One of the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Every time they mess up with the order. Not once every time I order they mess up with the order, most of the time they will add more ice even mentioned light ice and they will add more milk instead of splash of milk. Not once almost 100% of the time they will mess up the order. They added too much milk in below image. Last time they added too much ice and it is more brown in color, now it is more light brown in color.

This Starbucks is a hidden gem! I love it!I was dazed, confused unable to get wifi to connect with UBER. Then I saw Starbucks!Great Coffee and fraps! Would definitely recommend

I was confused this is my salted cream cold brew coffee. Barista countered that because the cream sank to the drink after sitting there for 15min… is that possible unless someone was shaking it or using a centrifugal machine to achieve such homogeneity…???

My son is at the Kaiser ER, and this is about a block away. They were awesome, and there are a couple outside shady benches nearby, tho their patio seating is closed for pandemic.

I visit this store almost daily and usually it is 5 star experience. Today while waiting in line, I observed an employee come from the back, grab a sandwich, and while stand waiting for the oven, opened her wrapper and discarded part of the wrapper onto the floor. I commented that I couldn’t believe she discarded her wrapper on the floor. She gave me a dirty look said she didn’t know what I was talking about and when I said to her part of your wrapper is on the floor, she just glared at me and made no effort to pick the rapper up off the floor until a coworker got involved and said hey, it’s OK. It just fell and she didn’t know it. Well, I saw her flick, the trash onto the floor and her glare was so rude that I said to her she might want to reconsider how she’s looking at the customers, considering she is an employee and I could be a mystery shopper. She rolled her eyes and said good for you. I have never in about 30 years of going to any Starbucks ever had a Starbucks employee look at me that way or speak to me that way it was completely inappropriate. After she completed warming her sandwich, she made sure to AGAIN glare dirty look at me as she walked behind the employee taking my order.Update: this location put lock codes on bathrooms. This is “because of the homeless”. So the rest of us have to wait in line to get the code to rinse personal cup then get back in line again. Also, so what if homeless buy coffee etc (which many do) ? Do you realize the city streets smell like urine due to lack of facilities? This just makes life more difficult for everyone. I won’t be back. Try some humanity, people!! Oh and this is on top of a 30 cent increase (10%) on tall brewed coffee. $3.25. Corporate and owner greed. Those owning multiple homes locking out part of the community.

Very unprofessional manner of some workers here esp the asian lady (black hair) kind of chinese. Looking at my order to see if it was placed on the counter since she had not been calling names, i moved one of the cups to get a clearer view of the name on the sticker to make sure it belonged to me, then she raised her voice and said “dont touch foods!” I mean, you were not voicing the names of the order and i need to see if one belonged to me so how am i even supposed to know that my orders are ready? What an inappropriate way of calling out. Her manner and her approach is very embarrassing and must be called out. I am calling the management team of this branch to pls revisit the customer service approach of your team, the communication and manner is not very costumer friendly. Customers are not little kids. Place it in a way that costumers will see their names if you dont want to announce names. This is not the first time but third time their worker approaches costumer in a rude manner.

Very rude staff. The cashier didn’t even greet us and when my husband said Hello she didn’t even reply back, throughout dealing with us she had a stern face as if she was doing us a big favour by taking our order. I usually go to this place but now onwards I will never go.
