About average for a Starbucks. The area is nice and clean. I ordered online, went in and waited. Three people came after me and they asked their names. I wasn’t asked anything. So I politely interjected received my order. To be fair it was earlier in the morning but to say the order pick up area was calamitous is an understatement.

I wanted to take time and write this review specifically about the gracious barista working on 6/27 around 6pm. I am a night shift nurse and was on my way to grab my coffee before work. At the door was a large group of teenagers hassling the barista. As I was coming in they threw ice over the counter and were name calling her. I noticed they had also stolen my drink as well as they were walking out. Unfortunately this didnt seem to be an uncommon occurrence and I encourage customers if any reading this to do better. As I walked over I explained that they had stolen my drink and she graciously smiled and made me another. She handled the situation with such kindness and made my experience great even though she had been treated with such unkindness. I hope that this reaches the right people and maybe she could even get a chance to read this. I just wanted her to know she is greatly appreciated.

Recently visited my local Starbucks and, as always, enjoyed the familiar taste of my favorite coffee. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff contributed to a pleasant experience. However, one downside was the difficulty in finding parking near the location. The limited parking spaces made it a bit inconvenient, especially during peak hours. Despite the parking challenge, the consistently good coffee and welcoming atmosphere make Starbucks a go-to spot for a quick caffeine fix.

Love the drinks and food. Except for 3 people, service is judgemental and particular towards white rich status. Though there are more transient people in the area, they are so judgemental, that if you dont look rich, they have to open the door for the bathroom, instead of giving the code to the people who look rich.

I asked specifically for a Frappuccino with no whip cream, they gave me a Frappuccino with whip cream. Then I informed them that I had ask for no whip cream, they just removed the whip cream, leaving some behind. Now I might have my own firework show in the bathroom. Happy 4th people.

Got our drink in good time saw the acting manager, Brook talking with other employees when I asked for the food I ordered (from Brook) and young girl said its probably being cooked. The girl asked again for the food and then, Brook says, Oh, I forgot. Waited another 20 minutes before I got a brownie and a croissant. I told Brook nice way to set an example. This Starbucks is conveniently located across the street from Long Beach City Hall. Drinks and service were consistent with other Starbucks. Did not need to wait very long to order our drinks. The nice part about this Starbucks is they have a good sized outdoor patio area for seating. Street parking is available around this Starbucks.

The latest visit took place in the late afternoon. I got a tall hot coffee, nothing fancy. Perhaps it was because I hadnt had any coffee all day, this cup of coffee tasted so good. Or perhaps theyve started using fresher beans now, as my last experience of having black coffee there wasnt a fond one. Either way, it was a great afternoon at this place!

These guys saved my but! I visited Long Beach for the first time ever. Stopped in for a coffee and left my wallet in the store. I didn’t notice it was gone for 6 hours! I called 10 minutes before closing found out they had it safe and was able to retrieve it the next AM! These guys are awesome!!

This was a client meeting visit and despite the parking issue it was a great visit. Ive gone to Starbucks many times over several years and I always get the Strawberries & Creme which has no actual coffee in it.It was clean and lots of smiling faces. It was a nice and warm day which made sitting very pleasant.Depending on what time of day you are visiting, it can be difficult finding a parking place. Be sure to follow all posted signs regards to parking because it is strictly enforced

5-Stars for the coffee and hot Breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, my dog and I went to this location at one of their busiest times. This location makes quite a lot of people happy with their care and expertise in the coffee-making business. One thing I can say is that they manage the stress of having so many people, at the same time, very well! Thats right! I definitely enjoyed my order and everyone I saw leaving before me, left with big smiles! Its just a Starbucks thing! Great products and experienced Baristas! Could you ask for more? Not me... We used to love going to this Starbucks. We live in the apartment complex above which makes it very convenient; however, recently we have noticed the customer service has degraded. Employees no longer greet people when they walk in the door and employees seem to intentionally ignore us as we stand near the counter to pick up our mobile order (I have literally had to call someone over who was talking to one of their teammates). I understand the past year has been difficult for many but a simple hello or speediness of getting someones order can help make or break their day.

Id choose a different location next time. Others arent wearing their mask but of course I get told to put on mine by the supervisor taking my order. If your gonna tell one person to wear their mask, you should make sure your telling everyone elseI spent twenty minutes waiting on two easy espresso drinks. They dont even read labels right and it was sitting in the mobile area while others around me get theirs fast. I used to work a high volume drive thru and this isnt even a drive thru location. YES its not the cleanest either, like I said, Id go somewhere else.

