The employees here are awesome. Every time I come to this location they are absolutely swamped, both inside and at the drive-thru, but this crew is always on top of everything and have never gotten my order wrong. This morning there was a verbal altercation between two customers in which the police were called, and the employees handled everything professionally while still handling everyones order. Coming from someone who works customer service, you guys are doing amazing and deserve more credit!

I feel like every 2/3 trips to this Starbucks are bad. The drinks are always messed up to some extent. I’ve never seen someone put an entire scoop of frappe chips just in the bottom of the drink and just NOT blend it. Like I’m sorry, that’s just plain carelessness. How do you plan to drink square sized chips through a small round straw?? lol I hate that this is the only legit Starbucks in the main area of Menifee.

It took 15 minutes to get my Earl Grey hot tea. There were 8 staff congregating behind the counter having their social hour while customers waited for their orders. The girl at the cash register seemed dazed and overwhelmed. Later, after I waited 15 minutes, she apologized and said she had forgotten to make my tea. When given feedback about the service, one of the girls became verbally sarcastic. This is not acceptable. Thank you for reading.

Wow… first off an extremely long wait in the drive thru lane…I couldn’t tell you how long but for me to write this complaint, it was long. Then I finally get to the window and a woman opens it doesn’t acknowledge me while she is busy talking to another employee while my drink sits there, whip cream melted. She finally hands me my drink with no acknowledgement again… I tell her it was a very long wait, she hands me my melted drink and charges me for it. And goes directly back to what she was doing!!! No words…I said thank you… still no words!!! So rude! Not what I expect from a Starbucks!

Somebody cancelled an order and the Starbucks employee asked me if I wanted to try a new drink for free! She gave me the drink which was pretty cool. Pastries were fresh and they were polite

Got our order all wrong, we parked and went inside so that cars wouldn’t have to wait and they were super rude. We were not rude, just trying to get what we ordered. And then after we left we still got the wrong order. Won’t be returning here for our coffee. Better Buzz it is! Where the service is friendly!

Opened in July 2021. The interior is spacious with a lot of seating. You feel you want to sit and enjoy your coffee. A modern style design. Will come back again

I went to this location today and had an awful experience. My order is pretty simple, so when I when my named was called and it was completely wrong I was upset. When I tried to explain what the correct order was, before I could even finish, the manager came over and asked me to leave. I will not be coming back to this location and calling corporate to complain. Don’t know how a Venti gets confused as a Grande, and the milk not be substituted. So now I’ve wasted $6.25 on a beverage I can’t even drink.

The store is big and clean and nice, but the parking lot is overly small and overly cramped, the staff spent an awful lot of time chatting with each other, not making orders, and they forgot about items on my order, and when I finally asked them where it was, they got huffy with me... and all it was was a cookie.

Very friendly service. The drinks couldve been better and parking is a bit small but drive thru is always quick.
