I tried not to give a bad review but after going to this store for about 5 months and ordering from them on uber eats I had at least 4 orders delivered wrong and 2 times wrong item was given to me in person. One time I returned drink that was not what I ordered and they were reacting extremely unprofessional. Today the same happened again, Im not Ray and I ordered small coffee.

This location has made a turn for the worst. This location use to have welcoming friendly and amazing baristas since DeAndre, New York and a few others left this location is blah and unwelcoming when you enter. The wait time for mobile orders is horrible the drive thru line moves slow and the drinks are not what they are suppose to be. You can order the same drink everyday and everyday its different and doesnt taste like its suppose to and to pay 6.15 or 6.45 for a drink that tastes horrible is not good. This location needs new management and new staff. Maybe send this team to learn from the Ramon location thats in the Walmart shopping center.

So, the store was slammed with car and foot traffic. I understand waiting for an order. What I don’t understand is how out of sequence my order was. I walked in and ordered a tall Americano with heavy cream. It took them 15 minutes to get me my order. Even the cars who hadn’t yet ordered in the drive-through, plus some that hadn’t even arrived when I walked in, had received their orders before mine was delivered. Same with the foot traffic. I walked back up to the counter and asked about my order. They made it. It became obvious from the shuffling of orders that they had gotten mine way out of sequence. I didn’t receive any kind of apology. I expect better from Starbucks. I normally would not post one star, but this is not the first time that this has happened at this location.UPDATE: I’d like to say that since we are back down in the desert and tried this Starbucks again, this time through the drive-through, that I would have something positive to add. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. I wanted a pound of coffee ground for a drip grind Flat bottom basket setting. I would think that they would have been educated to know what that meant. I also ordered an iced double espresso with a splash of heavy cream. I must say, the drink is perfect. However, when it came to grinding coffee, Nobody there had any idea what a flat-bottomed basket meant. I explained, “you know, the same, grind you use for your baskets in your drip grind brew that you brew in the store.” Again, blank stares. I have lowered my score as far as it can go. I am sure that other people have had great experiences. Unfortunately, between the lack of knowledge and the long wait times, I cannot recommend this Starbucks.

Im fairly happy with this starbucks. It is my local store and I order from it often. The drive through can get very long, so if you are in a hurry order ahead of time or go in. I most often do the mobile order and have had good results. They have only missed one baked item one time out of many orders and they fixed it quickly.

Always love that they let me make a creation and it comes out just like I thought it would. Until I find my perfect perfect after years of the same mix Americano its been really fun starting with espresso and building up from there. Way bummed to lose toffenut after the switch from my hazelnut its been really tasty season

Love the staff, always smiling, even when they are obviously understaffed. Service can be very slow at times but that’s OK, they are doing their best and my order was always perfect

This is our go to Starbucks in town, and not only because it’s close to home. But for the friendly staff that make it a great experience. Regardless of how busy they are you always see a smile and get a welcome in each time.

Seriously. What poor service. I went inside thinking it would be faster than the drive through line. They gave me my sandwiches rather quickly, but without embelishing I could have went through the drive through three times, I was watching. Then I get home and my wifes coffee is almost half empty. You suck.

This location is hit and miss, more miss in my opinion. Drinks are wrong a lot, and it is the slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to, mobile orders 10 min in advance still have you waiting 10 min.

Definitely switching my new drink to the iced London Fog Tea Latte.
