This location is hit and miss. I run into some employees who are amazing and others who make you feel like youre an inconvenience. I absolutely understand they are a very busy location but efficiency is lacking for the amount of people on any given shift (this location opens very early! Bless them for that!) And sometimes the condiment/trash table is a very sticky mess and overflowing, or empty...most of the time its both.

Very poor customer service. Ive been to countless of Starbucks locations, and this location got the worst service. This was not just one time, but its almost every time I come here. Most of the employees walk past you without asking if the customer needs help, nor can you get their attention to get help. Every time Ive tried to get their attention, they dont even bat an eye and just walk straight past you. I understand rush hours and how busy it is, but it is still unacceptable compared to the other stores service. One particular time, I was ignored by most of the employees despite I have been trying to get their attention for a good 5-7 mins to get a straw. Then a lady some employee was friends with walked in, and they started a whole conversation and basically ignored everyone else.

We do a lot of online orders from Starbucks. This was one of the best experiences weve had. Even though it was very busy at 8:00 a.m., as soon as we walked in a barista greeted us and asked the name for the order. She quickly checked and told us ours was up next. She handed the drinks and food to us directly when they were ready and thanked us. It appears this level of service is the culture at this Starbucks. We will be back!

My late night stop for caffeine when driving out to Oxnard from the valley. Conveniently located close to the 101. Open late. Friendly staff that enjoy what the do and their product. Clean store. Clean bathrooms. Consistently gets my orders correct every time.

Tables are sticky and dirty, its the managements responsibility to enforce basic rules of hygiene, and Thoroughly cleaned means all tables must be washed with a sanitizing solution after each customer vacate the table.

Excellent service. While I did order an everything bagel and received a plain one instead... it was given to me with a smile. Id go here again. Large parking lot. Two restrooms without codes on doors. Good job Starbucks.

The Manager Vanessa, and her partners are simply the absolute best people in Starbucks world. Vanessa and crew went out of their way to help me, give me a yummy drink and restore my faith in people. Thank you Starbucks Ventu Park! I am a lifelong customer!!
