Lexi was amazing! I had already paid for my drink and she was kind enough to ad a shot I forgot to ask for after asking for it. That really made my new years. As a consumer and customer of long time at Starbucks I appreciate when staff members go above and beyond to satisfy customers impecable thank you Lexi

Customer service was great, just like their drinks. Even though it was super busy today with the rose parade and everything, their energy and attitude were very good. There was a special drink served for the holidays and the cashier was very good at describing it.

Your average starbucks. Nice large space inside and good service but also, nothing special. Their sweets selection always looks so poor and sad. Drinks are quite good.

I barely slept last night and after spending a good chunk of my day at  the mall I needed a pick me up. But not just any pick me up, I needed the real deal so I asked my barista Chester what I should go with. “Easy, Ventti Americana Black Eye” he replied. In case you didn’t know, black eye is a double shot of espresso, and will take you to where you need to be if your day was dragging like mine was!

Overran by mentally ill homeless people inside and out. While the homeless deserve sympathy and a path to recovery, they do not deserve to disrupt and destroy our business and the livelihood of those who work there. On my visit a homeless male sat quietly at a long table talking to someone who no one else could see (a dilusion). A kind and well meaning customer came and shared the tabe and engaged him in polite conversation, condos to her. When she left, he continued the conversation which was now one-sided and at a distance and even followed her out into the street shouting at her. He then returned inside and started going table to table attempting to have irrational conversations with people and sometimes shouting loud enough to disrupt the entire dining area. I asked a staff member and she said they cant do anything because of the history of violent responses when attempting to interact. The police eventually came and removed him, he left without further incident. As he left the other homeless person who was camped outside on the bench, who all the police knew by name, heckled them and started verbal confrontations with anyone who made eye contact, daring anyone to take any action against her.The suffering of the homeless is no small thing and I dont pretend to have a solution, but I do not believe that we should allow them to pose a threat to public safety or the jobs of employees who work in the business they disrupt.Otherwise, this Starbucks location and the staff who work there are wonderful. The staff was exemplary and the coffee was as perfect as ever. The location, otherwise, is ideal, right in the middle of Pasadenas premier shopping district, Old Town Pasadena. It didnt used to be like this. This used to be a safe enjoyable location. It wasnt unsafe just a few years ago. What changed?

Holy moly what a long line! Although it did take longer than I was hoping to get my order, I just wanted to say a thank you to the staff who were clearly doing everything they could to deal with unruly customers. Having worked plenty of service industry jobs, I know how hard it is when thing outside of your control happen, so kudos for being calm professionals and doing the best job you could! Even with a long wait that’s still 5 star service in my eyes!
