No plug at this store. You can not sit and charge your phone. There is no electricity for customers.They said we dont want customers to sit a long time.

I like starbucks included the taste and staff attitude instead of other coffee shop. I tried other coffee shop in Glendale mall, or others with similar price or even higher price but they didn’t recap my order always, then gave me the wrong one.

I really didn’t like it because I asked for help, my phone turned off and I was confused, but of all the employees, no one helped me, they didn’t even ask how important it was, I didn’t think it was so bad. and in another cafe they gladly helped me and even turned it on next to the table. I think that the service should be everywhere and the fact that they refuse it brings them very bad reviews

This Starbucks always has problems getting orders out. Ive gone many times and they are always missing something because someone in the from took it. They do not separate the drive thru items and the in store items. The Coffee are never consistent and the food is never warm even when asked. If you order thru the app (like I do) there is a very high chance they are out of some items. Who ever is in charge of updating it does not do it. Also the parking lot is very small and its always taken over by Armenians just talking and not even consuming from Starbucks

Nice location however I must have ordered a good 4/5 times via mobile and every single time my order is incorrect. I don’t know if it’s supply issues and they are trying to cut down on ingredients used, or the staff is not properly trained but I always have to ask them to fix my drink. They’re also super busy so maybe that’s why.

Outside seating has almost no shade. Inside is too cold. Higher greenery on the east side of the patio would help with shade and to block street noise. Gorgeous is full of engineers who deal with sound!

This location is always under staff, causing the drive through to be super long everyday. And if that wasn’t enough the drinks are always bad. I try to give them the benefit of doubt because I literally live next to it but it’s unbearable every time. I get a simple caramel frappe and it taste like water every time and it’s always crush ice in it. It’s never blended well, like it’s literally just a frappe

This location is open at 5:00am which is great because its the only one open that early around me. But the fact that they absolutely refuse to open the drive thru at the same time that they open the store is absurd. Ive been here multiple times around 5:15am and their drive through is still closed. Im so sick of this place. I wonder if the manager or even corporate knows that the employees refuse to open the location at the specified time. Its freezing that early in the morning and I just want to be able to use the drive thru. Absolutely done with this place.

Almost always busy. Weekends are crowded and the drive-thru line lengthy (but, better than waiting in a crowded space). Use Mobile Order to speed up your drive-thru experience. Very frequently messes-up orders; so, be sure to check that what you received is what you ordered. Under-staffed and poorly performing.

Honestly, Ive tried to come to this Starbucks multiple times around 5:15am and their drive through is always closed. They open at 5:00am so one would imagine that their drive through would also be open at that time. Whats the point of having a drive through if youre just going to keep it closed. Im done trying. Ill just get coffee at either the McDonalds up the street or coffee bean.

I was visiting from Seattle for about a week, and I came to visit here almost daily. The drive-in pretty much always had a line, but I was able to order via the app when I got in line, and by the time I got to the speaker my order would be ready. I dont think many people use the app here, which slows things down a little, but it also makes using the app that much more efficient. When I got to the window, the employees were always very nice and appreciative.

This new Starbuck location is very convenient. It has about 8 to 9 parking spaces and a drive-thru. The inside is bright and they have nice patio. Staff has been very nice and fast.

Nice indoor and outdoor seating areas. However the outdoor eating area was more than a little dirty. They really need to clean the place up. Unfortunately, what really brought this Starbucks down what was the service. Snooty doesnt even begin to describe the employees. The cashier actually looked me full up and down before she took my order. Also, they dont have any sugars utensils or stir sticks readily available. You have to ask someone behind the counter. When my friend asked for three sugars they almost seemed reluctant to give her that many. I walked up behind her and asked for three of my own and you would have thought I was asking for her first born. Starbucks isnt known for their customer service, they pretty much want to get you in and out of there as quickly as possible. However this place really needs to work on their customer service skills.

I ordered my morning daily coffee via mobile order at a new location. When I arrived to pick up the coffee, it was standing in the place for a mobile order. I turned the cup around to see if it was exactly my order. Making sure that it was mine, I took it. Everything seems to be as usual. but after some of the staff shouted: next time do not touch it! I was shocked and couldnt even answer. I thought coffee would cheer me up, but NOT. It was rough!

Had a Venti Carmel Macchiato which was excellent as usual. We stopped about 9 AM on a Friday and the drive through was very busy. We called in our order and picked it up a couple minutes later. Parking lot very crowded with people picking up orders. Four tables for outside seating. Inside seating limited. Coffee shop was clean. Staff was very fast and efficient at filling orders. Overall, a good Starbucks experience.

This central Glendale Starbucks is kind of cool, it looks like they converted an old Taco Bell and kept some of the elements like the half moon windows in front. On the negative side it is across the street from a good independent coffee place, Ideology Coffee and it has a super busy drive through that wrecks the parking lot Feng shui.Great meeting spot either before or after going to the Brand Americana or Glendale Galleria.
