 hour. And if there is really such customer-hostile policy, the one who is responsible for it should be fired even more so. So much for Starbucks customer-friendly atmosphere...

So, one of the latino baristas was having a conversation with the other pequeno black barista about how AmericanI was when a 51 Vietnamese barista who looks like he used to dig tunnels for the vietcong was standing with in ear-shot.Classy.This place is getting bad, I am mean not the service, but the patrons. A couple of sub-30 something white guys were set up near the window and were playing judge, jury, and close to executioner with the other incoming patrons. Especially me, there was several comments regarding me walking around like I owned the place, the hell? Things are bad everywhere and incidents abound, but the merde has hit the fan.
