Me and my 3 friends went to Starbucks yesterday and I offered to pay for all their drinks. One of my friends gave me two gift cards to pay for some of the expenses. The gift cards totaled to around $20. Our total after ordering was $44.50 and after using the gift cards the total only went down to $35 and they threw away our gift cards. We later did the math and realized I should only have paid around $23. We were scammed, but at least the food was still kinda good.

My favorite Starbucks in the area!With so many to choose from, Im always coming back to this one. The staff is amazing 👏 🤩 I regularly use the drive thru but occasionally stop in, and the staff are what brings me back every time.They are always so happy and friendly! I totally feed off the positive energy they have!They always greet my 2 labordoodles as they are pup cup fans, also customers. They let me know about sale items, I mean, who doesnt love Starbucks merch!Lastly, the service! Whether inside or in the drive thru, they are fast and efficient yet take time to recognize each customer.Thank you to management and staff for making every experience a great experience. I just went in to buy a pound of coffee. They didnt have a very good selection, only four or five types. Only one was decaf. Theres a significantly better selection of coffee at the local Sierra Market. The barista who ground the beans for me was not very friendly, even though she wasnt busy and my order certainly was not challenging.

We went to Starbucks yesterday and got scammed! My friend said that she would pay for all our drinks so I gave her two gift cards and one was 15 the other had 5 and she didnt use them before hand. Our total was 44.50 and after scanning the gift cards it only went down to $35 and they threw away our gift cards and we checked the gift last morning and we did math and she wouldve only paid $23 so in summary we got scammed!

My favorite at Starbucks is the medicine ball tea and the Evoltion fresh super fruit greens!. Medicine ball tea has notes of lemon, lemon grass, mint, and peach. The evolution smoothie taste like a mix of wheat grass, peaches, and pineapple😋. At this Starbucks I’ve never had any negative experiences it’s always peaceful even when there are people that come in and out. The employees are friendly and helpful.

The great thing about Starbucks is, their products are always consistent. My caramel brulee latte was hot and delicious. This was the first time Ive had a chocolate croissant. It was flaky and ooey gooey chocolatey. I wish Starbucks would post a sign stating the items they are out of, by the menu board. The store is nice and well kept. But your chances of getting coffee under an hour are not good. Starbucks has ruined the coffees experience by giving people to many options. All I wanted was coffee but left with nothing but a bad mood. They also seem to prioritize drive thru over counter service if that helps you choose anywhere else.

I was so unimpressed with the drive-through girl working she is always extremely unpleasant but more so on this day. Shes unhelpful, and after she handed me my drink, I had to wait almost 5 minutes to pay her. I almost drove away with a free drink because I was so irritated that I had to wait so long to pay. She always wears a black disposable mask 😷

This is a usual stop on my way home from skiing and is usually pretty good. Unfortunately today the barista was a little overwhelmed and snapped at me. I order a simple tall coffee with 4 sugars, which she got right away. I did see her have to tilt the coffee box to fill my cup, which was a little concerning (probably not a fresh pot?). As I tasted it, sure enough, strong bitter taste and lukewarm. I asked for one more sugar so I can add it myself and not wait for another pot to brew - her response, you wanted a tall coffee with 4 sugars - yes - well thats a tall coffee with 4 sugars... thats what you got.Not sure if one extra sugar is a huge expense, but old coffee is surely not what Starbucks usually serves. Hopefully just an off day... Ill drink the coffee with extra sugar to mask the taste a bit.

I guess I missed up my order... I asked a Chocolate Sweet Cream Cold Brew. On closer review, I should not have included the word Sweet. It baffled the crew and manage so badly they couldnt figure it out. When they finally figured it out, the manager offered to remake my drink for free. But then didnt refund my money. I guess she meant they wouldnt charge again...This is my local Starbucks and we spend slightly over $5k a year there, but not anymore.The one thing they never forget though is to pander for a tip!

Food & service appeared to be adequate according to my companions. However, I was disappointed by the condition of the restrooms. I passed up multiple gas stations on my way to the Starbucks. Coffee was the afterthought. The facilities was the purpose of the stop 1/2 way up to Truckee/ North Shore. I have been to cleaner restrooms at a gas station. It was discussing. My party had already ordered food & Coffee. I make it a rule not to eat from any facility that cannot keep a restroom clean. Restrooms are so much easier to clean than a kitchen facility. I left without a purchase.

This Starbucks is the worst coffee shop ive ever been to. Waited in the long drive through line, got to the order speaker and nobody was talking. The cars in front of me moved up 2 spaces and still nobody answered me on the speaker. I finally pulled up to the window and the worker was handing me a coffee. I said I didnt even order yet because nobody talked back to me on the speaker, so I will order now. She said it was too busy to take on order and told me to go back around in line again. I told her I wasnt moving and to get her manager. The manager said to go back around also. I was going to park there but I didnt want to ruin it for the people behind me in line, so instead I wrote this review. Bad management is to blame

The lady made my drink hot when I asked for it iced, which isn’t her fault it’s the cashiers fault, but when i asked for it to be iced she said “that’s funny because I asked him and he said hot.” Like okay, but I asked for it iced. I got it remade and they shook up some matcha with a little bit of oat milk, then proceeded to put the oat milk on top of that even though your supposed to fill it to the milk/ juice line. All and all was very rude when I asked nicely for it to be remade. I work at Starbucks so I expect my drink to be made right.

