It took 20min to get 2 drinks on wed around 1 pm. The worker kept making easy drink. My Macha latte came in 15m and the 2nd drink tea lemonade (on the same order) came 5min later. The server just ignored my present, never asked why I was there for so long. When I complaint to the cashier, who took my order, that it was unacceptable to take 20min to fill my order, while other orders took less than 5min. He was just blankly said oh, I dont whats wrong. Never visit this location again. It has bad service, irresponsible worker, bad attitude.

So when I made the statement about the door handles missing and the fact that the city hasnt closed you guys, the two girls started laughing and told me thats why it says use other door but both door handles are missing., WOW it is amazing how Starbucks is starving to keep below grade people to run their business. I walked in and the baristas were slammed. Lots of ppl waiting and mobile orders being picked up. I ordered a drip coffee which the cashiers always serve but this time she says Youre all set, walks away and proceeds to do absolutely nothing. I dont mind waiting but why not help take the load off the baristas if you arent busy?

I did order green tea venti Frappuccino. And then the girl took my order ask me: did you want anything else? I said no. Thank you. And put the tip on my ordered.After 3 minutes she made green tea venti cappuccino. I said no. She tried to blame on me order wrong. And didn’t want to change for me.So another girl made another with the one I want but she gave for me with bullet eyes.What the heck? What I did wrong.If you couldn’t hear good, you could ask back the customer. Not look at me and try to argue on me.You guy working on service customer. No sorry and look at me with bullet eyes. I don’t usually do reviews of franchises, but I wanted to give a shout out to the hard working staff. I understand that this particular Starbucks is at a location with a lot of foot traffic, and the workers still managed to go above and beyond in their service. I want to give a particular shoutout to Alex, she made my drink really quickly and even gave me an extra cup of ice which made me feel really cared for. Thank you wonderful staff. From past experiences I had at busy Starbucks where they wouldn’t even acknowledge I was in line, I appreciate the staff at this Starbucks. Keep up the great work!

We walked in to order and because of the mobile orders taking priority we waited over 30 minutes and then they ran out of cold brew coffee because of the mobile orders and we had to keep waiting. This has been the longest Ive ever waited for a cold brew coffee. This is ridiculous. Im not coming back to this location ever again.

I went to this location to get a pineapple paradise. My Starbucks app was acting up. So the manager, told me not worry about it. My drink was on the house. Surprised me. But he did get the app to work. They have pretty good customer service here, and the staff seems friendly and eager to get your drink out to you, which is a plus. Nice little in & out service.

Unfortunately, sitting space is not great so if you are there to hang out or do work for long period of time then you have to be there early.Need to pay more attention on prices. One thing I noticed recently by pure chance is that this store charges more on drinks that nearby Starbucks stores outside of 95119 and parts 95123. Not a big deal if you are only passing by. However, if you are a regular then it adds up. As a result, I have moved on to Starbucks locations on my route that I know charge less.Update: Seating space is now less after remodeling. No longer a space for you to comfortably do work. There are more high tables with no power outlets.

Its a nice Starbucks. The employees were very friendly, very friendly, very attentive, and ask the right questions. And answered the questions when one of the other employees asked us a question and the person who took the order answered because I remembered. My only complaint was its cleanliness there are wrappers and stuff around I get that they are busy but no 1 came out and clean the tables or the little counters so theyre straw wrappers and stuff lying about otherwise it was a very good experience

I normally order through app here. Today this store is not taking mobile.orders so I asked about it. The cashier was very sassy and told me.no reason.why. While I was waiting there for the customer in front of me, she never told me the line starts on the other side nor was there any signage. Yet when another customer showed up after me, she proceed to tell me wait after that customer. Is that because other person is white and I am Asian? Is it because I asked her a question? I have been to hundreds of Starbucks throughout this country and never did I feel so upset about the service. I gave 2 stars because of all the other awesome workers at this store...

For some reason when you order an iced coffee (nothing added), you have to wait behind all barista made drinks, which can take up to 20 minutes if they’re busy.This location is just bad. Ordered a tall latte and half of the cup is filled with foam. $6 for 6oz.

Why do they put the mobile orders out on a table —it’s a complete free for all! I went this morning and dozens of cups on a table and people standing in line to get their own. Not very sanitary—- how many people touched my cup looking for theirs when I picked up I’ll never know. For a $5 cup of coffee??!! I won’t be back to this location.

I dont like their mobile ordering. When you walk in to order you have to wait at least almost 10 minutes to get food or drinks. Plus all these people walking to the counter touching and grabbing cups. If its not their order they grab the next cup. Thats putting germs out there for the public. I dont like it. I usually come here around lunch to grab a coffee on my lunch walk.I walked to this starbucks yesterday around 12:30pm (Monday April 25th 2022) and it was closed with a sign at the door that are trying to reopen soon.Today (Tuesday April 26th at 11:25am) I was trying to place a mobile order to see if they have opened again but its saying that this location does not take any mobile orders. I tried calling and someone picked up and hung up right away....The starbucks app says this location is supposed to be open right now but its closed.

