I went during the slow time, and I love that I was able to walk up and order and receive it quickly. The ladies that were working, they were presentable, professional, and pleasant. This store will be added to my trip to the Humane Society weekly. Thank you.

A lot of Starbucks, now that the corporate office has no control of their stores [they handed the control to each store employees to do as they please] become a woke environment, such as this one in San Diego. I do not support stores that only do the minimum work for a paycheck [quite quiting]. They removed all chairs and tables. No where to seat. And the woke employee was audacious enough to blame the homeless people for it. Every food business in the same strip mall has chairs and tables. See attached video.

Not so good. I brought my family here after eating some Thai across the street. It was around 8PM and some of the clientele freaked out my kids (and me). The bathrooms were dirty and there was trash and a beer bottle on the tables outside.On the plus side, there was a lot of outdoor seating and I can see it being a nice location during the day.This Starbucks was not up to par with the locations I typically visit in Portland.

What can I say...These guys went beyond the call of duty today. First they are extremely polite...where else can you walk in and everyone greets with a hello and a smile. Pre-ordered my drinks and was there for the pickup...grab my drinks and left and as soon as I get by the car the holder breaks and 3 of the 5 fall and explode. I pick up the mess and go to order again and they made them for me at no cost. Made me smile.

Ordered a pumpkin ice chai latte tasted gross very syrupy and watery 2-to 3 sips and decided it was not worth finishing, threw it in the trash very disappointed I love chai lattes and pumpkin spice from other cafes but Starbucks seems to be low quality will not be returning.

I like the good service that the girl at the register did. She asked me in a nice way what I will like. And when I told her what I wanted in my drink, she asked me nicely if I have the app. And when I was paying with the app she did a good job helping me scan my card on the app. And my drink was made fast. I didnt have to wait long time. And my drink had a really good flavor. And I also liked that this starbucks was nice and clean. So I will definitely recommend this starbucks to anyone for the good service, good flavor drink and for having their starbucks nice and clean.

Worse starbucks EVER!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE guess thats not part of what they provide and its clear. It took at least 10 minutes to place an order then this closed mid day odd. They also dont listen, you have to repeat it like 10 times and dont bother asking for nutmeg or vanilla that the each starbucks have except for this one even though I can clearly see 6 glass containers. Wow! Just close permanently do everyone a favor

On July 27th I skated 3.5 miles to get my puppy across the street I was feeling heat stroke and I went into Starbucks because they have the best ice water around I went up to ask the male worker with brades or dreadlocks for a pup-a-chino and the dark skinned worker said I had to purchase something and then I said ok can I please have an ice water he laughed and said thats not purchasing something and me and Alice had to walk to 711 where they helped us with water and offered to call a 7ber for me cuz they said I looked like I was gonna pass out from heat that Starbucks dude will be hearing from my attorney

The new people who have been hired in the last two weeks have been making coffee carelessly . Which is frustrating especially when Starbucks is so pricey and charge extra for syrups and drizzles. The last two times I’ve gotten coffee it didn’t have half the things I ordered in my coffee and have had espresso grounds on the bottom of my drinks. Inside is clean, good service, courteous, quick - everything you expect from Starbucks. The issue is outside. This location is in an area that is VERY heavy with homeless foot traffic. In the hour I was there (for a meeting), 7 homeless strolled through. Dont plan to sit outside at the tables if you are eating because the smell that trails when one walks by is awful, and any breezes or winds like we had today, makes it worse. I ended up bringing my food and tea home. Its unfortunate because otherwise, the patio area is nice and roomy. This is better as a grab and go location. PARKING can also be a challenge here as there are several businesses in this very small shopping center, that all sit under a large apartment complex.

I would give it seven stars if I could, right when you walk in the workers are with so much positive energy. And Lauren was the best. They make the best coffee, and they can make anything you want. This site has horrible customer service. They process the line quickly enough but only fill mobile orders. I waited 12 minutes for a simple order while mobile orders were quickly filled. I do not just pay for coffee but service and convenience. Stop taking in person orders if you’re only interested in mobile customers. There needs to be more balance in how orders are processed or you need to hire more help. This is a chronic problem for this site.

