Clean store, courteous staff. They have a drive-through and a walk-up window. Theres no reason you cant get what you need here.

I ordered a drink and sandwich almost 15 minutes before I got there . When I arrived, there was no one in the drive thru nor were they helping someone inside the store . I tell them i have a mobile order for my name and she tells me they’re working on it……. After waiting 10 MORE MINUTES, she only brings out part of my order . I let her know and she responded in a condescending “ok” way as if I’m annoying her. I come here all the time before work and the majority of the associates have a pretty good demeanor, but today I felt like an annoying burden as opposed to a customer

Waste of time and inconvenient. Idk why you would have a Starbucks u cant go in to with and order window only for online orders. Does not make any sense what so ever.

Honestly this is horrible. There’s no point in doing mobile order. You still have to go thru drive thru!!!!! Crazy, if you’re in a rush just go pick another Starbucks. Outrageous!

My husband has an office a couple of minutes from this Starbucks so it’s very convenient to go here. He went every day for months on end until they started messing up the orders. It’s very rare they don’t mess up and it’s even more rare that they talk to you with respect. It’s not so much the front of house staff who take your order at the drive through her are rude, it’s the baristas. If they mess up your order once you point it out they become very aggressive. My husband has had the window slammed in his face twice! Today will be the last day that happens but it’s a shame because depending on when you go they actually do have some nice staff. I have the names of all the ones who are disrespectful and I have contacted Starbucks itself. The manager here also is no help at all, she is very childish and all around it’s just a waste of time trying to talk to her. Very shameful Starbucks!

I went today is a Starbucks 28th Street in telegraph very bad customer I give him $100 my order is 33.00 after I ordered it Im in the window he told me he dont accept it the money he accepted only cash very bad I love Peters coffee

My co-workers and I are highly disappointment with our delivery orders. The orders are NEVER prepared correctly and are often cut in half or missing ingredients. We are hard workers who rely on our Starbuck drinks to get us through the day. The amount we are being charged is not matching the quality of the product.

Was good until they made this location drive through only. Update: No long only drive through. Now has walk up window.
