Feel mixed about this place.It used to be great. Now, its average.The taste is standard Starbucks.Its usually clean, not always...buy not ever very messy.The staff is average, as compared to other Stars. I come in about twice a month.This place is off Hwy 99, so this could be the reason for the difference between less attened Stars.Will continue to come to this location.

Sat in drive through for about an hour and when I told the worker he just laughed about it didnt voice his concern for customers or apologize in any way just a whatever kind of attitude. If I didnt promise my daughter something then I wouldve pulled away like the 10 other cars waiting. They need to update their workers or pick a better shift lead because 1 of them is not doing thier job thier getting paid for!

The staff here is friendly, very clean outside, they have a drive-through the drinks are affordable. I never been a fan of Starbucks we order 2 mocha cookie crumble frappes but the drinks were ok a bit foamy I need to order something that tastes more like coffee next time tho that’s just what I like lol the coffee flavor, but I’ll be coming back cuz of the great service from the gentleman at the drive-through and we had Unicorn and Birthday cake Cake Pops they were delicious oh and The Tomato Mozzarella Sandwich was really good too.

By far, the worst starbucks I have ever been to. They were too busy talking in the phone while working the drive through to take my order correctly at the speaker.And when corrected, they still gave me the wrong drink at the window. With the same.They dont care attitude about anything theyre doing.Theyre too busy talking on the phone.

Staff is friendly but honestly they took 20mn to make our drinks. We should of just order on the drive-thru so they could make our drinks faster. I was surprised by the time it took them to make them, there’s like 5 employees and yet they were slow. After my visit I check the reviews and most of them said that they waited a long time.

Every time I order a drink, that is always supposed to be shaken, it is never shaken and I always have to shake it myself. I don’t understand how it’s difficult to remember when they should all have been trained to do so literally their first day. Today was the same outcome plus a gift of someone’s beard hair too. Luckily it wasn’t in my drink.

Cars in long line and by the time I got to the drive-thru window, my hot coffee became cool, already! And this business hours show in the app “ until 11 pm” but in-store already closed at 8 pm. I wanted to go pick up from inside the store. Accurate hours for both drive-in and in-store or lobby hours should be posted on the app.

The inside was dirty and messy, the employees werent moving very quickly and orderly, there wasnt any communication going on and even the manager on duty looked confused and like they didnt want to be there. I ordered ahead and waited 10 mins to pick it up, ended up waiting an extra 15 mins on top of the 10 and they messed it up and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for it to be fixed due to more lack of communication. Overall they really need to get more enthusiastic employees in there who knows the atmosphere theyre signing up for! They really need to stay on top of the cleanliness and employee communication skills! I honestly dont recommend this location.

First of all this location always has a long line and wait time. I ordered a cold coffee the other morning and asked for almond milk. The Bautista (white guy I think the mgr) handed me what looked like mud, hardly no creamer I had to have him make it several times before he got it right and it still wasn’t 💯 to my liking. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this location so I won’t be going here anymore.

Keep going back, and same every time. Do not mobile order. Not worth it, Never ready and the drinks are always a hit and miss. Sometimes you get lucky but for the most part I always leave upset and un satisfied. They say they open at 5am but doors are always locked till about 6am. When you knock to come in they give you the impression that you are a inconvenience. Step it up general manager! Read the comments below we’re giving you the feedback to improve.

I love this restaurant. It has great line of menu items with wonderful choices of meals. What k found is that the restaurant needs to keep the dishes and utensils clean, and to bring back the pan fried chicken. This was my favorite dish but they took it out. Now I think twice before going here.

They were talking super fast while taking our order, and they did not repeat back the order. They also didn’t have the order showing at the drive thru screen, so we couldn’t confirm. Our drinks were made completely wrong, and they didn’t put an effort to mix our iced coffee. I’m not one to complain, but I’d like to be satisfied with my drink if I’m paying nearly $8…I get it, miscommunications happen. What bothered me is that the employee who handed us our drink at the window was clearly irritated at the fact we wanted our drink corrected. He gave us attitude and made it obvious that our request was inconvenient to him. It’s not so much about the issue we had but how the situation was handled.

While Ive never had an issue with my order being correct or not, Im not pleased at the wait time when I make mobile orders. Often times I order about 10 minutes in advanced and still have to wait an extra 10 minutes on arrival. This is during the mornings so I can understand the extra waiting but it defeats the purpose of mobile ordering.

Not sure if just this store or this entire district but disappointingly, they made the decision to rip out all the electric outlets so people don’t end up sit in the lobby to enjoy the ac and internet all day.Starbucks has always been a staple 3rd space for me, and now I will have to think about whether my laptop is fully charged before I visit.Otherwise, to be fair, service is fine and the drink is fine.

This Starbucks is always packed, you will wait 30 min plus, but I have absolutely no problem when I order online. I get there and my drink is always ready. So if youre in a hurry make sure you order on the app at least ten minutes before arriving.

Store is often out of flavors, milk, & juice. The drinks aren’t made properly, when watching them make drinks you would just see your shot sit for over 10secs. When making teas they just add ingredients to cup, no shaking or mixing. It’s an inconvenience to have to drive to other locations for these reasons. Hope there’s improvements made

Always with an up beat personality and always seem happy to serve you. Happy that they have made the protein boxes bigger for the price. Drinks are higher priced than McDonalds cafe drinks. Horrible espirience.... I went with my sister and niece. They seemed to be in a rush.To start the printer broken. So we couldnt order. Finally did our order, when we got our drink tried it before leaving. It tasted gross. Had them re-make it. And I tried it again, and again it was gross. The staff member locking the door just after 8:00 on Dec 30, 2021 was sweet enough to allow us to change our daughters diaper in the restroom even though the lobby was closed. After 2 more minutes I went over to the pick up spot to ask if they are only taking drive thru and mobile orders or ??? However, she was using the same blender for five beverages, all looked very similar but werent exactly the same order. On Monday, January 11, 2021, I went to the Starbucks on 6600 Colony St.,Bakersfield, CA 93307 and had a very poor experience. I was picking up an order for coffees. When I arrived to this place it was about 10:45pm, so the store was still open. As I drove through the drive-thru to pick up the order the window of the drive-thru was closed. I had to honk the horn from the car to get her attention. After several minutes this employee finally turned around and saw me and yelled that the store was closed. She could of apologized instead of yelling. First of all when I arrived this Starbucks was STILL open. I would NOT RECOMMEND this Starbucks to anyone. They provided me with horrible customer service. These workers are rude and unprofessional. In other words, DO NOT go at night because they pretty much suck!

Clean and friendly. I stopped here to visit a friend who lives in the area. We ended up staying and talking for over 2 hours and not a single time did anyone try to usher us out or have a problem with us being there (Ive been to one in LA where we had finished our coffee and hadnt bought another and were hurried out the door because we didnt purchase anything else) clean, friendly staff. My iced coffee was cold and caffeinated, as it should be. Easy in and off to highway 99, for the most part.

This particular store always surprises me with how slow they can be with taking orders. It is normally understaffed and unable to take on a line of customers. With that said, I dont see many orders sent back to be redone as other stores. The staff is missing that warm, friendly feeling I am used to at other locations. So I ordered a vanilla bean frap and the lady said they ran out. Ordered a strawberries and cream and the lady said they don’t have strawberries. So I ordered a white hot chocolate with peppermint and a blueberry scone. Of course they don’t have any scones. Once I got my drink and took a sip they gave me a completely different drink.
