I received a pleasant surprise! I have always enjoyed Starbucks, but today, I wanted something decaffeinated that wasnt coffee-ish! The staff suggested I try their passion tea but with added lemonade. When I got to the service window, the very courteous staff member said, Theres no charge whenever we recommend our favorites to a customer. Just tell us later if you did/didnt like it! Well, that free drink was crisp and refreshing! Good service doesnt get any better than that! Kudos, Team-Starbucks! ✔️

Went here to grab a quick coffee in the afternoon. There were only two cars in front of me, which I didnt think was terrible. I ordered two tall drinks, and the wait for this was atrocious. It took so long to get a drink. When I went up to the window, the people working didnt seem to care. They were talking very relaxed and didnt even apologize for the wait. They made one drink, gave it to me, and then i watched the one employee making the drinks start the second drink while the other employee were just standing there chatting. I was so confused why more people couldnt help make the drinks. I can understand if that was not the other employees responsibility, but even an acknowledgment on time would have been nice. I wont be going to this location again.

Ordered 2 large hot chocolate. should of been a very simple order. they came out a little WARM, definitely not hot. very chalky tasting. NO whipped cream. I dont expect to be returning.

Very nice night for a Frappuccino. A friend and I decided to end the night with a relaxing cup of coffee. I meantion the new Starbucks on 2nd and since neither one of us has ever been there, we went. The service was exceptional. We could not have asked for a better crew. Though we might have been a little needy, they were hapoy to accommodate us. Love love love ! Thank youfor the great coffee and because of it, I thank you for the great conversation that followed. Kudos to you!

The customer service is always been exceptional, but the speed of service is always incredibly slow and the drive-through line never seems to move

Recently visited the Starbucks store on N 2nd Street, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who took my order with a warm smile. The coffee was expertly brewed to perfection, and the cozy ambiance made it the perfect spot to relax and catch up with friends. The stores cleanliness and attention to detail were also impressive. Overall, this Starbucks embodies everything I love about the brand – great coffee, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Its definitely a place Ill be returning to for my caffeine fix and moments of tranquility. (The only cons is that this location doesnt have restrooms for customers)

I ordered one large coffee and took me 25 minutes to get it. There was only two cars in front of me. I was late for work and there was only one person working taking orders and making coffee.

Sunday evening- Google shows 10pm closing, however went by for a eve snack and they were CLOSED at 8.20pm... what gives!2023 Yummy drinks as always, however no decent low sugar flavored coffees and only a few decaf options.

Terrible service! Staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. They are slow and have zero respect or appreciation for their customers. I’m disgusted with this location.
