I’ve come to this location multiple timesI’ve always asked for my cream on the side in a short cupThe employee then said that she has to charge me because I want my cream on the side and because I’m asking for more than what they’re used to giving they have to charge for itCompletely ridiculous you’ve lost my business. I will go to the next Starbucks that understands. They’re a multi billion dollar company and can afford 2 ounces of cream for my coffee that cost four dollars.On a sidenote, the male employee that was working today on June 30 at 12:30 look like he hadn’t even taken a shower was wearing outside clothes and completely unprofessional compared to the girls who look like they have taking care of their appearanceSeems like the store is missing a lot of standards and understandings of what’s going on

Bench seating available for pickup. 4 small tables inside for dining in. This is a pickup and go location with an awkward design for ordering setup with little room to wait in line, but tons of room for pickup 🤷‍♀️

Nobody was in there and they forgot to make my drink. The whole place was filthy and they took away the tables and chairs presumably because of the homeless issue, leaving a vapid ambiance in limbo between a bus depot and food kitchen. If you fancy a $5 latte go elsewhere.

Chloe, maddie, and Holden Made my day with this amazing Mocha frappe!!! I gave a general idea of what I wanted, and it turned out more amazing with all the unique skills of these three helping to fill in the specifics😁For this reason I will always come to this location whenever possible... thank you for your excellent customer service and leading myself and others to new and exciting experiences!!!

Walked seven minutes from my hotel to Newport Blvd. Had a Flat White and muffin. Starbucks butter is always frozen hard. They havent learned how to manage it like McDonalds. I like Starbucks coffee ☕ though 😋

Always a consistent experience and for that Im grateful. Enjoyed Hot Apple Cider and warm Banana Nut Bread this morning on my way to an appointment this early rainy morning. Usually Im an app ordering patron, but today I was out of town and this was close to my destination. Counter service with a smile was greatly appreciated and the order was processed promptly.

Very hard to get into the parking lot as it’s on a 3 way street intersection. The staff seemed a bit confused with their own menu. The only pro is the proximity to the freeway.

By far the worst Starbucks experience ever. The girl at the register was rude, the restrooms were disgusting and every single trash inside was OVERFLOWING. It wasnt even busy, so for the 5 employees working, theres was no reason they couldnt keep up on the cleanliness. I was so shocked because Ive never had a complaint, all other Starbucks are top notch.

This Starbucks gave me the worst experience in any coffee or tea shops. I guess they have no sleep in their shop policy. And I guess what, I was not trying to sleep at all. All I was trying to do was to manage not to throw up from a sea trip coming back from Newport Beach. We ordered coffee. My sons were in the store sitting at a different table keeping an eye on me. I was pretty sick and laid my head back against a wall while my husband went across the street to get motion sickness medicine for me. The staff of this shop came and hassled me 3 times telling me I couldnt sleep there and I had my eyes closed. I guess these workers are not trained to tell or care if a person is sick and just needs to have eyes closed for a while. So I explained to the first worker my condition. Then the second worker kept bugging me. So I explained to him too and told him to leave me alone. After that, he kept pulling their big trash cans in and out through the door next to where I was sitting. By then, one of my sons were sitting across the table from me. By the way, this whole time a cup of coffee was sitting on the table. We ordered ice latte too when we first went in the store. So they should know I wasnt there to mug their space or squat in their store. I was furious but I was weak to make a scene. So here is my story.

Places not too friendly and theyre kind of strange about the plugs were they only have like two plugs and all the other plugs are all capped off and so it makes it very uncomfortable and in the way its laid out stupid.plugs out side at 12cents a year to non Stop charge a miliamp cell phone. small investment makes the owner look brilliant, welcoming, tasteful

This is one of the best Starbucks around!!! The Customer Service has always been above par. The staff is friendly, engaging and consistently greets us with a smile! Normally Starbucks is great about mobile orders. Not this Starbucks location. Dont waste your time and head further north or south of Newport. It took 25 minutes to get a mobile order of 2 teas ready. Even though there was only two customers when I arrived and the app said 4min. I asked where the mobile order pick up was after waiting for 10 min, and was told she had the orders there but not processing them yet. At that same moment a rush of 12 customers came in and all of them received their orders before. Someone else was there asking about their mobile order and she told him the same thing. 15 minutes later, I get my tea and the other mobile order is processed, too. Mobile orders here are not processed as they get them.

I hardly post negative reviews, but unfortunately had a poor experience at this particular Starbucks. The gentlemen behind the counter weren’t very friendly. I had to modify my order after I had been rung up, and I could tell the barista was annoyed. When I got my drink, I honestly couldn’t even drink it :( It tasted so bad (it was a dirty chai). Not sure if it was Sbux’s espresso or the barista, but it was a pity to waste a $6 drink. I didn’t even take it back in after I tasted it because of the unfriendly staff.

I’m not a coffee drinker... GASP!!! I know! But, I do like the food. This’s location is good for neither but they are open earlier than the others in the area by at least an hour.It’s a small location with poor parking, the food selection is small, and a big turn off to most who like to enjoy their cupppa with some YouTube is they have 4 tables and two outlets.If opening time isn’t a concern, drive the extra 1/4 mile to the one on 17th.

Never go here bad service and youll get kicked out for ordering water and waiting for a appointment. What happened to the customer is always right. Very poor customer relations and power plugs dont work. Place needs work. Manager was rude as hell towards me. So was the workers. I would never work for this company.

If you want to get yelled at by a barista when you tell them the drink they made you is not the drink you ordered, then this is your place. They do not live up to the Starbucks standard at all. Starbucks is going down hill in a rolling dumpster fire of egotistical little children running the place... No, I wasnt insulting you personally, Im just saying, thats not the drink I PAYED FOR! I like it here. Most tables are along the wall so you get a clear walkway inside the store. There are about 5 tables outside the shop with plenty of chairs for customers to relax and enjoy the sunshine and breeze

I love the staff here that I see weekly but to just walk up and have the district manager ask me while Im putting out my cigarette to put out my cigarette and point at the sign at the table I havent even sat down at yet that says no smoking is unnecessary and extremely rude. I was already bending over putting out my cigarette how she could not notice I was doing so I have no idea.

Predictably Starbucks! The coveted over priced coffee concoctions of sorts and drinks. I only go when it appears I can get in & out the same day as theres never enough help. And I find it very interesting ESPECIALLY in a coffe house that they still continue to repeat my added shots os espresso as Expresso. How in the hell can you not know what you are making & how to Pronounce the product right when charging so much......goin back to Oh Those Donuts. They have Great coffee, great prices & you can get Fresh made sandwiches to order there vs the goods that are dropped off from some truck from LA at Starbucks.
