Worse Starbucks ever! I cant wait to write a one-star review for this location. The drive-through screen is broken at night. When I pass to the order point nobody talked to me. Its natural that I got out of my car to talk to them and made sure they were not working. Then I waited in between the order point and the window. So strange - this guy started to talk to the next care behind me and processed his order. OK - I guess the guy in the Starbucks must be busy or sleepy so this guy did not notice me. So after the order process was behind me, I just walked out of my car again and talked to the order broken screen with a mic to explain the situation and lets do order. He refused to process the order for me and asked me to drive around the super long drive-through line (like another 10-15 min) and order again! He said it was my fault. However, its easy just to manually process an order and I told him its your problem to not post a note on the un-working screen like TALK TO ME, IM WORKING/ALIVE, and its your problem to miss my order since you DID NOT RESPOND my sound. OK - then another lady probably his supervisor also joined the talk through the order mic and said its all our fault, we could drive all the way out (another 10 minutes maybe) then park then order again, or just drive in line again. OMG- How stupid they are? I keep telling them the logic, they simply said its everything my fault...or talk to the next window. So I follow the drive-through line and eventually arrived at the point of the window. The man inside the window guessed it was me. He did it on purpose to talk to someone on his headphone without my existence (without a gesture or sorry on his lips). After 15 seconds, he came to me and said You can not order now here at the window - OK its so obvious you refused to talk to me because you want me to drive away myself even without discussing any chances. Its so rude! I can not believe Starbucks - this kind of supposedly customer-centric store could have such so-stupid/rude people to serve us. OK. Then it really drove me here to write a one-star review to wish them to improve. Otherwise, another poor customer would be you for sure without any doubt at this Starbucks location 1248 17th St, Santa Ana, CA 92701. Dont be so happy about their flexible opening time, you could be the next angry customer writing another review like me.

This is your regular Starbucks, but the location can be sketchy. They have a drive-through if you prefer. Inside is nice and clean, well lit, but the problem is that the music they have is so loud, you cant even hold a conversation with a friend. I suspect they have that so that people dont camp out in there.I requested that they turn the volume down just a bit and they said they would but it never happened. Its a fine location to drop by and get your coffee then go somewhere else.

Like many of the other reviewers state, the drive thru service is awful. They have a bad attitude the moment you pull up to the window. This evening, i pulled in to drive thru at 5:50pm and ordered at 5:55pm using a $3 drink special valid till 6pm and a snack. I also told the person i wanted to use this special which she said had to be scanned. The car in front of me was slow (there was no other business, no customers inside). When I finally pulled up to the window at 5:59pm, she ignored me until 6:01pm and then opened the window and said I was too late to use the special (with an attitude too). Naturally, i declined the drink, snack and drove on. They apparently dont need my business.

Very busy here at least at 1030am. However, that does not justify employees having a nasty attitude, ignoring & interrupting customers & then making them wait over 5 minutes for a cup of water. Angela in particular was extremely rude, interrupting my request to tell me to wait. Very bad attitude.Called corporate & I’m satisfied with the resolution so I added a star. ⭐️ 💋

This place never gave me a issue so I was shock by today. I order my drink on the drive way asked if I was able to do one more order in cashier window (basically ordering one more drink that was the exact same as the rest it wasn’t different) told me yes but I was gonna have to pick it up inside. I paid I didn’t mind so walked inside 5 mins pass.. 10 mins pass 15mins pass..? Just went to cashier to cancel that order lovely cashier didnt a fuzz toRefund me. But Jesus Christ ..

Luis, Mgr, and Lindsay provided me an excellent customer experience and it was my first time at this store. Somehow I got my order confused and ordered it wrong. Luis instantly corrected it with a great attitude providing me a great experience. Lindsay did my drink perfect!! Kudos to this store!!

This has to be one of the worst service I have received from a Starbucks. The employee taking my order was making it seem like I was bothering him by putting an order in. Also when I got my drink, half of the venti cup that I ordered was empty. It was full to the top with foam. Even the employee who handed me my drink was laughing at the fact it was empty.

Newly renovated! Our local neighborhood Starbucks really knows how to take care of their customers! Visitors here feel like theyre part of the family!
