5 years ago, I reviewed this starbucks saying, It wasnt very spacious.well Im here to edit that review and say it was one of the best starbucks locations Ive walked into mostly cause I was the only one inside everyone was in the drive thru. They completely renovated! Super modern & very spacious & clean feels super opening & relaxing. The staff was also all very nice & welcoming kudos to them for keeping up good spirits at a Starbucks!!!!

On our day off had to start our day right with Starbucks coffee. I know my Venti Almond milk triple shot extra hot latte always comes out perfect here. Today we took Coco and Babbies with us too. I asked it they had treats for dogs and they said YES!!! I was EXCITED!! They both got a little cup of whip cream which you can see they LOVED. Thanks Starbucks for being my Stars.

I was on a long roadtrip with my friends and we decided to get a few things from here. I had no where to throw the trash considering Im on the road. I Wasnt allowed to throw away the trash from my order at this place. The plus sized girl that works there with the drive thru headset on was rude. She has terrible manners and service skills. Other restaurants I went to after had trash bins, but this one didnt? The trash thing wasnt even upsetting, it was the girls ugly attitude. If you hate your job just say that. Seriously, why get a Job in customer service when you lack competence in serving a customer?

This starbuck doesnt disappoint when it comes to quality service and products. They have amazing baristas working around the clock to get the customer their orders at a fast rate. Only down side would be location.Given that its placed across from the high school, it is always packed.But that doesnt stop me.

I love the caramel frapuccino .. I went one time to use the restroom and so I bought sumthing (I wasnt a coffee person) they ended up giving it to me for free since I told the cashier i didnt know what to get for her to just get me anything since I used the restroom so she gave me a caramel frapuccino... She said it was on the house.. well now I find myself going into this place here and there and catch myself buying these frapuccinos at the stores as well.. loved the employee, she was awesome.

Staff is always polite and friendly. Drinks are always perfect. My biggest issue is the parking/drive thru layout. During peak times you can’t get in or out of the parking lot because the drive-thru line. And getting out of the drive-thru line after you get your order is just as much of a nightmare. And it’s across the street from a high school, so it adds to the traffic issue with parents using the parking lot as a drop off for their kids.

Food, drink and people are great. Bathroom wasnt clean this visit, a non customer left their adult diaper. I let them know about it. The other bathroom was forbidden for customer use. Since AB 1732 passed, SB has been using that to block public access to their bathrooms. Employees said it was for them only. See photo.

This is the best Starbucks in the area! The drinks are almost always well made, and I can trust this store to make it right if something goes wrong. Micheal who works around lunch time gets to know his customers and is always friendly. I order the same espresso drink on a fairly regular basis, and the espresso from this store is far better than from others in the area.

I received excellent service at about 6:50 am on a Monday morning! I had a fairly unique request (I was buying a pound of whole bean and wanted only a small portion ground) and the two polite and professional young ladies that served me were extraordinarily kind and willing to go out of their way to help me - even though they were very busy at the time.I was very impressed with the service I received! Those two young ladies were a class act.

Just want to say hands down the best Starbucks experience I’ve had in this area. I went there about 7am this morning and ordered a cinnamon dulce cream base frap with cinnamon mixed in. It was soooo good! It wasn’t melted at the bottom so I was able to get a little bit of the crunch of ice and it tasted like cinnamon. They lady at the window was the sweetest as well. Ya’ll are doing great!! Keep it up I’ll be back. Ha

I enjoyed this Starbucks, ample seating customer services was fast friendly and polite. Exactly what you expect. Seating was plentiful and a good design layout of the facility as a whole didn’t feel cramped as you usually do at general locations. I ordered a sandwich and baked bbq chips. Only gripe might be bathroom could use a mid day mop but other than this this a great location!Keep up the great work gents!

This starbucks was great! I came late in the day on Jun 17 at around 5pm and it was pretty clean! I was also welcomed and even when I was posting a post-it note to their small sticky note pride month wall, someone asked if I was here for a mobile order even though I was just making a sticky note lol. Its also really nice to see and I really appreciate how they have a little wall of motivational sticky notes to help celebrate pride month in June 2020!!!!! You never know when someone (whos not being able to be themselves) passes by this so seeing that wall of sticky notes would help them feel more confident!!! :DDDDD I shouldve taken a picture of the whole thing :((((( Heres a pic of the sticky note I put though, they also provided pens and different colored sticky notes so you can put your own sticky note :DDDDI ordered a tall caramel frappucino and I got it decaffeinated since drinking caffeine makes my Anxiety worse. The taste of the Caramel Frap. decaf vs a regular Caramel Frap caffeinated has no difference! It sti tasted amazing :> Their staff was also very fast at getting my order ready (since it wasnt busy at all lol). Their bathroom is also open to customers! :)

Usually this Starbucks location on H St and Broadway in Chula Vista is pretty good. However, the past couple of times has been pretty bad. They closed the whole Starbucks at 7:55p on a Friday night due to a family emergency. I went there yesterday around the same time and they were closed for in store service even though their app said they were open til 10p. I was told they were short staffed even though I could see 4 employees inside.

We placed our mobile order at 3001 Highland Ave. only to find the entrance locked at 8:45 P.M. (they close at 10:00, & the Starbucks app had assured us that in-store pickup was available). While discovering that the door was locked, 3 cars got ahead of us in the drive-through. The service was SLOW (our mobile order was supposed to be ready at 8:51, which was about the time we arrived at the store; when we got to the window at almost 9:15, they were still working on our order of 3 drinks). At the order station, I complained that they should display a large DRIVE THRU ONLY SIGN at their entrance to avoid confusion. At the window, the staff were snotty. And now it appears that I cant access my Starbucks app! This is atrociously poor customer service!!

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Today the employee was not only rude but the management was AWFUL. They had the drive through open and I was in a rush. When I get to the window the employee tells me I have to get out of the car to pay. If you need the customers to come inside to pay, just close down the drive through. I’ve come here three times and they always get the orders wrong. Usually I let it slide but this time I went back to get it right. When I told the barista that she got the order wrong she began to blame me for getting the order wrong. Definitely the rudest barista I have ever talked to. Would recommend to check if they got your order wrong since they apparently don’t get paid for that.

Starbucks apparently is held to a higher standard a lot of places always clean their establishments are always ready to help you always informative always coming out with something new and delicious they always have the latest and glassware cup where car cup walking cup seasonal cup I love Starbucks and everything about it. Know they have cookies Breakfast sandwiches things to eat in the afternoon they spread out fast like you can go there and have breakfast lunch Wi-Fi and privacy in public. As well as desert Starbucks is five star. Adding on to my five star review April 20 happy four 20 people I go to Starbucks most every morning nowadays. I have hot coffee cold coffee decaffeinated coffee food I tried most everything they make Starbucks is still going strong! Five stars! The most horrible, worst experience... Its been a while from this but that was the worst experience I have ever had in a Starbucks establishment! I cannot remember the clerks name, but he looked Mexican about 54/55 I repeated the order to him twice!Yet, he managed to get my order wrong, but that wasnt the problem anybody could mess up...The problem was that he got extremely pissed and rolled his eyes, and gave me horrible attitude, to top it off the mocha frappes tasted extremely watered down, and were just disgusting...