**post pandemic visit. Didnt realize the door entrance was changed. Not as convenient ingress or egress (on side facing cottle road). Also renovated inside. Looks like its mainly designed for to go customers and not a place to hang.**Fairly new, located on a slice of property once occupied by IBM Storage division and is now undergoing major development activity including: housing, large strip mall (with Target and Safeway as the anchors), eateries.Youve been to one Starbucks, youve been to em all, which is a testament to their quality control.

Worker was emptying the trash. The trash cans are right below the coffee prep station. We waited several minutes for him to finish, but finally reached over him for the sugar and cremer. Way too slow. But the coffee was wonderful.By the way, this was my first time ever at a Starbucks.

There was a CRICKET in my grilled chicken salad. I didn’t realize it until I had eaten almost half of it. The shift lead was really nice about it at least. Starbucks needs to change their salad packaging too because two salads looked half open (some skinny piece of flimsy tape isn’t secure enough)

What youve come to expect at a Starbucks. They mostly stay stocked, but have noticed they run out of inventory more frequently than other stores in the area. I normally do mobile order to skip the long lines and wait at this store. There have been a couple times that my mobile order was either wrong or the store didnt have what I had ordered. Luckily, they took care of it by providing a gift card (only annoying this is that gift card cant be used through the app).Parking is a bit annoying especially during lunch/dinner times. There are so many restaurants and shopping stores in this small space that it may take multiple times around the parking lot before finding something.

I came to this Starbucks and ordered a venti green tea. The initial transaction and customer service was good. (Thank you beautiful redhead). Before leaving I asked to refill my cup with iced water. They asked if it was ok if I got just water because they were running out of ice. I complied. I understood. I went to the restroom and realized when I took a sip that the water was way too warm and thought maybe I could ask for a just a bit of ice. The employee called out for Owen and I realized that Owen received a venti cup of ICED water! So when I asked for a bit of ice I was met with hesitation. And was told just a little. I said yes, yes just a little. Just like Owens. Just a little is fine.I think that everyone should be treated equally. If youre running out of ice dont pick and choose which customers get cold iced water. Its 100* outside. Just a suggestion. I believe in equality. I would understand the bad customer service if I had asked in a rude way or if I was just being completely mean to them but that was not the case. I believe its important to respect all employees and service workers. I simply would like to be met with the same type of respect. Thank you

Mobile orders make it very difficult to gauge the wait time. Compounding issues are the difficulty finding parking close to the store. So many times, you may spend several minutes to find parking next to an empty store to find 15 to 20 drinks ahead of your order.

I was really angered by the woman who took my order today. I ordered an ice coffee and she didnt ask if I wanted syrup or room for cream, which was fine because I wanted it black. But the coffee came with syrup, and I told the guy making the drinks. Again, fine--mistakes happen. What made me angry was that when the guy told the woman, You have to ask if they want syrup, she told him, I did ask her! I dont know if she thought I couldnt hear her, but she basically lied to cover her mistake. The guy was really busy and I didnt feel like wasting my energy on this, so I just let it go, but I get more frustrated thinking about it.

Long has been my quest to find a Starbucks that did a true and proper pourover.I visited 19 individual Starbucks locations to see if the baristas there knew how to make a real and true pourover coffee.A few came close, but not that close. Your comic is deep, very, very deep in the lore and laws of coffee. About the bean, he does not make a scene.However, when you have been getting swill for years and years and years, you kinda want to shout when you find something unswill. That is a word.And the big chains have been serving us swill for a very, very long time.You just dont know it until you have had a coffee so clean and clear and round you hesitate to put cream and sugar in it - for it is sweet and creamy all by itself.Yes, specialty coffee association professionals know the time has come for the coffee revolution, and you can find a taste of it here at this location.Now it has been tough educating Starbucks baristas Bay wide they were making pourovers wrong. In fact the corporation wont admit it. Because it takes time, precious time to make a pourover properly, and time is money. So you wont get a proper pourover at Starbucks no matter what people, even the guys in the black apron tell you.Because theyve been (gasp!) indoctrinated by the corporation.That never happens!But for you, I persevered. I pitched and reasoned and wheedled and begged and at this location and this location alone, I was heard!And it all began with Chris the assistant manager following with actual interest, as opposed to the couple dozen baristas that didnt want to work any harder than they wanted to. Sound familiar?A great cup of coffee is work, but you can break that work down into the scientific steps necessary to obey the laws of coffee physics and brew something most of you have never tasted before because you didnt know it existed.Yes, it is time to break out of the lull cream and sugar have traditionally lulled you into and climb to the heights of the coffee taste future.Your comedian commands it!Go there, find Chris, ask for a pourover. The word has spread. Other baristas at this location are taking an interest and paying attention because they are learning from me what you should also know..Coffee done right, is better than wine. I am downgrading the rating on this store to what it deserves until I see improvement worthy of an upgrade but like the Alameda store at South Shore, all the good people have left and the airheads they have hired simply cant grasp the subtlety of making good coffee.But, they can follow corporate guidelines and make mediocre coffee.
