This Starbucks offers an excellent work environment for bringing your computer. Unlike some smaller cafes where space can be a constraint, this location provides ample room to spread out and get comfortable. The spacious layout ensures that you wont feel cramped or confined while working, allowing you to focus on your tasks with ease. However, the employees often blast the music here and can be loud at times.

This is easily my favorite Starbucks in the area. I’ll drive out of my way to come here. The drive thru is remarkably fast and the workers are very friendly. The drinks taste the same every time (which I don’t experience at other locations).. it’s always delicious.

It was around 2pm on a hot day and I was on my way to work ( I work in the same parking lot) and the lady who helped me was such a sweetheart and I had a smile thru the whole order, She was so nice . I love this Starbucks, it’s so friendly and FAST. It was under 1 1/2 Minutes, i had to pull around again just to get the girls name and her Name is Rowan, She was such a sweetheart, Thank you for making my day!!

The staff here is super friendly and service is great! My only complaint is that recently theyve started asking your name when you come through the drive through! I get that you need it inside when there are a lot of people waiting so you know when your order is ready, but an invisible stranger asking who I am over a speaker feels super creepy and invasive! I dont think this is a corporate decision because I havent experienced it at other Starbucks, so I hope the manager here stops making them do it soon. As a single woman, giving out your name this way is just really uncomfortable!

Quick and easy drive through with plenty of space for larger cars. The drive through ordering was super easy and so very friendly, even on a crowded day with a long line. Pickup was quick, friendly, and with a smile. I had asked for whipped cream with a drink with coconut milk, and they forgot it initially, but very quickly fixed it with a smile the whole way through. No complaints here! Would definitely recommend for a quick coffee or drink.

This Starbucks is terrible. Four out of my last six visits they have messed up my order completely. On one visit she made the wrong drink twice and almost messed it up again before I caught her. The staff seem unconcerned when they make an error and make no attempt to apologize. There are plenty of other coffee shops around that have way better customer service. Management needs to make some serious improvements.

This is very nice place for getting some work done. I usually come here and complete my work. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. They keep place clean. This is one of my fav Starbucks where I like to come often for a cup of coffee and get work done.

If I could give -0 stars for this location I sure would! This location is horrible! Coffee tastes burnt, if you ask for extra shots they don’t add them but charge you the $$. Also I ask them if they can remake it please they get an attitude and say we made it right this first time. I drink Starbucks everyday and this location can’t ever get my order right! I drive to another location and ask them if they can remake my drink and they do and it taste amazing! It’s very upsetting When i have to drive to a different location to get coffee, when this one is so convenient!! I will not go back to this location!

This place needs a complete overhaul in terms of customer service starting at the top with the extremely rude and unprofessional manager Brooklyn. Dont scream at paying customers who ask just one question after you prioritize orders of the people in line behind them. If you cant handle the stress of a large crowd, you shouldnt be working here and you certainly shouldnt be acting manager.

The good: Always nice and friendly. All the employees work hard to get the orders done and the drinks and food is consistent and as expected.The bad: Not much, but I am amazed how many times theyve run out of butter! Yes, BUTTER. Ive probably NOT purchased $30 or more worth of breakfast food in the last few months because they didnt have butter to go with it. Might sound petty, but its also business. You can throw away a lot of bad butter and still be way ahead in sales.

I drove my niece who wanted to get Mocha Chip Frappuccino. The reason Im giving 3 stars is because the drive through seams slower than going inside but some days itll go by fast and other times especially when your in a hurry to be somewhere the drive through seams to be going slower than usual. But I noticed that its happening to be a lot of the times of the month of March.

Unfortunately, their drive-thru is hard to order because of their speaker system is not user friendly for their staff or customer. It became frustrating on both ends and the window person decided that we were going out of way to be rude and I just upped my volume so they could hear me but he seemed to think it was ok to treat us with disrespect.

Russell saves the day! I had left my chess board at Starbucks last week and couldnt figure out where it was. It was handmade from Nicaragua, a gift from my son, so important to me. After I ordered today, Russell came out of the back with my chess board! I was so happy to see it! He remembered it was mine and kept it safe for the week. Thanks Russell!

I just really love visiting this Starbucks location off of Stanford Ranch Road in Rocklin. Theres a particular lady named Kimberly who always takes such good care of me in every time I see her. I wish there were more employees like Kimberly who go above and beyond the expectation of being a barista.

Do yourself a favor and never order the the dark roast coffee. It has the least amount of caffine causing to stay tired and buy more coffee. Buy the lighter roast, it will always have more caffine to deep you going. Easier on you easier on you wallet or purse etc.

Rude manager Haley. I called about the wrong drink she said I could come in for a new drink and to mention her name. When I showed up she flings her hands in the air and says I didnt get a phone call about the drink (looking at the cashier not even acknowledging me) and said just give it to her I dont have time for that she continues to mumble things (I have other things to worry about) as she walks away and the staff begins to laugh. Yeah I got my drink but humiliated about it.

Great service but Im really irritated with this location... they apparently do not do a Trenta sized Iced Carmel Macchiato, with Soy, upside down.... and then the lady says the Trenta size is for iced coffee only... i just walked out... it doesnt make sense why my iced version of the macchiato cannot come in a trenta size... 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
