First time I have ever walked into a Starbucks where it was Not busy, and not a single employee acknowledged us. When we got to the register, Lauren, didnt look up or make eye contact, she was just staring down to a small device, robotic like she asked, are you ready to order? I placed our order for 3 drinks and she just said scan your app to pay. Walked away and just started to make our drinks. There was another employee working the drive thru window and a third employee cleaning the restrooms. The store vibe was not good. One of our drinks was made incorrectly, I watched her pour milk but we asked for soy. She apologized and just made a new one. It was just not a good experience. I wont be back to this location. Ill stick with mom n pop coffee shops.

This location used to be very good, a quick stop no matter how long the line. Ever since they did a remodel in the middle of September its been stupid long waits for way shorter lines. I was on the phone one day and I didnt move after placing my order for 12 minutes and then it was another 5-7 minutes after that to get my drink. Idk who has that kind of time in the morning.

Sat in my car for fifteen minutes for drinks for my son and I, which is fine-normal. I came to the window and they could not break my $100 bill. I purchase $6 drinks on a regular basis. And that is just for myself! The cashier had attitude. Tried to offer rolls of quarters and dimes as my change. Then she wanted to get my drink back. I had to ask for the manager who shared the same sentiment of giving quarters and dimes as change. Are they $%#@ing serious????? I spend a great deal of money at Starbucks and this is the customer service they give???? Then the female manager finally comps my single drink. What about the rest of my order????? What a joke!!!! This store has the worst customer service! Franklin was a way better manager of this Starbucks! These girls need to be happier with their positions and flexible!! Called corporate office and the gentlemen was very helpful. Totally opposite from the service I received. If you are upset, dont let it ruin your vibe with Starbucks, call the corporate office. He was understanding and changed my attitude towards Starbucks with this experience.

Nothing better then buying 12 dollar bucks of coffee with the wifey. We enjoy sitting outside, so ask the staff for chairs inside. Theyve been removed so the riff raff doesnt hang out outside. Its nice to sit outside and sip while staring at the foothill mountains. Dont forget to tip.

This is probably my favorite Starbucks in the area (and believe me, Ive been to all of them). The staff here is always SUPER friendly, and they seem to be rarely out of ingredients. Theyre pretty efficient, especially considering how busy they get. Theres almost always seating inside or outside, and the way that they implemented the drive-thru is very convenient and not at all difficult to get through.Overall, Id recommend coming to this Starbucks.

Just Four words. THE. BEST. STARBUCKS. EVER. The looks of this place, the quietness, the environment, the paint on that entrance wall, the lighting, the service, the attention, the contribution by the community, the study taking place, the socialization by students, groups, elders, or simply anyone who wants to relax and enjoy a good time has to go to this place ! It does not feel like a Starbucks where its only for ordering a drink and leaving, one is invoted to stay in their long table and sit to work, or enjoy a good time with someone or alone. There is no other place like this, and after spending hours and hours there, it is the place to go to every night ! ☕❤️

One of my favorite drive thru Starbucks. The entire team here is always so friendly and helpful. Ian Crespo is the manager there and he will go out of his way to make sure youre a satisfied customer. I opted for drive thru service at this location on Foothill Blvd. I ordered some great lunch items and tea/latte drinks. They were out of the breakfast sandwich I wanted, but substituted the bacon gouda breakfast sandwich which was very good. They didnt have a Casara coconut milk latte, but substituted for a vanilla flavored latte and it was a great! Employees were very helpful and friendly.Enrance into the drive through from the Foothill Blvd entrance, can be a tight turn into the entrance of drive thru. Also if more then 4 cars are lined up to order at the speaker, you have to gap the entry area, since its a thru-fare for the other stores and restaurants in the shopping center parking lot. Just need to be careful and courteous in your car if its busy. Coming out of the drive thru, right turn only and can be challenging if busy also.Will definitely re visit this Starbucks if travelling through the neighborhood again.

My friend and I went through the drive-thru and ordered a drink and a water. The barista named AUDREY handed us the drink and appeared to be done with our order, so I politely reminded her I ordered a water as well. She responded, I only have one hand, I will get it you I was shocked at how rude she was and at the fact that she said she has one hand? Anywayyy, when I asked why she was being rude, she said, Because you were rude and I was doing other thingsTerrible customer service, and the supervisor was of no help.Advice to the public: Next time you visit make sure to gently remind AUDREY that as human beings we all have two hands (:

Most people know that Starbucks is a great place to go for snacks and drinks. The only downside for this specific one is that it is next to a high school. This means that there is almost always an unusually long line.

I can only drink decaf. Starbuck various of decaf is watering down regular coffee. They will not make decaf. Even small amount other then watered down coffee and give it fancy name Americano.🤢
