I usually dont go to this location unless there is no other place to go on my way. Last time they claimed they didnt have my order, and today the drink I received was okay, its starbucks anyways so dont expect your drinks to be stellar. However, I wanted to comment that today I went and I experienced probably the most subpar customer service at any starbucks, maybe just the workers on the shift at the moment. The stores arent busy at all, but the workers ignore you when you have any questions, nor even having any eye contact. Maybe they love making drinks so much that they forgot about their customers. My suggestion would be to train the workers to be better at customer service.

A great place to sit down, relax, and enjoy some drinks. It has a nice open place to sit, the lighting is amazing both natural and artificial. The staff is kind and friendly. They even offer sample drinks while you relax, work, and wait. The artwork is amazing and the community board is always up to date.They have multiple plugs around the place to plug in labtops, phones, and other electronics.The place is not crowded but not empty so there is a small level of noise but still a great place ti work and study.

My fiancé and I were harassed multiple times by an employee at this location. He clearly had a problem with our presence from the very beginning. He asked repeatedly if our dog was a service animal. Even after we answered his question he continued bothering us. He indicated that several patrons had complained. Our dog is very small, calm, and was not barking but still felt the need to continue to harass us. I have never felt so uncomfortable and couldn’t enjoy our coffee. He kept watching us from the counter and was very rude and disrespectful. I will not be returning to this location and will tell all of my friends and family.I hope that Eliza Fernando, Store Manager coaches her team on service animals and fully understand the laws.A “service animal” is a dog that is individually trained to perform work or tasks that benefit a person with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other type of mental disability.(Below is a photo of my service dog that was not welcomed at Starbucks).I will be filling a formal complaint with corporate and the BBB.

Ordered by Uber eats. First things first the drink isn’t full? Is that normal in United States? I never experienced this kind of weird service in Asia. Second, why is my drink full of ice? Just because I ordered venti size doesn’t means ice has to be increased. I don’t pay more bucks just for more ice in the drink. I just took out most of the ice in the drink and discovered that only half remained.

We waited a long time in the drive thru to place the order at the window and when we did everything was good but when we drove off about 2min later we noticed we paid for a venti cup of ice with very little matcha cause it was full to the brim of ice..👎😨

New location by the mall (outside by Five Guys) . Pretty nice and spacious inside. Probably one of the larger Starbucks locations Ive seen. Has a drive thru. Replaced the old one on Colima road.

First time this has happened at ANY of the dozens of Starbucks Ive purchased drinks @. I ordered 4 drinks, nothing complicated. I asked for a hot green tea and it was followed by, we dont have green tea. That should of been my first red flag that the person on the drive through window didnt know what they where talking about. Then I asked for a White Hot Choclate. Heres the big one.. I arrive at home 3.4 mi on a Saturday night after working 10hrs over time to find a dark hot chocolate! Now I dont get to spend much time @ home with my kids. But when I do I enjoy catering to them. This was the most disappointing visit Ive ever had @ a Starbucks. CHECK YOUR SCALDING HOT DRINKS IN THE DRIVE THRU. GOOD JOB GUYS 👎

The drink this location makes tastes pretty good. There interior space of this location is fairly good as well, but it’s a bit dark inside. I would most likely be coming to this location just for drive through or to-go since there are a lot of cars waiting at drive through sometimes.

Enjoy this location, which is open till late hours, with amenities like wifi, device outlets and restroom are surely value added. The management and patrons have to watch out though, some weirdo or intruder, coming from nowhere, like earlier this dude, either small time criminal or loiterer, 20 something, medium height, roaming around, trying to insert his USB or some gadget into patrons laptop, which was outright scam or stalking. I called him out, to leave me alone, then he disappeared as quick as a mouse.

I usually never come inside this location, but today I did with my service dog.About 5 minutes after ordering my drink and sitting down, an associate comes over and asks if he’s a service animal because some of the patrons complained. He’s a service animal and makes zero noise or disturbance.About an hour later, he comes back over to say some more discussion which I shrug off and let him know I can show him the paperwork for the dog if he needs.Starbucks should do better in making sure all patrons feel welcomed in their locations, I won’t be returning to this location. I have been a gold card member for about 8 years now. Very disappointing to be treated this way..I will be filing numerous complains with corporate as well as the BBB.