This review is something I personally don’t want to post but this is extremely disappointing. I moved to this area back in May of 2021 and occasionally visited this Starbucks. Every time I visit this Starbucks, I became more disappointed. The drinks I ordered were constantly made wrong or not up to the Starbucks standard (I ordered a venti cappuccino with soy milk and they used the same spoon that was used for a customer before me without washing it out. I asked for a remake since I can’t have dairy and the barista that made my drink immediately got annoyed with me). They ultimately fixed the drink, but this was not the Starbucks experience I expected.The baristas at this location are friendly but extremely unprofessional. I witnessed a couple of baristas made really inappropriate jokes in front of a mom and her daughter while they were putting in their orders. The mom had to cover her daughter ears and didn’t say a word to the barista since the line was already long.Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this Starbucks location. I have given them multiple chances, but I won’t be back here for awhile. If you do decide to order here, just know the line is long especially during morning and the staff can be unprofessional.

They had Earl Grey tea which I had but dont like very much. Homeless people outside their establishment asking for money and making it uncomfortable at times.

New employees are not taught to read or follow the official Starbucks refill policy word by word on the website but insists on what they are told. There is always a possibility that one needs to educate the barista how the refill works regardless the original beverage before asking for one.

There were 6 employees behind the counter that I made eye contact with, nobody in line to order, yet I was ignored when trying to pick up my mobile order.Another customer comes in 5 mins after me and he gets helped before I do. I only ever get snacks and the occasional ice tea. Starbucks coffee is terrible. It is burnt, bitter and gross. There are so many other small roasters that have significantly better coffee. The only thing good about Starbucks is ubiquity...if you are hungry.

This Starbucks has went down hill. I used to go there all the time. I went Monday night to meet a friend around 7pm and it looked like a homeless shelter. There was a homeless lady inside walking barefoot and her feet were green. We went to sit outside and numerous homelesss people asked us for money. I feel bad for the people that work there. Its not fair to them to have to work around people that arent spending money. I felt so dirty when I left there, that I immediately went home and took a shower. I wont go back.

I havent been to the Starbucks Store on Linda Vista Road since last summer: The problem is, that during the school year, quite a few USD college students use this Starbucks Store to do their homework. Ive rarely had problems with most of them however, a few locals would come into the store, order a small drink and then spend hours-taking a table and chair-while doing their homework. They were oblivious to everything around them, except when they wanted (perhaps) another small refill of black coffee or a cup of water, etc.Sometimes, this Starbucks would become so crowded, that there was nary a place to sit, unless you wanted to sit outside on an old rusted table, along with the few loitering homeless street people.So, I just stopped frequenting the Starbucks Store on Linds Vista Road.Well, I went there today around 16:45PM and it was totally deserted!Most of the USD students were on school vacation and will be gone until school starts again in late August or September.Finally!🙂The baristas seemed to be overjoyed!No more dirty restrooms, overloaded waste receptacles, long lines or tables replete with laptop hypnotized students; some never even bothered to clean their tables before they left.The restaurant was clean and fully stocked, the music was mellow and the few customers there were actually friendly; a couple even smiled and said, Hi to me.The sun was low in the sky and the large windows next to the street were letting in rays of bright light, casting a warm glow throughout the store.I had one of their specials, a Venti Snickerdoodle Frappuccino and it was delicious; I savored every drop of it.My visit today capped off a wonderful day and I was able to spend about an hour there and relax until it was time to go home.So, for a few months, I can occasionally drop by the Linda Vista Starbucks and not be overrun by the hordes of students.In a couple of weeks, Twain Senior High School begins its vacation and theyll all be gone!Hooray!🙂✌🏾🤘🥂✨

I ordered ahead of time on my phone through the Starbucks app. I had earned enough stars to get a free item, so I ordered a frappuccino. The app told me that it would be ready in 5-8 minutes which was perfect because I was still about 5 minutes away. When I got there, in less than a minute, I heard my name called. So I walk to the pickup area and there was a grande frappuccino with my name on it. I told the barista that it was supposed to be a venti, not a grande. Without hesitation, she said no problem and proceeded to turn it into a venti frappuccino instead. As she did, I looked on my phone, and I had accidentally left the size at grande (it was a free drink either way.) Within a couple of minutes, my drink had been changed into a venti and I was on my way. So, even though I had originally made the mistake on my order, the barista fixed it (all while smiling and being very friendly). Thank you, Starbucks. Not just great coffee, excellent customer service as well!

Got s sick stomach after having their Carmel Macchiato today.I asked for coconut milk as I am lactose intolerant. I think this was not done. The Macchiato had no coconut taste at all and I got the same stomach reaction of bloating and nausea as I do when I have cows milk. I have to be nursing my stomach now. I trusted that what I ordered would be what I got. I am very disappointed and annoyed.
