May I say how happy I am to have found this little gem. The staff are all very welcoming; not the this is my job so I have to put on a smile kind, I know we are all familiar with that kind, no over here they are genuinely kind and welcoming. Like I am claiming this as my Starbucks 😁I discovered it on my way to a new job site that Im currently at. Perfect location and along my way to work. Thank you Starbucks crew! My beverages are tasty, my food is delicious and you help me start my days with a good conversation. It can get crowded at times (free holiday cup bonanza 😂) but they serve you promptly so youre still in and out! Cheers!

Place is kept neat and clean, but the staff could use some training in customer interaction and product handling. Staff is not typically friendly, and would challenge a request, for instance, to use a different cup when repreparing you order because they didnt get it right the first time. Also you may be waiting for your beverage but its sitting on the counter top getting cold. Like this poor excuse of espresso I am having while writing this. For some reason they lost all the all so essential crema. Apparently, my crema made its way to be splattered around the walls of my paper cup.

Like every morning it’s a busy hectic day and getting coffee is so hard to have time to grab especially when i have three kids to get to school on the other side of town, today was a treat for me because my step dad offered to take the kids to school for me while i get ready for work, the kids where ready early so he decides to get me a coffee and breakfast sandwich yay me 🤦‍♀️ he comes back with less than half the order frustrated on the time he was waiting for the food, i call the cafe turns out the food was never charged for. I called the restaurant and they were able to rush out my sandwiches and the rest of my order. shout out to Emily! You guys are great keep up the good work! thanks you guys you made my day!!!

Professional atmosphere at this particular starbucks, with oudoor/ indoor seating and wonderful staff. Opens early to cater to the businesses in the vacinity.

Placed a mobile order for a grande iced latte with whole milk and no ice today. Arrived in the shop early and get a chance to see how they made my order. They put half cup of milk first, and then the espresso, and filled the rest of the cup with black coffee. Taste horrible. Who makes latte like that? Used to be my favorite Starbucks in the area because some very friendly staffs. Will not come again.

Even when they’re slammed on a Friday morning they’re always very friendly and very fast putting out orders. I appreciate them making my Fridays better.

I am staying at the hotel and this starbucks is so conveniently located! The staff is very friendly, and they work well as a team. When I got my order I noticed the swarm of people that came after me to pick up deliveries and the starbucks employees handled the wave with grace, kindness and excitement. Defined the best starbucks service i’ve ever witness

This store is ran by one of the most racist and discriminatory white person I have ever met. She treats her team like trash and not capable. She picks and chooses what situations she wants to deal with. If it involves a minority she will not offer any help. Katie Atwood is the most disrespectful and ignorant manager to ever be hired by Starbucks. Not only does she treat her black employees less than, her manager as well lets her get away with treating black people in particular very horribly. You can ALWAYS find her sitting at the big table right by the entrance ALWAYS on her phone or laptop. The store could burn down and she will just sit there and watch.She has horrible marriage issues and uses her status as a manger to take it out on her entire team. She is just not a good person at all. Avoid this starbucks at all costs. Unless.. you want a venti cup of racisms sprinkled with homophobia.
