This is very very light on ice for them! Ordered $6.00 worth of drink and got 70% ice in the cup. Not sure what would I get if I didn’t ask for light ice.

Been coming to this Starbucks for the past 8 years because it’s literally 3 mins from me. They are always busy which I understand! But I am taking 1 star off because of my inconsistent drink. I always mobile order with light cream but I always get extra cream for some reason. Light splash of cream literally means light splash of cream, not a whole cup. When they aren’t super busy I ask for remakes. Please do better! Thanks

I love going there. The staff are wonderful. My wife love going there. They are very friendly especially my wife is deaf. We just lost our hearing dog. They love our service dog. They helped us to relieve our grieve. She considered them like family. Yesterday, I took samples of their drink. It is called Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte. It is invented by staff. His name is Seth. I am not fan of Chai, but I was blowing away it is delicious. I immediately ordered one. I definitely order it again for this season. Thank staffs for everything.

This is the slowest Starbucks that Ive ever been to. It is not out of the ordinary to wait 30+ min in this drive-thru. When you go inside youll see why; everyone is moving slowly with little regard for the massive line thats formed outside. Having worked at different Starbucks locations, this would be unacceptable there—definitely a problem with management here.

This is my favorite Starbucks! The staff is so nice and genuinely ask you about your day although they are always super busy. No matter the line, I come in and wait for my coffee just because of how sweet and considerate everyone there is! Plus, they always make my drinks absolutely perfect!

I come here all the time and usually the employees are nice to customers and each other. Today, not so much. Rachi at the register was nice and helpful despite there being a morning rush. Imani making the drinks wasn’t that friendly toward guests or her coworkers. We could just hear her yelling without proper form of communication- passive aggressive. I always see her working when I come in and she’s not very sincere. She may need an attitude check.

I have visited this Starbucks almost daily for 8 years. Today I ordered a drink and requested a straw. I was told I couldn’t have one because they were “short on straws.” I said ok but then the car in front of me received 3 straws. When I asked again I was told my drink did not qualify for a straw. I asked if they could make an exception and they still would not. This is absolutely horrible customer service. Honestly, had I not already paid I would have just left without the drink. The girls were rude and seemed like it was some sort of power play. I can honestly say I will NEVER go to this location again - as a fantastic customer they have forever lost my business. So disappointed in them.

It was my birthday today. It was also the day I had to go to the funeral home to make sure my moms makeup looked OK for her funeral. I was with my twin sister. And, I had my ID. I let the barista know I didnt have my phone. She would not give me my birthday drink without my phone. My twin sister got hers. I left without my birthday drink. Maybe it hurts more because Im also burying my mother. Either way, the barista was a straight punk for that. Good job hiring such an @$$hole Starbucks. I went to Dutch bros. Theyre nicer there.

This sbux has always been very convenient for students at CRC, or even people that are needing their coffee fix while they shop at target or eat at one of the restaurants nearby. They have a drive thru which is nice but can get pretty busy depending on the day and time you go.

Had a bad experience here today. Ordered an ice coffee and a tea latte. We waited 15 mins, received the coffee but no tea. So, we asked and they say sorry we are working on it. The server who helped us see us and is like let me check into. Apparently he didn’t ring up the tea latte so gave us a $4 gift card. So, they were never working on it, there was never an order placed. The gals kept saying that behind the counter, we are working on it but she’s not even looking to see if there’s an order or if they are actually working on it. We receive the tea only to find it’s not a latte. We return to the counter so they can fix it. They then pour out a third of the tea so they can make it a latte, but now the tea isn’t full anymore well it’s full of foam I should say. They need to get it together at this location.

I went to the drive thru today around 6:30pm, and this very sweet beautiful lady named Dezi (or Dezy) I’m not sure how to exactly spell it, I should’ve asked (I’m sorry 😭), she took my order at the drive thru, She was the most sweetest cashier I’ve ever met. She completely understood my order, no mistakes, double checked my order and was the kindest person! She melted my heart and made my day so much better, it’s people like her that keep me going and we need more people like her. Not only was she patient, clear, kind and has a wonderful bubbly personality, but she also was so generous to give me Starbucks refreshers for being patient. Working at Starbucks is not an easy job! There’s so many orders, drinks, new workers, and different issues that arise etc,. But she was exceptional at her job and and not many employees are, they are usually sometimes grumpy, but I hope her managers sees this, because please give her a raise she deserves 110% of it. She was an absolute angel 🤍Also if Dezi is reading this, thank you so much again, I know this is just a review, but you truly made my day better because I was having a rough week and our encounter, definitely lifted me up and made me so happy. My mom also enjoyed her drink and she was so happy when I told her!! Bless you and you’re an absolute angel.

On top of a long line we were greeted with poor customer service and a lack of basic manners from Madison on reg 3. Very disappointed. Waiting is a given, the least you can do is greet the paying customer with a hello and you’re welcome. Treat us with the same respect you’d want, we’re all busy and tired.

Went on a Sunday afternoon. It took over 25 minutes for a walk in order of just two drinks. Others who ordered after us received their order first. Then they gave my husband the wrong drink and didnt put the correct topping on my drink. Both our drinks were straight from the menu with no customizations. We were already so late so we just left. I usually have a great experience, but this time I walk in there with computer bag on crutches to do some work and order my coffee. One would think the cashier would be wondering how I was going to get my coffee to where I was sitting. I asked her to bring it to me when ready. She didnt even acknowledge my request. Im sitting in the furthest chair as its the only one available from the counter for all my stuff plus crutches. They call my name. I raise my hand thinking they were going to bring it. Nope. The call my name louder a min later and again. I pit my stuff down get up with crutches and begin to hobble over to have them call 2 more times. They see me hobbling over trying to shuffle through the line of people. Not a single staff member asked me until i had my drink in pain in one hand and halfway back to my seat. 😟 I declined at this point.

The cashier Lilian was incredibly rude to me demanding to know if i was going to purchase more despite wanting a single cup of coffee I also paid with my debit card and she didnt even asked me if i wanted a receipt. Since i was in a rush i didnt have time to argue with the manager but staff members like Lilian should not work in an environment where customer service comes first!

SLOW. SLOW. SLOW drive though really slow. Would have gotten out of the line but was stuck in the line. No kidding probably 7 carsIn front of us...took OVER 30 minutes. This is not an isolated experience. We asked why. The barista said not enough staff. Also it was National Coffee day and they wouldnt honor the deal we saw on the internet.

They got hubby order wrong, Seth noticed cause we didnt say anything and he immediately offered to remake it, and his coworkers also very friendly offered to remake it,we declined. It wasnt a big deal and I was just content with the attention and the thoughtfulness of all of them.

I love the location of this Starbucks. Nestled in the South Port area of West Sacramento this is the perfect location to swing into and grab your favorite cup of coffee and a tasty breakfast treat. I often order on line and they have my coffee ready when I arrive and Im right back on Jefferson Blvd and starting my day with a great cup of Joe!

I rated this place higher before until my last visit tonight. The staff were socializing to each other so much that they were hardly making drinks for customers. However, they were able to make drinks for a coworker that just clocked out. Both of my orders were wrong (even tho I had to wait for almost 20 mins). And as I was walking out I could tell that they were still carrying on chatting (even though ppl have been waiting at the window for a while as well). I honestly dont care that they were talking but at least do your job! It wouldve just been faster for me to drive to a farther starbucks. 👎👎👎👎
