Wonderful location to get a coffee and treat. Very friendly staff, clean inside, plenty of parking, even new car parking with no other cars around. I sat outside and had a latte and breakfast sandwich. Highly recommend!

The male employee (Michael) and female employee who were on duty at 4:20 PM on 10/16/3019 were disrespectful and judgmental toward Asian patrons who were speaking Chinese Mandarin.These patrons were at their own table having their own conversation in Mandarin Chinese. I heard the employees working behind the counter say disparaging comments about how the Chinese speaking patrons should be speaking English in public. Is this how Starbucks treats their customers? Are these Starbucks values? I sure hope not, but these employees working today presented racial judgment as Starbuckss values. I will never return to this location. The convenience is not worth supporting a location that employs racially judgmental employees.

Great location and not to mention even greater staff! So polite and very attentive, did I mention that it was also 5am and they seemed super energetic and ready to take an order/make a fresh cup of coffee. Definitely passed the vibe check, we all know how baristas can be and customers as well, so it was a nice switch and experiencing a well kept store.

One of their machines broke down when I went to get my morning coffee but that’s totally understandable. The way they handled the entire situation was pretty great. I believe it was the manager the one handing out the drinks, he was on top of it! He made sure to give everyone the correct drink and even handled curbside pick up at the same time. Starbucks was pretty packed but he was able to recognize who was there for what drink. Everyone remained calm and they made sure every customer received their right drink as fast as possible. Thank you baristas for your great teamwork!

The manager of this store needs to go over customer experience with their baristas. Rude and condescending baristas twice now at this location on two different occasions. I placed the mobile order to skip the line and have my drink ready. While my drinks were ready one needed whip that I had customized, they made a mess of it and handed me a sticky cup and told to order it correctly next time. Drink is fine while the experience was less than pleasant.

I love, love this Starbucks branch, the employees are very, very friendly, polite and very extra accommodating. But most of all they are fast, even though they are so busy, they greet you always with a smile. Even though this is quite a ways from where I live, I don’t mind the drive due the friendliness of the employees. This is the only Starbucks that makes my green tea lemonade the best. I have tried other Starbucks and most of the time it does not taste right due to lack of lemonade.

I like how consistent the quality of the drinks are made at this location. Thats one of the major reasons I frequent this location. As for the baristas, it depends on the day. Sometimes they are super friendly, greet you, and make you feel welcomed.. but for most days, they act very annoyed that you even walked in (sometimes to the point of being rude). The store is always clean when I visit and there is always plenty of parking.

Rude customer service. And slow.Location has 5 curbside pickup spots and only one taken, I chose curbside pickup but parked my car a bit further, chose spot 1, barista complains I was not in my car and that Im taking a spot that could be used by other cars. Doesnt make sense, I could be in my car and also take the same spot... if they didnt have a huge confused line the front door and very bad radio they just use to tell people to come in, which you cant even understand what they saying and they tell everyone to get out if someone wonders, it couldve been easier and faster process and I probably wont use curbside pickup while not in my car. And yes, their coffee compared to other locations suck.

It has been several months since the review below and I did not see the rude manager ever since, hence I am changing the rating.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------very rude manager. when I got a drink that I didnt want, he went into an argument with me that thats actually what I ordered. second time, they made it cold instead of hot. he said the second one was their fault but kept pointing that they got the first order right. I was so angry that I canceled the order altogether, told to his face that he was being rude and left. in the off chance that I made a mistake, it is still not nice to be reminded that repeatedly. I hope he treats his future customers better. other than him, the staff is usually friendly.

What to say? Its as one would expect of Starbucks in that it services decent snacks, good coffee at an acceptable price with a warm and comfortable interior thats nicely relaxing to take a break in.Not outstanding but still a nice place for a quick coffee or two. One thing I could provide criticism for is the seating placements are rather disordered, it would be great to have more distinct and neatly placed tables and chairs instead of the currently rather disordered positioning.

Has to be the worst service Ive ever had at a starbucks period. Although located in a very nice area, the service sucked just as bad as the drink did. They didnt take my name, and when they saw that I only left my coin change as a tip, it got even worse. Took a little while to get my drink, which was not satisfying, and just left my drink on the counter without even a glance to let me know that it was ready. Very unfortunate, I will not be returning to that location.

I spend a fair amount of time at this location. Clean, big enough, good internet. I dont remember couches there, most are straight backed, so not for those who like to lounge. The internet is decent, staff friendly.

Reliable, fast and convenient. Fairly busy location and located conveniently in a shopping center near Pruneridge Golf Club. Are had a bad attitude when I told him he messed up my order which was the only unpleasant part of my visit. But he fixed it.

On the corner of Saratoga Avenue and San Tomas Expressway, there is a very small amount of outdoor seating. Inside is set up for parties of no more than 2, unless you take over the communal table with stools (seats 10). Drinks are on par with Starbucks - no surprises either way.

This is the Starbucks I do all my mobile orders since its on my way to work. They think about their customers. When I order my venti 5 shot espresso light frappachino they put it in a trenta cup so I dont lose the best of the drink! They always have my order ready for me in less than 5 mins which is the time it takes me to drive there.

This place is located across the street from pruneridge golf course in a shopping complex. Most of the time is busy with many local residence. Service is good n drinks r refreshing. Parking is easy to find.

This is my neighborhood choice Starbucks. For some reason I like coming here the best. I like the baristas here a lot and they always are super chill and friendly.
