Customer service does not exist. If you walk in with out a mobile order GOOD LUCK . You are non existent! Ive been a Gold member & mobile order for 10 years . I understand the convenience. On the off chance I go in trying to order it store at any starbucks, none, not 1 assoc. Acknowledges walk insUsually have to say something to get their attention.

I’m not sure if this Starbucks is just 10x busier than any other Starbucks, but every single time I come to this location I am stuck in the drive thru line for minimum of 25 minutes. If you want to grab a quick coffee on the way out, this isn’t the one to go to. Everyone in there is super sweet and friendly, but the wait times are EXCRUCIATINGLY long every time I swing by this location. Not complaining necessarily, just giving fair warning that if you’ve got places to be, this is NOT the Starbucks to stop at.

The drive thru time whenever I come here is always a super long wait even though there’s not many cars in front of me…. The one on Hammer Lane that’s connected to the bank is a lot faster for drive thru… other than that, the staff is very nice from all the times I’ve been here.

This location is always busy. I recommend ordering from the app in advance. The parking lot is terrible and can be challenging when busy. Could use a re-vamp. Service is friendly and welcoming at the drive through and lobby.

Nice baristas, bad drinks.The baristas were polite and courteous, however, the drink was off.I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, and the caramel was all stuck to the bottom. Im used to other coffee shops where they mix the caramel with the espresso, then pour the shot on top. So, I was caught off guard by how much caramel was all on the bottom. It didnt taste right to me either.The workers seemed like they were trying their best. This seems to be a Starbucks issue, not a worker issue.Also, I found that the location of this Starbucks looked aesthetically unpleasant. Im not sure why corporate decided to open a Starbucks right across from a busy street and in a somewhat ghetto area.I hope that corporate fixes the shoddy recipes and makes the outside area look more pleasant.Again, the baristas did their best. This is definitely a Starbucks issue.

I go 2 times a week and they never mind miss you my order. The service is not the problem. The thing that annoys me though are the inconsistent closer times. I just waited behind 3 cars for them to tell me they are closed even though on google it says 9pm. It’s 8:06 pm right now. Very frustrating waiting in line for nothing. 5/16/22

BEST Starbucks in town, this coming from a long-time gold card holding member. I brought my boyfriend to this one telling him about how the service is always awesome, and the drinks are even better (which, we all know is unheard of). He didnt believe me, and now he complains if we go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and fairly speedy. Ive come to this one twice to have my drink remade when another Starbucks nearby gave me a dud drink. They were super helpful and had no problem quickly remaking it to better standards. Plus, the lines are almost never long. This is definitely a little gem sent from heaven. Great job team!

I would say this one is very fast. First went to the Starbucks by the hospital the drive thru was back up was in line for 10min didnt budged backed out before another car pulled up. So came to Westlane one got there it was back up as well HOWEVER we was done in 8min was very happy 😊

A couple of days ago I called in an order 45 minutes prior to pick up & the employee who answered the phone sounded flustered & after I ordered a traveler (coffee caddy for about 8ppl) for my office I heard an employee in the background say thats why I dont answer the phone when its busy. Then the employee hung up. I was shocked at how unprofessional the interaction was, she never asked for my name or number just pick up time. I show up & theres no line (awesome). I pull out my card to pay & say Im there for the traveler & the cashier looks around confused & asks a coworker wearing a headset, whered it go? Did we give it away?. The headset lady replied with an attitude, Door dash got it, its theirs. & side eyed me like Im lying. I replied, Im the phone ordered for 7:40 pick up, Im not door dash. They both got wide eyed & realized they gave away my order to Door Dash & the cashier yelled out I need another traveler now. Then avoided eye contact with me & walked away & continued to work. I asked, excuse me how long will it take?. She replied, 15 minutes. I replied politely, I have to go to work sorry, cancel that order. & she stared at me with an open mouth then I exited. If they were focused on doing their job instead of getting caught up in their emotions Im sure they wouldve done a better job & my office wouldve had their coffee for the breakfast potluck. In the afternoon when its not busy Ive always had a professional & friendly experience at this location. Will I ever order another traveler or large order from this location? NO.

11/12/2017 I ordered the buy one holiday drink get one free. One was peppermint mocha and another the caramel brulee latte. When the drinks came out, me and my significant other rushes str8 home. When we got home and took a drink we noticed there was no whipped cream or toppings? I work at a different location and I know that ALL HOLIDAY DRINKS get WC unless requested otherwise, the drinks were not even filled to the top...Id say 3/4 full, and they didnt taste quite right. Its as if they didnt put the proper amount of pumps for the sizes I ordered. I was very unhappy so I tried to call the store and speak to a manger to make things right... I called 5 times and NOBODY answered. I am never coming to this location AGAIN!! I am SO SO SO disappointed. My advice would be to find a different location.P.SThis was around 3pm and I went through the Drive Thru

The drinks are the best. But since popeyes started to sell their sandwiches the lines have been blocking the exit and entrance to Starbucks. Spent about 10min waiting for the line to move. Starbucks even has 2 signs say please do not block parking lot. This is not Starbucks fault but something should be done about. Popeyes has to fix and Starbucks must complainant about this.
