Ive heard this from others but I would also like to comment on the fact that on several occasions the cups have only been about two thirds full. Weve heard the whipped cream excuse but these isnt even any remnants of whipped cream. You need to do a better job of policing your baristas. You might want to also check out the complaints about this very subject on the next door app.

Went through the drive through and the gal who was taking our order didnt know the menu well which was obvious when I asked if they had a chicken salad sandwich she had no idea what I was taking about and so I asked if they had any kind of chicken sandwich and she ended up giving me an egg and chicken breakfast sandwich. Not exactly what I expected but it was okay. I also ordered a Iced green tea and a Carmel frap. They were both good. The people that work here need some additional training on the food items that they do or dont carry at this location. Or maybe they could just go and check to see what sandwiches are available.

Horrible customer service. Absolutely horrible. No apologies for making me wait after going through the drive thru and telling me where to park my car. Wait was ridiculous for a REGULAR coffee. My specialty Coffee was given at the drive thru window as well as my food item. The regular coffee was too much for them to handle because about 7 cars went through the drive thru as I was still waiting. So long that I had to actually CALL into the store to find out where my tall REGULAR coffee was. No apologies just got the coffee and it was warm not hot.

I go to this starbucks a few times a week and its always clean and there is never any problems with my order. My only complaints is that it always seems as if no wants to ring people up. Today when i went in I counted 5 people working most of them where cleaning and doing other tasks during a slow time and i still stood at the register for a whole minute or so while they all chit chatted and did their tasks until one of them finally walked over. Unfortunately this is what my typical experience is they usually dont ring me up right away. Its definitely not a very inviting feeling. However all if my other experiences here have been great so thank you for all the hard work the team puts in.

This is a well-deserved shout out to ANNA!! She served me today with such kindness and courtesy! She was SUPER friendly and just made me feel good!! I only had a gift card and was unable to provide a well-deserved tip, and she was really quick to say, Oh, dont worry about it, and that smile never left her face or voice. Thank you, Anna and I will make up that tip the next time.

Been coming regularly to this Starbucks for a long time (since it opened) - always bring my tiny dog - I hold him in my arms and we wait patiently for our coffee- the staff have always loved it - and interacted with the dog - today the manager told me - No Dogs!! - Did not ask if it is a service dog (my dog is not a service dog but its the spirit of the thing) - 1 star because they have ruined my previously cherished Starbucks experience

The drinks and food are always on point. The staff always seems to be overworked and in a horrible mood, though. I feel like I am inconveniencing them every-time I order something.

Honestly disappointed with my visit today. This is my regular Starbucks that I go to because the line always moves quick and service is always incredibly friendly. I don’t remember the young girl’s name who was working the drive thru window, but man the service was really poor today. My grande coffee served hot had less than what would normally come in a tall. No napkins, not a word to me at the drive thru window, and completely ignored me as I said thank you/have a nice day. Her attitude screamed “I would rather be anywhere but here right now.” I told the cashier to keep all the change as a tip when I was paying, she didn’t listen and handed everything back to me. Honestly glad her ignorance made her miss out on a 20%+ tip.

Good coffee, service was fast.Was very busy.Tables need a good cleaning not just a wipe down.