They asked me to buy something, but were very polite and professional about the request. They were attempting to create a welcoming environment for everyone and did not single me out. Instead, the request was directed for the entire cafe. I didnt feel good and didnt order, but they didnt kick me out, and I was able to charge my phone without interruption.

The guy at the counter took my order incorrectly causing my drink to be made wrong. I asked them to fix it and got attitude back. She did remake the drink but because she wanted to talk and argue more than listen to me, she made it wrong again. When I told her it still wasnt what I wanted she said she was giving me a refund goodbye and walked away. I then asked to talk to a manager. I still wanted my drink. I didnt go there for nothing. The manager made me a drink the way I asked. But she didnt apologize, she said nothing about the employees aggressive behavior towards me. Starbucks is not the same anymore. Service used to be key. Clearly it isnt anymore, at least not at this Starbucks.

The other employees at Starbucks were also very nice and really made an effort to get to know each customer. Has more of a warm small-town coffee shop feel than a cold Starbucks.

This should be called the Long Beach Courthouse Starbucks since it stands opposite the main entrance for the local Court. Instead its named after the intersection, Broadway & Magnolia. Its not a particularly nice location, though the shared patio out front is nice. Location is fantastic and there isnt much in the way of worthy competition without walking to another part of town.

Located on Broadway, just across from the Long Beach courthouse. Location was clean and well-lit. Parking is going to be hard to be very hard to find here, so dont expect to pull up and get coffee real quick. Got a black coffee, as usual, and it was good. Went to two SB today in Long Beach. First one is on Line Street and a Hole in the wall SB. Not enough place to sit. Stools only and very few. A stranger was kind enough to share his table with us. Power is turned off so cant charge your phone or laptop. Overall it served a purpose but I have seen better.Second SB was opposite the Long Beach Courthouse. Very spacious,very nice,great sitting area outside, enough room to spread out and of course had power too. Also had affordable public parking across the street. Overall fantastic. First one was a 2, second was a 4 or 5.

It is a pleasant and a Starbucks with a very large patio seating area outside. Inside the tables are a bit cramped but the staff was very friendly and helpful. It just seemed very cramped inside so it was much more pleasant except that it was getting rather hot to sit outside. There isnt much parking around there but it seemed to be a popular enough place.

So many nice employees at this location that Ive became a regular being that I live near enough.However, its been a few times where I get the same female barista making my drinks. Shes Caucasian, with messy, tangled blonde hair and artificial colors in it as well as facial piercings. Made my drink this morning 7/3/19 at 11:03:22am. I am sorry to say but the young lady is such a mess in there. I dont understand how she passes health standard qualifications.Shes so unhappy being in there I cant even get my drinks right every time she makes them. Its like shes hungover every time I show up i dont even know.I told her, Im sorry my drink is wrong. She got upset, took it back, she threw the lid on the counter and added a splash of milk. Gave it back unfinished. Why are YOU getting upset at ME for you not following the order on the cup tag? She had me finish preparing the drink myself at home. I had to dump some out, add creamer, add ice and add sugar at home. Even more irritating after giving them a tip at the register.And there was no way I was going to ask for her to re-make my drinks. With her attitude Im sure she would have made it worse. That or risking her nasty wax hair falling into my drinks its so disgusting I hope they tell her to fix herself up along with her attitude or I will start going to the Coffee Bean across the street.

She always makes the drinks, very well, and very clean! Today, she wrote a nice little message to me on my sandwich envelope! She is the spirit of hospitality!!!!💖💖💖Matt rules! Too many homeless people, drugs addicts, mentally unstable individuals loitering in the afternoons/evenings. It’s distracting to the employees and most importantly, paying customers. I ordered a venti frappuccino with 3 extra espresso shots. They made twice as much as needed and half the coffee I paid for went down the drain. I mentioned half the coffee I paid for went down the drain and all she said was not half. I know she could of filled another large cup with what was left in the blender. I will NEVER get anything blended ever again. They pour excess down sink quickly so customers dont see what they are tossing down the sink. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND any frappuccino, you dont get what you pay for. I do not RECOMMEND this Starbucks.