They were severely understaffed for the labor day rush. With the Colfax Starbucks being the first one after coming down from the mountain right off the exit, I feel they should have been planned better. There were 3 employees rushing around like mad to serve 50 people.

Very fast service considering how insane the line was both inside and outside. Parking lot was a bit of a circus but we managed to find a spot. Bathroom was fairly messy but not outright disgusting. Honestly it was probably the busiest Starbucks Ive seen so I feel like the staff was doing the best they could. Drinks came out promptly and correctly so no complaints there!

The costumer service was beyond disappointing. Their barista rushed us through our order and didn’t allow us to explain what we wanted. We were interrupted several times with with them same statement and needed up ordering something else because we were made to feel dumb and embarrassed in front of the people that were around. The barista was very nice and had a clear speaking voice. At first, she put whipped cream on my frapp when i asked for none, but i asked her to take it off and she was very nice about it.The chairs and dining area were very clean and smelled like the scented lysol disinfectant spray which was very pleasant. Great customer service today. They were extremely busy, and I think a little frazzled as they had been bombarded all day long with filthy dirty people driving home from Burning Man (I mean physically covered with layers and layers of whitish, desert dust/dirt, hair that is matted down from so much dust, ... Even though they couldnt possibly keep up the cleaning of the seating area, or the restrooms, they were trying their best to maintain Starbucks very high standards BEHIND the counter! Hats off to all three employees for their beautiful smiles...

It would be five stars if the staff were just a bit quicker. Multiple times I have watched them have full on conversations with each other while holding my drink in their hand. Last time I timed it and they talked for just over 2 minutes while I waited in the drive thru watching. Staff is pleasant though, and my drink has never been made incorrectly so I appreciate that.

Piss poor store. (Hey, I made a rhyme!)We headed for the drive through. Only a couple cars in the drive.We ordered two drinks. Quite simple. However, the staff on the headset did not recognize the drinks. Nor did she repeat the order to confirm.30 minutes later... We reached the window to pay and get caffeinated. My drink was wrong. Half an hour for a wrong drink.She DID offer to remake it, but after waiting that long I just took it and left. Customer service should be in the forefront. (Along with attention to detail.)

Rockstar staff in the mornings! I love rolling up to the intercom or window and being greeted by name. Half the time my brains too tired to order right but the lovely ladies know exactly the way I like it. Gotta give a shout out to Tammy, Angie, and Brie for always bringing a smile to my face along with a perfect cup of coffee ;) The entire staff is wonderful and they are always working hard together as a team. The friendly staff here makes it feel like a hometown coffee shop instead of that corporate feel. Thank you all, it is always a pleasure.

Easy off/Easy on from i80 west, or east. Parking can get a little tight but its a sunny and airy store with plenty of seating. A good stop on the way to the snow. Jake, Kylie and Destiny are worth 5 stars alone, you can tell the staff enjoys their jobs - these three got those customer service skills on point!!

Good Starbucks, with the usual staff and fare. The location makes this one great. It is right off the freeway, a great stop before heading up to Truckee or down to Sacramento. Very popular with the ski crowd and with the morning business bunch. The dining area is clean and comfortable.

I have never had a problem with the coffee at this Starbucks. But the last time I was there, the bathroom was so dirty, I was stunned. There was no toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap and the trash bin was overflowing. I was so disgusted, I have not been back, that was a year ago. A good place to have a quick coffee. Drive through is available so it’ll be easy for you. Just on next corner of the exit from freeway. Usually you’ll have to wait in a short line to order coffee and snacks because everyone will notice the place after taking the exit. Just on the side of a gas station so you can definitely think of getting a coffee after fueling up.

This is a pretty nice Starbucks. The space is much bigger than a normal Starbucks, which was refreshing. This is the kind of place you want to find when you are on a long road trip and want to sit and take a break. This location is also conveniently just off the I-80 freeway and next to a 76 gas station.

Drive tru mainly, very busy place. Recommend to place an order in another location that doesnt have a Drivetru . I had place an ordertraveling down from the mountains since app said it was the closest Starbucks, expecting order will be ready when arriving... unfortunately I had to wait 30+ minutes in total since I placed the order until it was actually ready... due to covid restrictions theres no waiting inside so had to back and forth to check on the order...other customers already in line had to wait that long too! The app didnt give that waiting time otherwise wise I would looked up another Starbucks to avoid a delayed in my travel

Keep driving 20min until you reach Auburn, CA; Avoid. Takes aprox. 28 minutes to make 2 coffees. Extremely un- clean and do not adimitly practice sanitation, let a lone what the CDC recommends. The mangement treats the staff very poorly, judging by the employees bad attitude and work ethic. Because there is always a new employee every week, you could order the same drink every day and still have a different tasting drink each time. The drinks never taste good either. Baristas need to be trained better as they get confused easily and have a very small drink vocabulary. They are poorly organized and rarely have the store stocked.

This is by far the largest and most comfortable Starbucks Ive been to. They have leather booths and tons of tables. They also have an outside patio. Also they serve wine and beer after 12pm! $4-12 a glass. Ps- theres plenty of Pokemon here too. 😉

This place is pummeled with skiers in the winter. The parking is inadequate to handle the traffic. There are only two bathrooms and they are inadequate to handle the volume of people that come through seasonally. They do have a pretty huge space inside. Its the only Starbucks for miles, so you are kind of stuck.