Franchise owner is constantly harassing me because I panhandle off of the freeway. I spent $3 on a bagel there today and he refused to give me the bagel and banned me from the store. This is because I have given him a 1 star rating before. He said something about his family owning my family in Mexico.

I come to this Starbucks before going to work almost every nightAnd my usual is always a hot white chocolate mocha. Last night I went through drive thru, and the barista didnt understand my order and again asked me what i ordered. i then drove to work without tasting it before leaving . When i got to work i began to drink it but noticed she only gave me steamed milk. I really want my drink made . This stores drive thru is very very busy but not too bad in-store, I got my drink much faster than I thought. But the restroom was filthy, I had to hold my breath just for washing my hands. At least their effectiveness to get peoples order out is the fastest I had seen.

Most Starbucks locations will have me still waiting on a drink I had put in almost 10 minutes earlier. My drinks here are always ready by the time I walk in.

Great place, the employees definitely know what they are doing (unlike other Starbucks Ive been to). Its a nice relaxing place to stop and rest for a little bit. They have private restrooms which I love and they are always clean too. Its a nice place to be alone and study or be with friends.

Dining room needed a little attention but this is a busy place so its understandable. Our drinks were as expected. I did have to call a hello to an employee after I went to the pick up counter to ask for water and was ignored (there were five of them behind the counter and there were no customers waiting as it was close to 9PM.) Still four stars as this has happened at other locations and Im still a customer.

My comments dont just apply to this location. I used to be a daily customer for years, before every store became a drive thru, became cold, and became loud. The music is no longer soothing and low enough so you can read a book or study, etc. Where did all the sofas go? Maybe the work area should be separate from the dining area. It is so loud behind the counter with so many employees serving the drive thru that they decided to crank up the music to drown out the noise. I rarely visit anymore and dont usually buy anything, since I wont be staying. Being at Starbucks used to bring back memories of a welcome place to be at. I met my wife at Starbucks. I occasionally stop by to see if anything remains of previous experience, but no, it is no longer the go to place. I only know of one location without a drive thru, so if one day I want to feel the Starbucks experience again, I will have to go there. Too bad it is far away. Maybe someone at Starbucks, with a memory, will remember what started the Starbucks experience. I guess the busy drive thru and pick up orders are making too much $$ to bring back the awesome Starbucks experience. Im not holding my breath.

BTW, there is only one restroom open to customers and the other is only open to employees!!!!! Worst ever!! First time to this location. Mobile ordered like I always do, on my way, 7 min drive. I arrived at 9:30, tried to go inside to pick up order...doors locked, had to go thru drive thru to get my order. Sat in the drive thru line for 23 minutes. When we got to the order screen,, it announces Sorry we are Closed WHAT??? 😡, Then a staff person comes on the speaker and asks for our order. Another 5 minutes from the speaker to the window.So slow, so bad!! I always order my latte extra hot, when we finally got our 2 drinks, they were both luke warm...if i could have canceled my order, and got my money back, I would have.Need to fix what ever the problem is. Wont be back to this location...Im sure Starbucks doesnt care...there were plenty of other cars in the drive thru spending money...im only 1 dissatisfied customer.

Drive-through window is excellent during pandemic. However, there is no reason to have mobile order pickups go to drive-thru window. Have a small table at your front door entrance and mobile orders can be picked up there. Many other coffee houses & businesses do this. Easy. Simple. Safe.

At this point in capitalist history, Starbucks is iconic for its clean, chill and laid back atmosphere, refreshing coffee as well as non-coffee beverages.Starbucks has really become a cool hang out spot for many a coffee and tea lover both young and old alike. The drive thru design is terrible in the rain. The outside awning is too short and causes water to pour into your window when trying to pay and get your drink. The drive thru order area needs one as well. Ive never been so wet in a drive thru before.
