I usually don’t write reviews, but today is a special day. This comment is for your employee Sydney, who is constantly every weekend ruining my day. Thank you for being aggressive and yelling at me, also for throwing my food on me. Extremely rude, hope to meet your manager soon. Enjoy your day. By the way, its so rude to use F-words discussing customers. “Thank you have a good one”.

The only place that has a restroom in this stupid city. I went to a gas station first and got a full tank of gas, then went to a Subway and got a sandwich, and in both places theres either no restroom for customers or its out of order (I regularly have to drive to LA from San Diego, and this is really getting on my nerves). Thank you Starbucks for treating people humanely, Ill be your regular customer from now on!

If you want to have some guy approach you when you park in one of the 30 open spaces of the “public” lot behind this Starbucks and have him yell at you that parking is 4$ per 15 minutes, then this is the location for you!Then when you get inside to pick up your mobile order be sure to ask for necessary accessories like a boba straw for a boba drink. Because they’re not going to give one to you by default.

The staff is wonderful. They will greet you with smiles when you walk in! My drink was perfect and so was my sandwich! I sat outside. There were no seats or tables inside and I’m not sure if they had a bathroom. Everything was great for a quick visit!

Myself and the crew have been coming to this location for years young lady who worked on September 12th 0530 tattoo on her shoulder prefer not to say who we work for she is the ultimate is rudeness and very disrespectful but we kept it respectful .You should take a look at your surveillance and watch her demeanor towards certain ethnicities. She is going to catch someone having a really bad day and just wants a cup of coffee and her bad attitude will cause someone to return that same negative energy she puts out !!!

I came into the shop on 10/08/22 in the AM, with a friend. She had a very long list of ingredients and the cashier did such a great job of ensuring he got everything correct and everyone was really nice and my chai latte was the best ever great crew great job!

This Starbucks is awesome! Usually, my friend orders our drinks through her app on our way to work because I dont have the app, but today my friend had me use her phone to place the order. BIG MISTAKE. I messed up the order and the location from to pick it up. We went to work without our morning coffee/breakfast. Luckily, we called and informed the manager, and after work we went to pick up our order. The manager was understanding, sweet, and kind to me. We received our order and she offered to help me learn how to use the app. Amazing customer service. Thank you for making our day great and coffee filled.

As a huge coffee lover, I always try to visit various Starbucks when I’m in a new area. This particular location was such an amazing experience! I walked in and Joey took my order. I just want to say that Joey is such a sweetheart and super polite when she was taking my order. Her smile and attitude adds so much love to the atmosphere at this location. The place looked very clean and organized. If I ever come back to Beverly Hills, I will definitely stop by.

The staff is rude, they decide who to be nicr and rude to. I just felt something in my hot drink with a cover, and there was a yellowish bulk of squish and I almost swallowed that. It came from the drink and I am absolutely disgusted.

This location is very convenient just south of Wilshire. There is a valet pay lot in back (30 min free with validation).The Staff is very good, fast and efficient.The main negatives here are its a small location with limited stool seating. The few power points are near the ceiling(strange).I recommend this one for quick takeouts. There is some outdoor seating there however

I just passed by to get a warm banana nut bread and a Grande Vanilla Latte. There were just 3 cars ahead of me, it took merely 15 min to get my order. A disappointment how this place has gone down. I told the window waitress they needed inside help and she didn’t even respond to me. When I finally got my order, my bread was cold. AM times need more help. I will never stop by again at this store.

When Im near a Starbucks that I havent been to, I usually like to try it! Rarely am I disappointed. Starbucks is consistent with their drinks. The baristas and staff that work there are kind courteous, and efficient. Tell them a joke, theyll love it.

They get the drinks wrong every time. Horrible customer service, not warm and friendly like they are trained to be. When asked to remake the correct drink they do so in a very unsanitary way. Dont get sick going to this sadly run store. Choose a better location. Word to the wise. 🚫⚠️

Killed some time here prior to dinner at Stinking Rose, which is down the street. I came here around 7pm on a Saturday night. The cashier greeted me warmly as I looked over the menu. After careful consideration given the time of day and about to eat dinner soon, I went with Starbucks brand chips and fruit bar. I guess I dont go to Starbucks enough to know their new products, but I was thankful.I brought some work to do while I munched on my snacks. Suddenly, the urge to use the restroom rose and theres a punch code on the door. The cashier knew what I needed before I even had to ask! Not sure if they change the code regularly, but its 12345 for now.Ambiance was great at this location. The tables were clean, the store has a wide open inviting space, but about 4 tables total. Light music played in the background. Free wi-fi. Great service. Ill be back to this location if Im in the area.

Worst Starbucks you can you go to they’re always so rude in the morning. They do not take the time to follow the structure on how to make beverages according to the instructions on the recipe card. They messed up on something so simple like a pink drink. They did not even shake the beverage all they did was measure it and throw it a cup. My drink was disgusting.

Its 90°F and Barista at this location misunderstands my Caramel Frappuccino order to Caramel Cappuccino - and charges me to remake it?!? Starbucks logo-•if you dont like your drink tell us, well remake it for you This wasnt even a complaint; I just asked where is my frap? (I clearly was looking to order frapuccino and asked of new frap flavors before ordering )•Ordered caramel frapuccino - in Vegas airport and I got it as iced coffee with STIRRED ice? When you order frappuccino you have to specify frapuccuno BLENDED coffee/that takes even longer to make and yes, you still pay for the difference !• A frappuccino and sandwich costs $20 at Maclaren Airport Starbucks btw!•Redemption points for free drinks vary from 120 p. to 150p and at 199 you may not be able to redeem them anywas!
