Not sure why this location has only 4.2 stars at the moment. I have always had great service and drinks or food. There is a nice, spacious outside area, and very easy to park

Went into this Starbucks a couple of weeks ago in the early morning. I had stopping first at Brueggers to pick up some bagels for work colleagues. Those employees understand what it means to treat a customer decent and with respect. I encountered the most rude and unfriendly morning employee I have in years at a Starbucks. If you hate your job and people that much please find another line of work. I enjoyed going to this location and the lady I normally greet at the register was behind the counter this morning making drinks and even she said good morning but this one at the register couldn’t even smile. No thanks, I won’t be back.

My last two years going here the blonde guy has never made my drink correct. Not once. Ever. Lmao! But everyone else is so nice and does a good job! I’ve gotten the wrong milk a couple times but other than that its clean and always well stocked

One of the dirtiest Starbucks Ive been in. The place was empty around 4:30 pm Saturday afternoon and still filthy. Difficult/inconvenient location. Also- 3.85 for a tall hot chocolate (that isnt full)? First and last time for everything, I guess. Food wasnt stocked- so Im not sure if items are available morning or what.

I recently visited my local Starbucks and I must say, I had a truly amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The baristas were extremely knowledgeable about the products and were able to answer any questions I had.I ordered a latte and was blown away by the quality of the drink. It was perfectly crafted with just the right amount of foam and the espresso was rich and smooth. The attention to detail was evident in every sip and it was clear that the barista took great pride in their work.The overall ambiance of the store was fantastic. The music was just the right volume and the seating was comfortable and inviting. The store was also very clean and well-maintained.Overall, my experience at Starbucks was exceptional. The quality of the drinks, the friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the inviting atmosphere all made for a perfect visit. I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone looking for a great coffee experience. Five stars all around!

The location itself is not convenient and all the way in the back corner of the center. Minimal parking is available no matter what time you go. Staff needs customer service training. Walked in and saw 3 staff members focused on hanging up some sort of sign. Not 1 of them were checking to see if there were customers in line and were too focused on their project. Is this a construction zone or a Starbucks? Stood there awkwardly waiting for someone to acknowledge me and when they finally did no apology was given, no sorry for waiting, etc then when I did order I got a sarcastic remark from staff. I guess this location doesnt like customers.

Went for the three o’clock half of happy hour it was great! The staff were super excited to give the discount. The drinks were good. I recommend the double chocolate chip Frappuccino.

Nice Carlsbad shopping center location, about a mile a half inland from the five freeway. Shares a parking lot with a Gelson and two other solid breakfast options (bagels and a broken yolk restaurant.)

Ive only been to Starbucks one time, I asked for a cup of house coffee and the lady told me its on the shelf between the bathroom doors. I told her I would rather have a cup of coffee from behind the counter because I dont know if people are coming out of the bathroom with clean hands or not, right when I said that a gentleman walked out of the bathroom and topped off his coffee cup. I asked the lady do you know if he washed his hands and she said no. I again said could I have a cup of coffee from behind the counter and she said No we keep our House coffee over there. Cannot understand why this place feels it’s necessary to blast their music at 5 AM in the morning. You ask them to turn the music down and they don’t. Can’t have meetings there because you cannot hear one another - frustrating…

I went to Starbucks on my first break looking to get a breakfast sandwich, but they were all sold out of the the one I wanted, so I got two bacon and three turkey and bacon sandwiches. They came of pretty good, I shared the sandwiches with my co-workers.

This is the first review I have ever left for a business so that should tell you something right away. I have gotten a coffee here at least 3 times per week for the past 2 years because it is on the route to dropping my children at school. Recently for approximately last month they have made my coffee either wrong or forgotten it all together 1-2 times a week, sometimes even 2 days in a row. Hard to do since they are mobile orders. Get your act together Starbucks. Very disappointing

Normally I avoid Starbucks, I dont like the expense, the sugary temptations, and the flavor of the coffee (I prefer dark, but this stuff seems to have too much burnt) but this was right next door. So, given that I wanted an espresso... I was pleasantly surprised. Went very well with the jalapeno cheddar bagel egg sandwich from the Brueggers Bagel shop next door. And needed no sugar at all. Maybe it was the arugula on the sandwich that softened the normally overpowering bitter notes, whatever... it was better than I expected so I was happy.

The turnover at this Starbucks is way too high. The quality of the coffee is inconsistent. It is inconvenient to have to ask a barista to remake a drink only to get the same exact disappointing drink. The other day I went to order a drink and there were ten people behind the counter. I stood there waiting for someone to wait on me and was astounded that that many people were milling about without coming to the register. A new hire finally showed up but could not answer my question. She called over one of the rookie baristas who quickly rattled off an answer and walked away not giving me an opportunity to ask a follow-up question. Starbucks seriously needs some competition from a different coffee house that charges half of what Starbucks charges... With far better coffee.

I went here thinking it would be a good study spot. The biggest problem is that the tables are always filthy, there’s always homeless people there, and the exterior of the building reeks of urine. The staff is very friendly though, which is why it didn’t get a one star.

Trying to use up rewards points. Warm sunshine through the window is nice. The nitro cold brew is my favorite. It is so smooth and creamy without the calories of a drink with some sort of milk or milk alternative. This Starbucks store has the special reserve coffees for those looking for a more rare and exotic coffee

This is the 3rd time this location has gotten my drink wrong. I usually mobile order, so I just grab my coffee and go because its right down the street from my office. Drink it at my desk when I get to work. It was wrong again so this time I called them and they said come pick up another. So I went after work to pick up my drink and it still wasnt right. Theres so many other locations. Ill just switch up.
