If I could rate worse I would. The time stamp says 3:32. I’m writing this review at 4 o’clock sharp. Took me 30 minutes to get 2 standard menu drinks and a cake pop. As a former Starbucks barista myself, I’m extremely understanding however it was not busy. It was not packed. Upon observation, baristas were definitely making drinks to the Starbucks training standard but there is absolutely no sense of urgency. Will not be returning to this Starbucks location unless I need to waste time (unlikely)

Super busy location... a long wait time which was a good way to make time before my appointment at the County Clerks office. Coffee and my sons latte were pretty good. It is unfortunate that tables are not available for people who are actually consuming Starbucks products instead of being pretentious on a laptop... there should be a 20 minute max time.

Had a great experience coming to this location again after years of living out of town. The morning crew, especially the young lady that was helping me with my mobile order @5:40am, went above and beyond trying to accommodate me (I had to get on the train on time) and my girlfriend who was trying to get to work on time. I like this Starbucks. Staff members are mostly very friendly and conduct themselves as true professionals. Customers run the gambit, from high-powered lawyers to the occasional drug-induced transient. Thats Fresno. Its regrettable that they had to pull out the power outlets. Thats why Im giving this the place four stars, instead of five. I understand why they had to do it. Nevertheless, I will not give five stars until power outlets are made available once again.

I asked one of the young ladies the code for the bathroom and 3times she said it looking the other way another customer had to ask for meApparently I wasnt asking loud enough. When ur customer service and someone asks a question look them in the eye when responding. Makes all the difference.

The location was really nice. Friendly employees. I order a dragon fruit with coconut milk but they did not have the color pink for the drink so they give me a bigger size for the inconvenience. The drink taste the same. Great place to sit and to have meetings. The parking lot was only a few minutes away so it was perfect .

They are really friendly and do their best! What people do not understand is that this is a very big hot spot because of the convention center and the IRS and other clothes businesses and companies so that is why they are always busy but I understand you pay a lot for your dream so make sure you are patient because sometimes it is a wait and sometimes it will get it out quick!

Cashier was rude as hell. Not coming back. I was trynna help my friend who has a hearing dissability and shy. This was Thursday, August 11 morning. We were trying to be polite but cashier girl kept calling me hun, kept cutting me off and kept raising her voice. The rest of the workers were smirking as she talked rudely to us. We were the only ones in line. She made me and my friend anxious. We left unsatisfied and was given wrong size straws and wrong size cup cuz she was so impatient with us. Not friendly work place

Waited since 3:00am for two new cups that just released I and my daughter where first in line so excited we were going to get the cups we wanted prior to the employee opening the door she made a comment and grabbed 2 cups took them to the back then opened the door. So disappointing to wait so long for be employee to grab it right in front of you. Cups for employees should be put away prior to being on the floor. Disappointed

This is the third time Ive come to this store and they are closed during hours when they should be open. I see employees and customers still in the store but the door is locked and a handwritten store closed sign is up on the door. This is extremely frustrating, please consider changing your store hours officially or simply stay open until youre supposed to.

Usually the service at this location is perfect. But recently there’s been a girl that I haven’t seen until a few months ago. She’s usually always at the register and when taking your order she seems lost like she doesn’t know what she’s doing. Asks you what you want at least 3 times because she doesn’t remember. This one time she was helping a costumer and had the customers phone in her hands swiping through her photos. She was with her for at least 5 minutes. Needless to say I didn’t get my coffee as I only have a 10 minute great. I avoid having my order taken by her and get annoyed when she’s put at the register just because the line goes by so slow due to how long it takes her to write the order down. Everyone else is super friendly though!

I go here all the time. I highly recommend they try calling out peoples name when their order is ready. I stand there watching and each time I can barely hear my name. Ive even had the occurrence of someone else taking my drink because people cant hear them!

Ordered my coffee during the morning rush and it took about 20 minutes, which is perfectly understandable. Had to pay for parking which was half and hour max, which I exceeded during todays visit. The coffee was good quality but a bit pricey. One thing I did not like was that I ordered a sandwich and wanted it toasted, so i waited. And waited. My coffee came but still I waited. Finally being fed up with waiting I asked where my sandwich was and the barista had informed me that it was placed in the mobile order area unbeknownst to me. The waiting unfortunately made me late so for those ordering food here make sure the barista does not misplace your order. And obviously, arrive early because you never know how long you have to wait.

Okay, its a Starbucks, so what do you expect. I spend a lot of money with Starbucks and have been to their places all over the western U.S. This one is downtown, and is nicely set up. My beef is that they tend to get homeless folks hanging our around the place. To be fair, nobody asked me for money, and lord knows the homeless have to go somewhere, so I am not unsympathetic to them. Its just that the bathrooms are locked, so you have to ask for the combo. I wanted to use one, but one had been occupied for like twenty minutes, and the other about ten. I gave up.

This downtown FRESNO coffee shop is a fixture among local residents and workers near Kern & N streets. The employees are friendly and do a great job serving a diverse downtown clientele. My only real caveat is the small size of the store. Otherwise, drop by for pumpkin spice latte or any number of delicious items. A great store!

Though theyre not open on Sundays, this store serves all of the downtown Fresno clientelle from city, county and federal employees, as well as the homeless coffee consumers... This is the only Starbucks Ill go to before I start my morning commute. The staff always greets me with warm smiles and friendly conversation. My favorite barista, the young brown haired boy whom I refer to as tall and extra hot makes my triple shot no foam vanilla macchiato to perfection.
