This Starbucks is very busy, especially their drive thru. But you will find a cheerful group of individuals working here that combine polite honest enthusiasm with fast reliable service. Unlike other stores this store is a joy to visit, clean and easy to get in and out.

If i can give 0 stars i would ! this is the most ridiculous drive-thru Starbucks the attitude is so bad! they do the drinks wrong i have ordered just a regular venti pike with raw sugar and they dont even put the sugar my coffee is only filled up half way sometimes i really have to be checking my coffee all the time! the attitude on that girl Azaya its like mam if you dont want to work or get complains that your doing the drinks wrong then i dont know what to tell you ! this is a black coffee venti and they didnt even fill it up everyday is the same thing . And when i brought it to there attention the respond i got back was do you need something free? like NO i need my coffee and get what i paid for !

Purposely removed all wall outlets to deter anyone from staying past there cellphone or laptop battery life. Starbucks is for people on the move, college students, and locals. How unwelcoming to basically state that they dont want to to remain in their building after you receive their coffee products.

This SBUX has a drivethru so if youre on the go, come in. It seems to do massive business with cars going by very quickly.Inside the store is kept clean, but the FABLED 1/2 & 1/2 refilled without running up there all the time is the same here! SBUX still isnt on the ball with this important issue.The staff at this on here was very friendly! So you know that the Manager... which youll never see in person of course, is on the Ball!Please do FIRE people who arent up to par Managers!What with Donny Boy in office feel free!At any rate I give this one a 3 and a Half!Gold Card Member csb.

Pass by this place every day to and from work. Their food and drinks are good but the wait time can be a bit much at times and the lines can get long during the morning rush. Also, they tend to run out of a lot of food by the late afternoon so definitely pick out a few options before heading in!

Closed the restroom early. For gig workers who rely on restrooms outside of their home, this is unfortunate. This is happening at many stores and is yet another example of the decline in service, which used to be at such a high level. Its a real disappointment

As of August 10, 2023 I am downgrading my five star review to two stars.I frequent this particular Starbucks often and a venti (coffee) is $3.45. Not $3.65 and thats what I had to pay today.The Starbucks a mile down the street on the corner of Lincoln and Pico charges $3.45.The Starbucks on 3rd Street Promenade charges $3.45. Same for the Starbucks on 7th and Montana. $3.45.If theres anything I know, its the price of a cup of coffee and who has the best coffee and best deals. The only Starbucks that charges more for a cup of coffee is LAX.Twenty cents may not seem like a big deal but it is for a cup of coffee that already costs $3.45.Come in one day and pay $3.45. Come in the next and all the sudden the price has been hiked and we, the customers, are just supposed to be quiet and accept it.After fifteen years of being a loyal customer, I believe its time to start looking for a new brand.It would have been a professional courtesy to post a sign informing all of your customers that you were planning on changing the price of a cup of coffee.

Always long lines out to the street. Ordering online doesnt help as there isnt a separate line. Defeats the purpose of having a drive through. Might as well walk into a cafe with better coffee, quicker turnaround times, and less pollution.

The consistently upbeat, friendly, and professional Starbucks personnel at this location make even ordering a cup of coffee a pleasure. Lines can get long at the drive-through and inside, but the great attitude and expertise of the staff keep everything moving smoothly. Over more than five years of visiting this location, management has brought together a smart, diverse workforce. A favorite stop for me.

The supervisor was extremely rude to the employees in front of several customers and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. This is no way to treat people. I won’t be going back no matter if she is pregnant she shouldn’t be rude and disrespectful to employees is not the way to talk to anyone.

Staff is very nice and I love the fact that they are very welcoming with pets. The store however is crowded with people who really abuse their stay, they pretty much camp there... leave their stuff in there, go out for a walk to panhandle some change and come back, etc., Its not fair to the rest of the customers. The energy outlets dont work. The windows are covered with flyes. Dont know why they dont fox that.

Quick stop after going to the beach... My coffee (iced coffee with 6 pumps of white mocha. Light ice) was made correctly. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The parking lot was okay, a little small, but still decently sized for a Starbucks in a major city on a main drive.

