The store wasnt as busied as other places. Only saw 3 working behind the counter. I got my Pike fairly quick. But my brother drink was a lot later. Did enjoyed my Pike though. Hopefully next time will get our drinks in good time.

This is a nice place for younger people to hang out together.I ordered a breakfast sandwich which was far too expensive for the portion size served. The sandwich tasted okay.Going forward, I will not be ordering this sandwich due primarily to its exorbitant price, in proportion to serving size.

Some of the team members are really nice. Orders are wrong about half time and when brought up, they aren’t entirely friendly. I was able to get my issue resolved with the main service number so that was helpful. I wish they would slow down a little to read order details like light ice. With that said, the drinks are usually made well.

I’m a regular consumer who always buy coffee at Starbucks. Today it was very weird i went to get my refill my drink i always order. This 6’6 black person gave me a Threat of my life. The young asain girl black long hair has her cell phone in her back pocket 5’0 to 5’5 months took her boyfriend or sugar daddy to be threatening people whoever is talking with her. So let’s do this? Fired that person for doing that to consumers or I will be the biggest lawsuit in Starbucks history never had before. Remember key of success is great customer service loyalty and discipline. This is not acceptable at all. I hope you will fired this person today. I love coming into this Starbucks they are family. Once someone does this problem it makes Starbucks looks bad. Ty for your understanding in the matter. Please take care of this matter before my lawyer gets involve. This person should not be working at Starbucks. I made it clear u need to fired that person. You would be better off ordering ahead of time and passing the line and the register right to your drink. They usually make the drinks within 5 minutes of you ordering so make sure youre either on your way or you are pretty close. Its really busy here so drinks or sometimes accidentally confused but no worries because they will fix anything that youre not happy with. The stuff is very good here! It would be nice if they just had some more chairs.

I ordered a drink on Mobile, and it took over 15 minutes to make and the drink was wrong. I asked the cashier why my drink wasn’t being made and all he said was that “we are under staff.” As a boba barista my self I know that it could be overwhelming, however I see around 5-6 employees in the back and I believe the orders should be moving a lot faster. I didn’t buy a cup of coffee just to buy for a cup of ice… 4 shots yet I don’t taste much coffee flavor plus my order was wrong.

You can easily find parking by Starbucks. Recently renovated seating. There are limited plugs bu tables. Serving really fast above the Starbucks aberage. There are pletoutdorr seating that you can enjoy. There are gas station and grocery in the same shopping mall.

After having worked at this location before, its a pleasure to always have delicious beverages from friendly staff still.The location also benefits from fantastic outdoor seating. The facilities are kept well maintained, and their attention to mobile order is fantastic (morning rush here can be very busy! highly recommend mobile 7-9a).Keep up the great work, partners. Great coffee, fast, friendly! We get our coffee from here often. You can order online and pay on the Starbucks app, and then pick up the drink from the store. All Starbucks locations have been excellent including this one.

They have a great team over here. I once ordered a coffee and a cookie by accident I wanted to pick it up in 45 minutes. I called the store they had the order put on pause and when I got there after 45 minutes they had just made my coffee, ready to go. That is great service.

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now and the drink quality has dropped unfortunately. Today, I ordered a matcha latte with vanilla sweet cream cold foam, and the cold foam was way too loose. I saw the barista run the liquid mix in the vitamix for maybe about half a minute, and it definitely was not the same as all the other times I’ve gotten my drinks topped with the foam. Unfortunate because i placed a mobile order and don’t even know how to get a refund.

I would never go here again. I waited 15 minutes with only 1 persons order ahead of me. Then I ordered 4 drinks and 5 croissants. Everything had to be remade, drinks and food. They made every one on the stores drinks before remaking my order as if I were my fault they did it wrong. They had 4 visible ppl working and when I came in the store was half empty. Oh, and they decided to rename me bc they didnt want to type my full name, Jennifer.

I love this Starbucks. Its like the Cheers of coffee bars. My husband has only to place his order and they bring it to him at his special table. Right now this location is going through a transition and they have a totally new team. Orders arent always great, but they are trying their best. I have every confidence that they will soon resume their greatness.

Awesome staff - I dont understand all the bad reviews about customer service; all the workers here are really nice and helpful. I usually come here in the afternoons/evenings, and sometimes from morning to evening.Theres a lot of seating, but also a lot of people during rush hour. Theres a moderate amount of outlets everywhere, and the WiFis speedy.The only bad thing is that there is only one bathroom stall for each gender, but thats about it. :D

However, with the onset of the pandemic the nearby Starbucks (with the drive through) at the Marketplace replaced this store as one of the most happening stores in Oange County.

The problem with Starbucks is not that they consistently mess up your order that is clearly printed for them on the cup, its that they mess up in addition to having horrible customer service. I can get over having to go inside after placing a mobile order and wait for a new drink or a refund but they act like you are the problem and never once offer an apology.

One of the best starbucks in the area. They are fast because the staff is experienced in high volume service. Sometimes this makes the staff a bit less friendly, but thats easy to overlook when a line of 20 people gets dispatched in about 2 minutes.The inside is very convenient if you want to do some work over the WiFi. They have lots of tables, a big shared table and comfortable seating. Its conveniently located too.

I wish the folks at my company were half as good as these people. Clearly they have figures out how to work well as individuals and as a team. Nobody in line. I was the only one. Seven (7) employees behind the counter. Only 2 were doing anything tha thg I could see. Waited 5 minutes, no kidding, to get helped, and then by one of the staff that was actually doing something. Medium dark roast with some cream and splenda. All we have is sugar and Stevia. No kidding! I canceled my order. I went doors down to the bagel shop. Was greeted promptly with a smile, for my coffee, then went to the condiment bar. They had everything and more. I was told to have a great day with a other smile. Moral of story? I wont be going back to this Starbucks maybe others. Sad.

So slow. Theres no hustle. The employees complained in front of customers. Unprofessional. They dont allow phone orders to go, which is the dumbest strategy since they also dont have a drive-thru. Also, the cashiers didnt even listen to me, make eye contact, smile, nothing. Service, at best was mediocre.Go down the street to the other one.

Theres one racist female employee (brunette with dark eyeliner that works morning shifts) that up charged me $4.05 for a venti iced coffee (it is always $3.45 or $3.55 depending on the location, which is what I was charged today). I complained to corporate and at the location. I have seen this woman treat minorities differently on two occasions now. How she treats minorities and non-minorities is blatantly obvious as I have watched her while waiting for my drinks. I am utterly disgusted. Theres no place for that behavior.

The felling of walking into a Starbucks in Irvine is like no other. The smell of coffee the feeling of delicious, and scrumptious foods makes any person from any walk of life excited. The photo is of a “medium cappuccino” with the finger marking the volume. How is this medium? It’s about 150 ml, at best. The cup sticker says “grande”, which means “large”...The drink was bitter, the froth is on the cup walls long after the drink is gone - what the heck is it made from? Milk doesn’t work that way... You get the same or, sometimes, even better quality coffee at a gas station!The misleading popularity of this chain saddens me.
