Starbucks La Combre is a cozy tall seat cafe in Santa Barbara. The baristas are amazing and kind hearted and I had a great discussion with them while my coffee was prepared about the other services I heard about first time, so I am also giving a hint to your events!This cafe has a lot of beautiful mugs for instance for parties and great coffees for events.Believe me, people want to have coffee even after the dinner with the dessert. In the events where the event order hasnt contained coffee with dessert after the dinner has been improvising from something out of nothing so it is better to br prepared.Starbucks coffee beans can be ordered in so called travelers boxes, where fresh brewed beans are delivered to events or even for an office for summer time picnic, get together, brainstorming event, private luxury buses with espresso machines etc., so your event team do not have to brew the coffee onsite.People do love coffee and high quality coffee is indeed one of the high lights with any event dessert.The mug prices pays itself back as the coffee when you bring your own mug has a discount for the coffee in most of the places.With Love,Joanna

I arrived early this morning, im still here 😅. I didnt come to the store on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 4pm to hear the guy with curly hair and glasses complain about his job with two other coworkers who were oblivious to a not so busy environment with little to no customers. I pointed out that an item was missing and the guy with the curly hair says oh yeah the empty bag where your item is suppose to be in is right there. Great way to insult the customer by placing an empty bag where the item I ordered was suppose to be then letting his other coworkers provide a substitute.

There isnt much going on in la cumbre plaza. Aside from this place and a couple restaurants. This place is definitely better than the other starbucks location in 5 points. That one sometimes has vagrants...This location is decent. There is a ton of parking. Coffee comes pretty quickly. I would 100% use the starbucks mobile app though. Its better than waiting around in the small cramped shop for your coffee to be made. The other good thing about this location is that there are outside tables to sit out and enjoy your coffee. I would have rated it higher if the atmosphere was a little better and if their coffee bean quality was better. All in all its a typical starbucks.

I love Starbucks! I cannot eat the food because all of the eatables have soy or corn in them. I love the drinks. I love the coffee with heavy cream. Pikes Place and Verona are my favorites.

Please teach your cashiers how to make change. Coffee=$3.25. Payment=$5.25. Cashier cannot accept the quarter to give me back an even $2. She must make me keep my quarter and gives me $1.75 in change. I was embarrassed for the girl. 18 or 19 years old and cant make change in a coffee shop. Good thing shes pretty.

The most overcrowded place I have ever seen in Santa Barbara. I really regretted ordering via app when I saw what it was like, with around 30 people crammed into a tiny space. I had to leave without getting my order (wasting my money) because it took too long.

I LOVE this team! Just visited this morning, this used to be my daily stop (sometimes multiple visits a day) and they are still the Best! I ordered my breakfast & coffee, then got delayed a bit. When I arrived, my food item was sold out, so they politely offered a refund or a substitute. When I confessed I only ever ate what I ordered that was now sold out, the kind, upbeat barrista mentioned if I wanted inspo what they recommend. And- I thought I ordered a hot beverage which would have turned cold by the time I arrived, yet by happy accident it was iced. When I mentioned I ordered it hot, they offered to remake immediately. This team is on top of it! Always offering solutions & guest satisfaction is key. I am glad to see that after three years of my infrequent visits that they are still kicking butt & serving coffee!

I give this store a 10/10! The employees are so thoughtful, and I was immediately greeted when I walked in. They were very efficient and I felt welcomed here compared to other stores i’ve been to. Two employees, Linnea and Kelly were especially nice!

So dissapointed with La Cumbre (5 points store). Just got there at 8:52 pm and was turned away by a boy Named Francisco telling my friend an d I. I am sorry, but we are closed, she is the last customer even though I told him we just need a to go drink and is still 8 minutes to 9:00. He said I am sorry; but we need to clean. OK My friend and I went back to the car and at 8:56 pm we saw a customer with his dog walking inside the store. I suspected he would still get a drink. I went inside the store to confirm that and I was right. This person was still sold a coffee and I asked my self, why wouldnt I? Well, I asked the other boy named Charly if I could get a coffee and he said: Yes, you can, we still have a minute to close. I told him why was I not helped. He said Francisco did not noticed it was still 8 minutes before 9 pm. Well, I told Charly I was so disappointed with Francisco that he was not being equal to his customers and I would write a google review and his manager would know about this inequality. This is the 2nd time I am turned away. First time by a girl. My whole family and I love Starbucks; but I would never come back to this store and would write this review in Spanish soon too.

Picked up breakfast, and ordered inside vs using my app. Cashier friendly, and mobile order pick up area quite busy.Only took about 5 minutes to get my hot chai tea latte, breakfast sandwich and blueberry scone.Ate the sandwich in my car, since parking spaces were mostly empty that morning.This store is located in the La Cumbre Plaza outdoor mall area.Will visit again when Im in Santa Barbara.

Who doesnt know what Starbucks is? I think this one has pretty good service (mid 2019), hopefully you experience that too. Good Wi-Fi here, hopefully you enjoy your coffee here, Id say its similar to other Starbucks around. I quite like the location, if you have time get your order to go and walk around

Best Starbucks in the world every ones friendly and clean bathroom and the MGR TJ is magnificent, a customer spilled their coffee ☕ and TJ made another coffee ☕ and brought it to their table and spill was cleaned up fast, who ever makes a not #100 good remark is in La La Land

Poor service. Got my order wrong and when I requested it be fixed it was done in a slipshod way. They lost another familys order, and the people who ordered before me were still waiting for their order after I had gotten mine, left the store, realized my drink was wrong, and I came back to get it fixed. The girl who messed up twice was rude and dismissive and just had an I dont care attitude. I wont go back there.

Honestly, Ive tried every type of coffee (not gussied up drinks) possible, Ive now downgraded my cappuccino to drip, and Im still disappointed. Every drink from there is just underwhelming. The two stars is for service, they get the job done quickly. Minus three stars for product quality and barista know how.

Baristas are the harest working super friendliest people youll ever meet at a starbucks. They’ll work to get your drink right and if they dont- just ask and they will correct it as a first priority! They take you and your needs seriously! As it is, This location will always be my first priority starbucks for that reason!

Not my usual Starbucks, but I’ve been here twice in the last month. Both times incredibly busy and staff not able to keep up with demand. Order online before you go otherwise be prepared for a 15 min wait for your drink.

My Refreshers and teas/lemonades are always too watered down and when I go to have them re-do it the results are the same, should really consider adding more juice and no water theres already enough ice in it to make too much water making it taste watered down, find a better solution than just ice in my opinion it melts to quickly and us use a lot already
