This Starbucks is consistent with messing up my drink orders. They never taste good and I am not picky at all. I live close to this location and always make the drive to the Gosford location because I don’t want to waste my money getting a nasty drink from here. I went again today and sure enough it was gross and just filled with milk. Guess I’ll keep making the drive to other locations.

The iced vanilla chai was delicious and ready to go when I arrived for pick up. The sandwich was also ready, but it wasn’t much of a sandwich, as the picture shows. I then waited and waited for a non-warmed blueberry muffin. By the time I got the non-warmed muffin, my half full sandwich was cold. There are plenty of Starbucks in Bakersfield that do a better job.

I waited 35 minutes for 3 drinks. They claimed they had lost my order but i had gotten the pastries. Even after i had asked at the 25 minute mark they refused to help me or even acknowledge me. All i did was ask for a wait time and the manager was super rude. Drinks were 3/4 ice when we did get them and the manager all but tossed them at me. Hate to be a complainer as i get that they were busy due to the holiday rush but this isnt the first time theyve done this.

My boyfriend went ti get me a drink which is the Vanilla Bean with Extra Caramel (venti), but the cup was wrong. He had to get the order again, but the thing they didnt add any caramel and it was just a plain Vanilla Bean and the guy gave my boyfriend an attitude trying to correct my order right. Why does Starbucks hire people who are going to have an attitude if you cant get peoples orders right? I love Starbucks, but is just the people who work there have an attitude if people trying to enjoy their drinks.

Cant give enough praise to the workers at this Starbucks. Very professional and friendly. I come here almost every morning and never had any issues. My coffee made just right everytime even when it gets a lil busy the employees are making and sending out orders fast and always keeping you informed on your order. I highly recommend this Starbucks to everyone.

Terrible!! If you’re ordering through your mobile app! I suggest you choose another Starbucks location because this one is trash! You’ll be waiting 30 min for your drinks and will leave the store empty handed! Ask for a refund and still had to wait. Management at this location can be improved because customer service is terrible! Being over looked and disregarded because drive thru is busy will lead to loss of customers.

Online it says it closes at 9:30pm. Just tried to go in and the doors are closed. They have a long line in the drive thru.. they must be so overwhelmed with the drive thru that they close early the dine. Been here few times and its always an issue. They messed up your drink or they take forever to make your drink. While employees are chit-chating.. so, disappointed.. if you have plenty of time to spare.. this Starbucks is for you. Lol

I had previously given this Starbucks a bad review because the service and wait in the drive thru was garbage, very disappointing. However, they have made incredible improvements. A friend suggested I try again after a good experience there. Bravo to the new team members who are fast, efficient and friendly. I’ve gone back multiple times to make sure it wasn’t just a one time thing and I’m very pleased to say they have been consistent. Keep up the good work and I will keep spending with you.

Ive ordered from this location a few times through the Starbucks app. Once I get to the shop, they tell me that they are all out of what i ordered. They are supposed to mark it as sold out on their app so you cant order it. So I go ahead and order something else, but they are taking WAY too long to make it, so I just asked for a refund and left to a different location. What a waste of time, specially when Im on my way to work. This has happened multiple times. I finally wised up and stopped going there all together.

I would have given less then 1 star if possible, I ordered my coffee today morning. It took them 20 minutes just to serve 1 customer ahead of me only has one coffee and two sandwiches. And there’s only one lady who’s working on the coffee I mean you can just increase the staff or take orders so that she can manage. I paid for my coffee and didn’t get it for like 20 minutes and I had to leave to work so I had to leave without coffee. I don’t know if they hired someone new and they are learning but the last couple times I’ve bought from here my drinks are not being made properly. I order with the mobile app and I customize my drinks and it is not being followed. The last two times I ordered they did not add my whipped cream. Once my coffee had what looked like bread chunks? I ordered a drink for my friend, put to substitute the milk for almond milk, and they did not use almond milk because my friend was ill after! I don’t know what’s going on here, but I will be trying a new location from here on.

This is my favorite starbucks. This Starbucks is QUICK even when they get busy and employees are always nice. The drinks always have flavor. I never feel unwanted or rushed. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.*I live closer to the Starbucks on Colony St but that location is just very bad, there is always a 20-30 minute wait time, and employees can be rude or spend more time playing around* These two locations are so close in distance but the customer service is so opposite to each other.

Stopped with designs on breakfast. We ordered drinks and sandwiches. Drinks came out great, however 1 out of 3 sandwiches was incorrect. ( And burned) They remade, which was fine, however, they failed to actually make correctly or to tell me they were out of what I ordered. On 3 Rd attempt ordering, ordered something cheaper than original item, and they didnt want to refund. Needless to say, but I will, I wouldve given higher rating if this hadnt happened.

I use to love this place so much. But the past month has so bad of experience. They take too long to make a drink. I went yesterday 12/7/18 and it was horrible, I got a bacon Gouda and a peppermint mocha frapp, the bacon Gouda was frozen and the drink had no flavor at all.I gave it try again today and they had to remake my drink twice, had to wait on line for 40 mins, I understand they get busy but the old manager use to be there my experience was amazing. They need to improve their service.

This store always appears understaffed. New Covid policies makes the environment even more chaotic. The drive through line is always wrapped around the parking lot.If you dont mind waiting 30min for your coffee, then this store is good. The coffee and food are always good and the interior of the store is always clean.Mobile orders that are picked up inside is more difficult to obtain due to new Covid policies. They limit occupancy to 6 people and make the rest of the customers wait outside for their order.

Its not like I have a complicated order. Mocha Frapp with an extra shot of espresso. Thats it. This Starbucks lets people cut off other people who have been waiting in the drive thru. Then while we wait in line to order, turns out they’re always out of the ingredients for the drink. This isn’t the first or second time this has happened. Management doesn’t really do anything. Not my favorite location and I’m just going to stop giving them a chance. I know of other Starbucks that don’t serve customers when cutting others off, wish this location took part in that.

When this establishment first arrived it had superior service and drive thru speeds. Everyday is something different baristas are argumentative with customers, one day youll get a smile the next visit youll get a sloppy drink. Next day after that, by the time you get to the window the drink is watered down. Under jeffs supervision, I left happy everyday and he greated me personally by name every morning. Went in the get a venti cold brew right now. The barista at bar on panama and Stine around 8:50am today, was holding my drink from the top with her bare hand (no gloves) since the new lids are now technically “straw-less”, her hand was grasping where I’d put my mouth to drink. Starbucks are generally hard to distinguish from one another, because of their mass of locations and identical options. The difference between locations is the QUALITY OF SERVICE. This location happens to have a far higher grade of service when compared to some of its sister stores. I appreciate the genuinely friendly and attentive staff here, especially after being treated like a hassle by surly baristas at Colony&Panama or Hageman&Calloway. Make sure you give this location your business, should you ever have to choose between here and another Starbucks location.

The baristas are dense, they cant count your change back to you. And when they do give you your change back the bills are all upside down and not in order from largest to smallest. Most of the time the teas taste badly and watered down. Or they will mix up a black tea with a green tea. I highly suggest a different location.

Horrible coffee, lately they seem to be real lazy on making coffee. Mixing is horrible, either over iced on the frappucinos or to much chocolate and caramel. Dont know if Ill be going back.
