Theres one specific employee that works here, always wears a sparkly mask, and they are absolutely wonderful. I know my drink will always be made perfect whenever they are working. I sincerely appreciate your consistency and kindness. I used to come by every morning on my way into work but my drink began being made different and wasnt consitent. Either the cinnamon cold foam wasnt added at all or it was made wrong, and way too sweet/different taste. I could have gone back in and said something multiple times but I was always in a rush to get to work so I never did.My drink of choice: iced oatmilk latte with extra cinnamon powder & cinnamon cold foam.

When Im in Petaluma, this Starbucks is very convenient. It is a small Starbucks, and I only bought 3 lattes, no food. The service was great, and the lattes were excellent.

I know it’s a chain, but it does fill a niche; Nice little neighborhood coffee shop. I had a coffee and read for about half an hour in between meetings with clients.

Love this location! While there is no drive-thru, I enjoy this location because the lines are short and the staff is super friendly! Very welcoming and kind.

Door facing the street and sidewalk is locked, you have to walk to the back parking lot to enter,they lock up the main entrance and only use the exit in the back of the building

Claimed I left a $5.00 tip on my debit card which was not the case as I used my phone to pay and did not touch any buttons on the machine. When questioned ‘Devon’ developed an attitude tossing my sandwich on the counter and asking me how much back I wanted. My order was $10.00 so I said I want the $5.00 I was overcharged, he replied ‘allegedly’. Very rude customer service in this store and watch what they’re charging.

The gals in there are so sweet and the guys too!! I just wish they were more consistent I only usually get the mango dragonfruit lemonade and most of last week it got lighter and lighter I finally had to say something it was so light it looked diluted. 😔 but she did fix it when asked.

Large starbucks. Nice employees. They shut down until they can refit. A car went through their wall.

I stopped in for a pink drink on a hot day, went back to the car, and my fiance said that sure looks good. Went back in and got him a strawberry lemonade! 🤣

Always a morning go-to when I’m in town. The acre dream is incredible and the service is always awesome. Some days there is a pretty big line and no sense of urgency behind the counter. I don’t mind the wait, just something to consider. Their corn cookies are so good we usually bring a bag home.