Its in my neighborhood but its not a neighborhood friendly place. The baristas tend to get short with you when trying to order in the drive-thru or seem like they have something better to do like just not be there (talking to you, at the drive thru).We all know, Starbucks has their own lingo, Starbucks nomenclature so if you dont order a drink or food item exactly as the baristas were trained in their manual, with the exact wording.. Watch the attitude come out, just saying or their behavior clicks to just dazed and confused because you threw a word in there that just threw a wrench in the whole ordering assembly line. Then their tone gets short with you like you just hit a nerve or something. While Im thinking, its just coffee, you get the sense you broke some hidden cardinal rule, and theyre being so inconvenienced. Jeez-o.The frenzied energy of the place I seriously think its also part of the store management. Other Starbucks seem calm and organized, this store is constantly like Wheres Waldo. You can tell theyre all rushing around there like chickens without a head probably each on their 10th espresso cup. Its that overtly dramatic, chaotic energy feeding on one another in a okay, can we all just chill kinda way. When people talk about LA folks are brash and rude, well its alive and well at that Starbucks.

Everything is good and parking is excellent. However, the place is freezing cold as they have been turning down the AC to like 50 degrees recently for some odd reason. So bring a jacket in case youre planning to stay more than 5 minutes.

Cant find anything positive to say. First off dont turn onto Marine from Lincoln, the lot is exit only and you will have to go around the block. A lot of drive through customers come through here. I ordered a short Americano and was charged for a tall, which I guess is the norm with this institution. The shot was poorly executed with little head. It was pretty watery too. Try to find a seat here that isnt next to a speaker churning out music for sale. No creamer at the sugar station. The music was distracting- the few people hanging out here were trying to get work done.Starbucks used to represent some minimum standard of coffee service. I guess this isnt the case anymore. I could have just stayed home.

I did just that, signed up, went there on my birthday, 2 stores, there was no free coffee to be found, looked like an idiot wanting a free coffee, which was denied, called customer service, they located the bar code for free coffee st least, went again, they kept scanning and scanning, didnt work again, looked like an idiot again, free coffee beggar, what an embarrassment! I can afford my coffee, just dont advertise it its free ! Its really embarrassing, you feel me ?? Poor branding :-((

There is flies here, I just swat them and then there is generally no flies for a few days - I suggested why dont they do something about all the bushes on the property and evaluate some outdoor dining options, they installed more bushes.The outlets dont work even worse than before - they removed them and put plates over them.I am surprised there is no EV charging - Starbucks seems to be stepping away from technology because homeless people use technology to rebuild their lives, and their solution is just a passiveaggressive response.

Im happy to report that the baristas at this location are first rate.the issue of drug use in the bathrooms is somewhat surprising given the previous way employees dealt with the issue of homelessness but I applaud the company for being progressive as well as pragmatic. Drive thru is a perk, though it sometimes blocks traffic on Lincoln. Staff is on top of things typically except with new baristas.... which can back up the line. But be nice to staff. They take a lot of crap. Other than that, its just another Starbucks. Starbucks is Starbucks.Didnt give a higher rating, because I heard the baristas talking about having to kill a rat.

Drive Thru Starbucks. Other than that, pretty standard Starbucks.They have a ton of parking.Hit the drive thru if you are in a hurry because of Lincoln, this Starbucks (and most actually) give priority to the drive thru customers first and then the in store customers.The drinks and food items are consistent to starbucks standards.Theres a nice area to sit in, inside the store, if you want to hang out. No outdoor seating that I remember at this location.Service could be a bit friendlier.

OMG, this place is awful. it is actually in my way heading back from the work and as it is a drive through starbucks, I usually try it. it is unbelievable that all 4 times that I got anything there, it taste awful. no matter i ordered cappuccino or machiato or coffe it was like old burnt bitter in a bad way. and they know that when someone drive through he or she usually cant come back and complain.

Ive already witnessed roaches hanging out at the Starbucks and also one of the workers reach for a utensil to use it as a back scratcher and put it back like it was okay to do. Just nasty!
