Boo Starbucks. You’re out of oat milk which is what I wanted so first disappointment and then you burnt my coconut milk. Second disappointment. Then the $3.25 I forked out for the lime coconut “bar” is a minuscule two bite square. Third disappointment. I mean really Starbucks?? LameAlso, black glasses barista has a heavy hand with the milk. Order a cappuccino instead and you’ll get the perfect latte. Unfortunately I wanted a cappuccino and got a latte instead.

Waited 25 minutes for an iced americano - probably my fault for not leaving after 10 minutes. All they offered to do was to remake it. Awful customer service

The best staff the best service and just all around my favorite coffee shop! Everyone there is always soo happy and friendly and genuine it’s nice to feel like I’m welcome and makes me feel like I’m around my family! ;-)

I have terrible time management. I also LOVE lemon loaves. So today when I was rushing to get to work on time and I asked one of the ladies if she could help me get going faster she told me it would only be a sec, and got to work right away on my drink so I could make it on time. I REALLY appreciate her and the rest of the team who had so much going on this morning and still being able to help me get in and out. When I find out her name I will update and I will definitely be back, probably running late, again tomorrow.

I stumbled upon this Starbucks when I changed jobs. I love the customer service. I always place my orders ahead of time in the app, I have only once had an issue but it was because that they were packed. With only 2 baristas in the front. Sometimes we have to look at the situation to understand why things are not going according to plan. Other than that they have been nothing but nice, it is a bit small and the parking lot is hell but hey, I go in and get out with a nice warm cup of coffee.

When you walk in and order its always the app people to get theirs first. Waited 15m for a cold brew. Done with Starbucks!

I did a mobile order 20 minutes before coming in and when I get there there is four girls working and only 1 making drinks, so I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my order. I politely asked if one of the other employees walking around to look busy, emptying the trash, and talking more orders if the could help the girl bombarded with drink orders, and buy the time someone did something she finally was done but leaves my drink on the counter instead of handing it to me, really didnt have to take that long,,,, this place definitely does not have there priorities straight. ... dont go here or order 20 minutes ahead if you in a hurry, better off going to burger King next door for coffee, probably tastes better, as this was terrible probably because it was a slow rush job!

New People and New Starbucks open in Santa Rosa Plaza Mall. They took almost 30min to make my Coffee Misto. I think employees needs more training.

I get an iced vanilla chai from Starbucks every day- I have been to a bunch of different locations in the Sonoma county area and this Starbucks makes the best version of my drink BY FAR! Every time I get my drink, it is perfect. I don’t know what you guys are doing different but keep it up!!!
