I stood in line for 20min and finally got to register and asked for Everything Bagel. The person said I don’t have it. I ordered something else. While sipping coffee inside store I thought of checking online and I was able to order everything bagel and got it. Person at register lied to a customer (me) instead of checking and then confirming. It was a experience never before at any Starbucks.

I just went in to get a Refill Coffee the staff is young very few customers at 11:00 am staff cleaning equipment not very friendly all the comfortable lounge chairs removed all wooden chairs to make sure you dont wanna squat their forever.lol. Is ok geared for the Tourists mostly being in downtown Monterey.

Normal Starbucks but very annoyingly it kept off all the power cords so youre welcome to come spend your money but you cant do any work because your battery is low youre screwed. Maybe its just me the basic amenities like a bathroom and maybe a power port would be nice. I guess I shouldnt complain at least they have toilets.

Ordered the smallest quickest thing and watched as customers that came in after me got their bigger orders while I waited 15 minutes after reminding them about my order just for a tall drink. I gotta go to work but my God never this spot again. I wanna take my tip back too.

A dismal and souless place. Hard, noisy metal furnishings like being in a motor vehicles office. No place to plug in a laptop as I was travelling. Coffee did not even seem warm in this cold and damp place. They need more customers to fill this place up and make it a cosy place. Good luck. Go somewhere local if you seek anything better than what I have described.

Went yesterday, Wednesday, and the girl who took my order tipped herself $5. Normally they show you the tip screen before you pay -well this time she didnt do that and told me my total was $9 so I just held my phone close to the machine to pay, didnt touch it, and I see the receipt printing said I paid $14. Check your receipts.

I dont drink coffee. My girlfriend does. 3/4 of their beverages have whipped cream. This place had no effect. She was pizzed off!!! They said nothing at time order was placed. Only at delivery. Let your patrons know before they plunk down their cash

Obviously a very busy place, no real complaints about the service or anything. However, there are signs everywhere for mobile ordering except the app doesnt seem to recognize the location so I couldnt order ahead.Bathrooms are coded entry but the codes are just taped up. Whatever purpose the coded doors are intended to serve seems inconsequential.

Been there many times, great people. Place mobile order and showed up 5 minutes after the time it stated it would be ready. They were very busy, so I waited another 10 minutes and still nothing. Was going to be late to work so left. Chatted online with customer service and they apologized and gave me a $15.00 credit. Ill be back as they were slammed, its just the system needs to allow for busy times better.

This place is really clean and the workers are great. A pretty busy area but are able to accommodate patrons to get them in and out quickly. The wait was very short and the barrista was on point. I do appreciate the social distancing markers as well.

Employees are unaware of each other. A young lady took my order, after 20 minutes I got one of my coffee order ready but not exact size and milk. I asked my second coffee order they even did not know my order. I showed them my receipt. They are massing up, I will not take that place again.

Really friendly staff!! Exceptionally nice. I was planning to stay to work and they don’t have plugs, which was frustrating. However the workers suggested I go across the street to the hotel to get wifi and a plug, thankful for the tip!

Spacious modern coffee shop. Typical Starbucks in all other aspects. Semi long line when we arrived but it moved pretty fast and our order came out fast after it was placed. Nice seating area. Comfortable oversized chairs. Everything you could hope for if youre a fan. Easy to find and obvious from the street which is a plus in Las Vegas since many are hidden in the hotels and casinos.

Ok so I rarely give 5 ever and especially at a corporate chain but it was deserved today. The coffee and food I purchases was fast, clean, and correct. The people are what put this place over the top. In general everyone there is nice. Today I was helped by Leilani. She was so friendly and helpful. Just a truly nice person. You can get coffee anywhere but people like Leilani make you come back.

Nice store centrally located on the corner of Alvarado downtown. In my experience it tends to be busier than the other Starbucks in town and takes longer to get your order. However with the advent of mobile ordering, you can avoid that problem by ordering and paying through the Starbucks app so your drinks will be ready and waiting by the time you get there 😊

Only one working power outlet?! I used to go here all the time to get work done, but after their last electricity upgrade where they put digital locks on the bathrooms, all of the power outlets bar one have been covered up. Definitely a bummer for people who spend a lot of time (and money) there :/

There were no other customers waiting to be served as I waited, and waited for one of the two serving operatives to stop their conversation and nail filing. I was therefore appalled when a chap entered the store, walked up to the counter, was greeted as an old friend and was served immediately. They don’t recycle.I consumed my drink there, then brought the cup up for a second drink (one of those days). They cited health code violations and would not let me reuse the cup. However, a couple minutes later, some whipped cream overflowed while the barista was putting the lid on someone’s drink. I watched him grab a dirty rag and wipe the lid down.It’s a health code violation to reuse a cup, but it’s ok to wipe a dirty rag all over someone’s drink? Gross.
