2024-04-29 01:59:30This Starbucks is really nice. The people working there were young and really polite. They even asked me how my day was going as we were waiting for my order. Very clean. Very friendly. I was so happy to see this. Starbucks was walking distance from the hotel I was staying at.

2024-06-11 20:25:41Leaving this review for door dashers & Uber eaters drivers, Been to atleast 10 different Starbucks in San Diego & this is by farrrrr the worst one to pick up orders from. Idk what’s their deal but hope the owner sees this and has a talk with them

2024-04-12 18:20:01Nice convenient Starbucks near Medical offices and on the heart of UTC. Staff is outstanding and especially friendly. Found seat inside. Parking is pay lot but expected in this area. Quaint is the word that describes this SB. Recommended.

2022-05-28 16:22:31Great service, fast and very friendly! The parking can get little “funny” in this area but they validate the parking of the lot that is right next door. Inside of the shop not that many tables but there are plenty of tables outside, it was a hot day so we chose to stay inside and it wasn’t very crowded too. Great location and store

2020-06-22 16:16:31I ordered two wraps and two bagels for breakfast. The taste was nothing special and the food was almost cold upon arrival of the UBER EATS driver. Delivery took an hour. I won’t reorder.

2017-04-05 01:08:19I felt this location has not enough baristas but they are hardworking baristas. This location is a busy one because of UC San Diego students and a 2 medical centers in one location. There is a wait at this location which is really nice store.

2022-06-17 18:13:21I am a frequent visitor ~ always just do a tall iced latter or tall iced cold brew and lemon loaf/cheese danish. Today, I think I met a new worker, and they could not hear my name correctly (I am so sorry, I know it’s hard sometimes without me spelling). But one barista remembered my name, called my by my name and she even corrected on the cup! It made my day really! Thanks for the drinks and cakes everyday!

2022-08-29 04:24:47Went at 6:20 pm today, Sunday. Employees seemed they just wanted to finish early. Mopping when people (about 15 people) was inside without putting wet signs. Sign at the door said store hours were from 5am until 7.30pm. Although, cashier said they were closing at 7pm. Not sure if employees are overworked but seemed not very content to be there. Two people was at the front (cashier and barista), and about three people on the back.

2020-08-25 05:50:30I was picking up my mobile order for a tall Cold Brew with Dark Cocoa Almondmilk Foam, a grande Lemonade and a Cheese & Fruit Protein Box at Starbucks 4150 Regents Park Row. Waiting several minutes wondering if the two drinks out since I got there were mine, I patiently asked the female barista if they were on my name, and she was like, “Oh! I didn’t realize you were waiting for a mobile order. “Quite busy packing four drinks, each two in a separate paper bag which also had a carrier with handle inside that gave it extra support (how careful!), she just gave me all three (two drinks and one lunch box) without offering a bag or a carrier. Asked for a holder, she gave me a tray without handle instead, in a way that suggested she was too busy to care.I put them on the tray, which was quite loose and had clumsily oversized indentations, and came back to my husband waiting in our car wondering why it took so long. Not knowing the tray was not firm enough to support my drinks, I put it on my seat to make some space for me to sit in, and was too slow to keep them from being spilled all over the upholstery.Wiping all the coffee (and lemonade) stains hastily with napkins and wipes we luckily had and having no cup of coffee to sip at all was quite upsetting to us. Hesitant and resolute at the same time, I returned to the store and explained what just happened to another barista. He was nice enough to offer to make my drinks again and give some extra napkins (but of course, asked for proof first. How negligent I was not to take a picture first!), but not professional enough to apologize for what was caused by their negligence. Granted, it was not him but the female barista who was negligent, but not surprisingly, she also was prompt enough to make my drinks again, but not humane enough to SAY SORRY.It looks like the coffee smell is gonna be in our car forever, and the seat feels weirdly sticky (we weren’t able to reach down the seat crevice ...). Apart from the stains which I have to pay to clean up, what’s more galling to me is they never seemed to care. I’ve been a regular at this location (my order history has the store name all over it), but realized this time the baristas working there are not professional nor care about their customers. I don’t think I’ll come back again. Too disappointed, I would rather bother to walk or drive a few miles more to visit many other coffee chains that would serve delicious coffee and have caring baristas.

2023-11-13 15:56:57Had wonderful drinks, but terrible service. I know rush hour is always a hit or miss, but the baristas who were making our drinks were very cranky. So cranky that, three weeks later, I’m still remembering how rude they were.I felt bad to even ask where my drink was (which was a drip coffee with my own container), and one of the baristas said in a snarky voice that it had been called multiple times. I’m sorry, but I didn’t hear, or I wouldn’t have asked. I’m sure they deal with mean customers often—I used to be a barista so I’m always patient at cafes because I remember how terrible many customers were. But if I come to you with a positive attitude, I’d like to not be snapped at from the get go.Anyway, I just remember how cranky and tense of an environment it felt like and wanted to leave a review about that.
