Great Starbucks that’s been here for many years. Clean, ample parking and good wide handicap spots. I love their gifts in this Starbucks, especially their unique mugs. They greet you with a warm hello and a big smile. Their coffee is always perfectly made. There are many Starbucks but this one is extremely chic and homey, nice and warm inside too. A delightful treat on a gloomy day. It was very nice of them to let me snap away taking my pictures and they did not ask me why I was taking them, which is extremely nice!

Moved to the corner of Cox and Paseo Presada. Amazing Staff. Emily the old manager of Big Basin Wy. Starbucks in Saratoga Village manages this store. She hopes to have weekend hours in 30 days and extended hours in 60 days. A beautiful Starbucks with chil outdoor seating.

Inside a local shopping plaza on a side street, this is not a large shop, with limited seating, but not crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Staff was very friendly. Cosistent in flavors!

This Starbucks location in particular is my cheers. Not only do they make the drinks the best out of any Starbucks I’ve been to in the Bay Area, but they know my name and how I like my iced latte (sleeve and short straw). Most importantly though, they know me! EVERYONE is so friendly they know and always know what’s going on. I’m sure they have a Bajillion people that they have to remember tiny details for but they make me feel special every time. For example, we were talking about how I was going to get my hair done the next day. I came in this morning to get my breakfast and this is what I saw 😩 😩😩. You guys are so stinking cute. I love you.

Update 6/11/2024BEWARE mobile orders might not be ready as stated in the app. Today my wife ordered online with a 3 minute stated pick up time, yet when she arrived in 3 minutes it was a 15 minute wait.Update 1/4/2022 terrible that they say they open at 5:30 on Google maps then when you walk over there it says open at 7:00 on the door and open at 7:30 on the app and at 7:08 no one home to make coffee. I my wife wanted was a coffee before work and after a long walk in the freezing cold.The other day she ordered a non fat no foam extra hot latte and it was barely warm full of foam and bitter. So she started going to Peets after her walk. Then Peets had trouble making a no foam extra hot lattes so she came back to Starbucks today to be disappointed again with no one there.2014 Best Starbucks ever9:29 1/4/2022 my wife drove over for her coffee and it’s bitter. They are short staff and not providing the Starbucks taste the same anywhere in the US. 1 star ⭐️ only.

I stopped here to refuel mid ride last week and the lady at the counter that took my order completely messed it up. Waited 15 mins to find out theres no order with my name in on it and they seem to be going on with their day instead of trying to fix this error. How could you charge me and then not care about this kind of error is beyond me. I had run out of time and had to leave. I dont know her name but this one older lady(sorry, i shoukd have asked her name but was in a hurry) was kind enough to give me some water as I was on my way out but the rest of the staff need some training in customer service.

The dark haired cashier guy at this Starbucks was the nicest guy. I had a bad day as a teacher and he asked me how my day was and he had the nicest answer for me. I left the store with a smile and a lasting impression.My trenta plain black iced tea never tasted better. I wish I had gotten his name cuz he needs to be recognized. It was June 8, 2022, at around 4:10 and he was at the register.

I ordered a bagel that these guys served me without any spread on the side, only found out after coming home. Was it my fault that I did not specify it?! I was having a rough morning and this was going to be my first meal of the day. So thank you for ruining it with a BAD SERVICE!Same order, i gave my personal cup for coffee which this server even accepted but ended up serving my coffee in a plastic cup because “oops, it didnt mention on the sticker!”. I mean what is wrong with you guys! The whole reason i brought in my cup is because i did not want to waste a plastic cup!I little focus on your job that pays ones bills would be really appreciated.P.S. I love Starbucks, so it bothers me when a certain store doesnt live up-to the brand name.

Good Starbucks very close to my job. I go in there all the time. If I could nitpick on one little thing though, it is that the drinks tend to be on the sweeter side. I always seem to have to ask them to remake my Sweet Cream Vanilla Cold Brew, because it is way too sweet. Otherwise, great and friendly service, and reasonable wait times for drinks.

I would not recommend this place on the staff alone.The coffee you can get anywhere, it’s the customer service that is hard to find and this place I didn’t find it. Just a bunch on snobby high school kids as the staff that don’t have respect for the customers. I could over hear them bad mouthing customers when they didn’t think I could hear and what they were saying was pretty awful and very unprofessional. The day I went, I think it was the manager, some kid Rob or Robbie. Can’t remember, but I have never had such an arrogant, cocky, egotistical person wait on me.News flash, you work at Starbucks. You ain’t Bill Gates so unsure why you have a holier than thou attitude when you just make coffee. Not saying anything bad about baristas, but tone it down a notch. We are people and we should be treated decently and with respect. He had none.Just this experience alone is enough for me to never come back here and if anyone asks, I definitely will tell them to go elsewhere. Unless they want a side of coffee with a giant serving of snobby attitude.

Staff is so friendly and always has a smile. The drinks are consistent.This is a nice starbucks also because it has a lot of seats but it is not too noisy.If I have any comment, it is usually cold in there.

Pretty good service and standard Starbucks. They’ve gotten my order wrong once, but immediately fixed it when I asked. No qualms there.I’m docking two stars, one for bathroom maintenance (no soap or paper towels?), and another for how darn COLD it is inside. They must keep it at 65F or something. I have to bring a sweater when I’m here for more than 10 min so I don’t freeze.

You may think that a Starbucks is a Starbucks. This is simply not true. Just like all places that hold magic, it is in the people that you find that magic. This Starbucks has wonderful baristas that are fast, efficient, and no matter how complicated your stardust maccachino may be, they get it right! I have never had a burned, bitter coffee or a wrong sized coffee from this establishment. I do drink a lot of coffee, and this is definitely my go-to for Starbucks. I also see a lot of folks from the neighborhood here, with comfortable seating and outdoor tables.
