I stopped by today and decided to go inside since there seemed to be a line in the drive-thru. Glad I did because I met the barista, Rosita, she did an awesome job on my drinks and was very welcoming and friendly. Keep up the great work Rosita!

Nice enough staff but they lost my order. After waiting more than 10 min (no line inside) I checked if they were working on my order but they seemed to have lost it. They promptly made my mocha frappucino but it didnt taste like mocha at all, but more like milk. I didnt have time to have them remake it after the delay. Sigh!

Nice staff but every time I come here they take forever to help me and other customers at the register. They also forgot to make my drink (wasn’t crowded) so I had to ask them about it. They forgot another customer’s drink who came in after me AND they made it wrong. Not sure if it’s a lack of training or what but it doesn’t seem to be getting better.

We finally have a drive-thru Starbucks in the Colonies! 🥳This location is very big, spacious, and clean. Plenty of sitting/studying area inside and it’s well-lit. Staff is friendly and the service is excellent!

Seriously, Im done with Starbucks. Not a single location knows how to make a drink. AT ALL. Oh, and prices up again. Now its 6.25 for my venti cara-milk skimpy machiatto. Great deal 👌

I come here 2 times a week at opening time which is 5am for the dining area to open. And it’s locked every time. I knock politely and the staff does not even acknowledge that they have a customer. I was told use the drive thru once before and I cannot fit in drive thru due to a company truck size is too big. Staff are rude

Just stopped by 2minutes ago and wow, do they know how to make the iced lavender oat milk matcha. Been to other locations and they do not make it as good as this one.

Worst Starbucks ever… super clean but horrible slow service.I always come back after a couple months to give it another chance but makes me regret it every time. I have to wait 20-30 min every time with NO LINE!!!!! Crazy

Everybody makes mistakes. Sometimes a drink is made wrong. No big deal. I understand. However, when you ask for a drink to be remade and the new one you get is even worse than the first one and extra dark... it seems intentional. I went to a different Starbucks down the street and kindly ask them to remake it a 3rd time. Even though they didnt make it they were able to make it for me. Correctly! I felt that was my best way to get three correct drink without causing a public disturbance.I know you guys are busy, customer service is hard and stressful.... but sometimes the customer youre dealing with isnt an a-hole, they just want their routine morning coffee.(I order this same exact drink every morning. Its easy to tell when its missing a shot or an extra shot is added.)

Messed up my order but it’s okay cus they have me something else for free. Were completely chill about it and no tension whatsoever.
