Nice location that’s kind of tucked away from the road. Surprisingly, there was no line when I came inside considering it’s 9 o’clock in the morning on a Friday. The staff is helpful and friendly as normal. Definitely recommend this location and I bought an iced caramel macchiato for my hubby. I was in an out within 5 mins. Excellent.

This is a very nice and clean Starbucks the employees here very cheerful they acknowledge you when you come up to the answer you all your questions which is great and they look you right in the eye and I found that quite nice and I work right around the corner I ordered like with me and another employee ordered like maybe 20 different drinks and everybody wanted their drinks made differently so the employees there were happy to do it you know and they corrected you own any mistakes you may have me and of course they know what theyre doing because theyre pretty good at doing it and theyre happy to do it and being a retail employee I know a lot of times in a persons mind theyre going well this guy just made a mistake and Ill help you figure out what it is beautiful place beautiful loved it

They make an amazing Double shot on ice! I usually have trouble ordering this drink elsewhere but the quality at this Starbucks is excellent. Jen made my drink and she spoke with such care. Jen shows great customer service and had a smile on her face. I appreciate that and thinks she did a great job! 👍🏼

Gotta love spending the amount of money they wanna charge & then they skimp on the main ingredients... I ordered a Carmel Ribbon Crunch and there was barely any Carmel period... It tasted like a Vanilla Bean with a drizzle of Carmel... WEAK! Glad I didnt leave a cash tip...

It’s OK but i’m not impressed with any of their flavored drinks. If you want a liquid desert then go for it otherwise stick to plain coffe or tea and add sugar to taste!

I’ve been coming here for a few months since they opened back up and they have always done a good job with my coffee and keeping up with orders. One day, I came in but was running a little late and they were super busy. I mobile ordered my coffee like normal but I didn’t have time to wait. I had to leave and I left without my coffee which made for a hard day. The next day I came in and they had my coffee, a Starbucks card with $4, and an apology for me not getting my coffee. I thought it was really sweet that they remembered me and that I didn’t get my coffee. Thank you starbucks crew for the sweet gesture.

Such a cute little Starbucks. You can relax outside at one of the tables, so quite & peaceful. Alex was AMAZING. He was sooo sweet helping me go over the ingredients in a few drinks to match my new dietary needs. He has such great energy, he brightened my day.

I received good front counter assistance. the iced coffee i ordered had way too much ice in it. i would suggest to tone that down a notch. the oatmeal was good and hot they had so many add ons (on the side) i just wish i knew or they wouldve told me. i wasnt prepared for so much in the bag. that is fine though. the parking also gets tight so keep an eye out if you see a spot i suggest you take it

The nice, caring staff were not present on the day I visited. Location is run very inefficiently. Youll wait 10 minutes for a simple hot tea they should be making on the spot. Not impressed.

I must say that NOT all Starbucks serve their coffee right! My teen aged daughter is hooked on this place so we frequent many locations all over the place. This place gets it right! AND if they make a mistake they will correct it and gift you a coupon for a free drink on them.

Great place! Always get a vanilla bean frap with extra caramel and this location executed the request to a T. Definitely recommend this place and wait time is normal even during busy hours and has a great outdoor seating area if the inside is too loud or if anyone just wants to get some sun.

I ordered 23 dollars worth of goods just to he told she didnt have change for 50 dollars. How is that you are half way thru your business day and you have no cash. I understand if i would of handed her a 100 dollar bill and only order 5 dollars worth of goods. Not to mention they had just got their money delivery from Garda. Vut not only were they being lazy about it but they also lied .

They need to tell their employees that all customers are paying for their paycheck. Went in while wearing an orange sweatshirt (construction) I wasnt dirty or anything and this little girl that worked their came from behind the counter didnt say good morning or anything and blew right past me by 1 foot. Not only that but I was waiting in line and she squeezed between me and a stand they have and didnt say excuse me but yet she started a conversation while making another persons coffee. Im a paying customer just like everyone else. Working customer service at a coffee house doesnt mean you pick and choose who you want to be polite too based off of clothing. There are other people that would love to work and be polite to ALL customers. Spoiled little brat.

This Starbucks has ample parking, tables, and plugs. However, this is the slowest internet speed I have ever encountered in the many locations I always frequent. The drink that I ordered, Pineapple Black Tea was meh... I have had it better at other locations. The flavor was greatly diluted and tasted bland.

Poor management customer service. Waited 10 mins with only one person in front of me so I asked the staff if they could get my drink started. They said no I have to pay first lol as if I was waiting for 10 mins with no intention to pay… pretty bad service. I ended up leaving bc they were so bad.

Starbucks with class. Chelsea is a employee that is great with customer service but sets the bar high for other Starbucks. Its wonderful in todays world to see young ladies that still know how to dress like a woman. She switches it up and shows up to work in a Black dress. She is not just another tom boy in Black jeans and a black polo shirt. Great smile. Should be the Starbucks poster girl.

Friendly and prompt service at Drive Thru...recommended that they trim the hedges of brushes by the end of the drive thru..for safety reason...it obstruct the view from see oncoming traffic in the parking lot...while exiting
