This is a nice Starbucks, with lots of space and comfy chairs. Unfortunately the manger is obnoxious. She is terribly loud with a terrible voice and she pays no mind to how it affects customers. She talks loudly and constantly. I have had to start going to a different location because of this. So loud headphones dont tone her down.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in Auburn. The staff is always super friendly and helpful with my Starbucks order. The best part about Starbucks is, their coffee and baked goods are always consistently delicious. This is a newly renovated Starbucks and they did a fantastic job. Im 💚ing the drive-thru. The inside feels inviting and cozy. My only suggestion is, put up signs or paint arrows on the ground to direct drive-thru traffic. Its a little confusing, since theres multiple entrances into the center. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY.

1st time visiting and went thru drive thru. Not many customers parked in lot & drive was clear, but somehow it managed to take an unusual long time to get my drinks. No apology or even acknowledgment of the significant amount of time taken.With Starbucks being on every corner, I expect a little better service. Im a die-hard coffee fan, so personally, Ill drive out of my way to get my coffee with good service rather than go somewhere for convenience.

Love this Walmart and customer service is amazing the only one bad thing I have to complain about is that they just recently locked up all the cosmetics and having to wait 30minutes for someone to unlock it so I can get a makeup brush was a bit ridiculous.

Convenient location for a quick stop off the freeway. Ample parking as well, which is always nice.Very clean inside and well maintained with plenty of open space for customers. The staff was friendly and made the drinks correctly. Very happy with this Starbucks.

I got a gift card from one of my nice customers at work. Unfortunately this location has had a negative impact on the local coffee and bagel shop Bagel Junction. If you have time to stop please go behind this location and support hardworking Jasmine and her family at Bagel Junction. She has posted on her Facebook page how they need our support right now. And her specialty drink menu is bigger and better than anything at Star Bucks. She has bubble/boba, smoothies, hot, cold, iced and blended drinks plus the best bagels in town! Bagel sandwiches, egg muffins with spinach and bacon. Made fresh and fast. Bagel Junction is superior in food and service.

I wanted to say great service the place in the new starbuck was beautiful 😍 I love the new design. A lot of room to sit down and play on your phone. The service was terrific. And the barista know how to take the order. I appreciate the cashier he was polite and kind . The drinks were delicious I wanted to say thank you for the strong Iced shaken expresso it just so good it help me when I was so so so tired on Saturday that i couldnt sleep through Friday night to Saturday morning. As a teenage girl, I obviously love Starbucks. Haha. I have never been disappointed by this Starbucks. They have amazing service and the more you come the more they remember you. I love walking up to the register and the workers knowing who I am or automatically what I want. It makes the experience so enjoyable. They are great conversationalists and manage to work quickly no matter how busy they are. They are so so clean and the smell when you walk in the doors is mouth watering itself. I’m a huge coffee drinker and this Starbucks makes the experience even more enjoyable. I definitely recommend this Starbucks, if you live here you’ll have some great conversations and if you don’t, you’ll still have a memory to go from this place. 5 stars are well deserved.

I’m no sheep, but what’s wrong with sheep’s anyway? And I support Starbucks because it’s convenient and I enjoy all coffee. I don’t discriminate against different beans. Starbucks is successful for a reason and if you disagree then there’s no need to step foot into one. The staff are always nice and they haven’t messed my drinks up yet.

Pit stop on the way back home to Reno. I was interested in the seasonal coffee with juniper berries but did not really want any coffee at that late in the day. The guy behind the counter offered me a free taste, which turned out to be a small size. I offered to pay but he said no. Tasty drink. Such a pleasant encounter. Now I am hooked!

This place is hit or miss. Occasionally staff is short and esspresso tastes burnt (even more than usual). At times these two things, short staff and burnt drinks, happen together. Have you ever seen a cashier stick the label directly on top of the rim of your own cup? I poured it out this time, it was terrible, didnt think 3 bucks was worth engaging again. Other stores in the area are more consistently friendly and tasty.

Lets start with the one positive the service was very good. Now as for the business side of my experience is Starbucks I must say that their coffee is complete garbage in disgusting I refused a cup of coffee that I was served the lady graciously made me a pour-over and it was still horrible in fact I would have preferred to have some nasty coffee from an AMPM.

I got a nice grande Pikes Place and the barista was friendly and extremly helpful, in fact she gave me a garbage bag to put over a bag I had that had ice in and was leaking, so it was great service, and if you are going to Reno it makes a great pit stop.

Amazing people and a Great place to stop right off the freeway.Ok, so we got a got chai tea...excellent! We also ordered a salted caramel nitro cold foam drink.
