This Starbucks has happier friendlier service than most you will go to. They will accurately get your your hot coffee or Latte fast and accurate. Good location in Orange County, California.Also very clean which I appreciate. Not too busy usually so you can relax inside in a cozy environment.

Notably good vibes at this Mission Viejo shopping center Starbucks, about five minutes up the Oso Parkway from the 5 freeway. Better than the shopping center Starbucks about a mile closer to the freeway, which had a distinctly uncool vibe when I went at a similar time (before 6 am) and day of the week (thursday). I would recommend this location over that location for sure.

Everyone I know liked Starbucks coffee. I also like the pastries that they make. I like to stop here and get something when I am going to visit someone. It always makes people happy when you show up with a little gift from Starbucks. This store is close to my home so it is easy to stop here often. The employees here are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Starbucks

Are you serious? I came back home and added a full cup of ice just to see how little drink I received, the drink is only 3/4 of this venti cup. Look at the light ice next to my drink. Did someone drink this or what is going on here? I ordered no ice at other Starbucks and I knew it’s not going to be a full cup but this is just ridiculous.

Lane is absolutely EXEMPLARY in joyful kind customer service! He greets everyone, knows some by name, is pleasant, fast/efficient and a great asset to this store. Amazing watching him do him! He’s great Starbucks!

If you are a person of color go to literally any other starbucks. I was treated very rudely and just accused of lowkey trying to steal drinks when I literally just ordered at the register. Its sheltered OC so the racism is expected. I hope people can do better in the future.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! But I Walked all the way over her from my new house to reward myself from a long week of work... once I returned home and they completely burnt my sandwich to the point it’s rock hard and I can’t even it it... forgot the Siracha. And made my drink hot instead of iced... I obviously noticed the drink right away but was like whatever..... but the sandwhich was even more disappointing... 11 dollars down the drain... :(

Cindy was the absolute nicest, friendliest attitude ever are used to work at Starbucks and I know how hard it is to keep that good attitude sometimes but she’s always nice when I go in! Never disappoints

Worst Starbucks in Orange County. Terrible management. Horrible service and rude. People with no shoes allowed to walk around store while managers harassed disabled veteran and a nurse who were wearing their masks, yet the young manager still felt the need to talk and gossip about the veteran and his mask after he had left the building and they didn’t know a member of his party was still standing in the line waiting for coffee. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and disgusting service.

Can be a bit slow when a regular arrives as staff will chat. But when you become a regular, thats nice so its both positive and negative. Service is good, place is clean.

I’ve given this Starbucks way to many chances but they continue to have to worst customer service. I travel a lot and visit many Starbucks and there is absolutely no comparison. This staff needs to be revamped. Thank you

The cashier was friendly but the espresso on the americano was so burnt it was undrinkable. Also, the girl who made our iced matcha latte seemed v annoyed the entire time and rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to whisk in the matcha instead of just shaking the cup and leaving clumps floating around a cup of milk.

Accidentally mobile ordered a hot drink instead of s cold one and realized my mistake when I went to pick it up! They offered to make me the drink I meant to order at no charge! Great customer service!
