Small Starbucks coffee shop conveniently located beside the area were we drop off our buddy along the university campus. Parking is abundant and the service was good. We got our drinks within 5 minutes even with the que of people waiting they are very fast in preparing our beverages.

I only ordered one type of drink at any Starbucks location throughout the states, this Starbucks makes the worst drink. My coffee tastes like sweet milk doesnt taste like coffee at all. I was kind of upset with the taste, I paid extra for two more shots, because it was very sweet, the whole drink was just extremely ugly. I won’t buy any drinks at this location anymore.

This is ridiculous, never have I ever been served a half a cup of coffee. Especially from Starbucks. I buy coffee from Starbucks everyday, only on the weekend from this location . Super disappointed and I will not be visiting this location again.** Update : I came to this Starbucks about 8 more times after that review for 2 reasons. 1 It is really close to my house, like walking distance and 2 I wanted to give the place a second chance. More than half the time my coffee had grounds in it and other times it definitely was not dark roast like I ordered.

This location is always a disappointment. Every time I go here I am disappointed with the food and the service. The atmosphere is standard. Im not sure why this one is always busy, maybe because it is the only one in the ELAC area.In my most recent visit, my order was cold milk with four pumps of mocha. The person taking my order kept trying to give me a white chocolate mocha, and their argument was that there is a button for that and not what I ordered. When I finally get her to correct it, I move on to the barista. I watch them put two pumps of mocha into the cup and fill it with milk and ice. I had them correct it, but this should not happen, especially when i pay for four pumps. I feel this is common practice at this location as my drink is always terrible here.Side note: This location also rejected my 88-year-old grandmother on grinding her starbucks beans.

This chain used to be family-like or a neighborhood pit-stop, but like many stores, the furniture is mostly gone, and power outlets are not available. Any joints could make coffee, but it’s about the experience, the welcoming, the touch and feel, and such. Nowadays, a lot of their stores are like going through the motions, out of touch, and lacking connection. Im not sure if this low morale is due to disgruntled employees due to overwork or heavy-handed management to subdue unionized laborers. It used to be my favorite stop in the morning and during the day. Now I rarely show up anymore, even with my reward points expiring. When a long-time business becomes complacent, consumed with corporate greed, forgetting those unsung members entrenched in cultivating the business over the years, and taking for granted of those loyal patrons!

I just came back from getting 3 drinks and to be honest I am disappointed at the customer service. They got my drink wrong and gave me Attitude when I told them. And gave not only me and my 3 year old daughter attitude but all the customers that were there. I go to that Starbucks almost every day and not one have they treated Me with this level of disrespect. They seem to be taking priority in doing other things and they dont care if the customer is waiting to order coffee or they dont even have the courtesy to say Ill be right with you. I guess having a conversation among them is more important than the client.

Then this rude employee with the blue (female) hair was very rude and yelled it’s going to be 15 min wait which I already knew and I had told her I was told, I know I know.! I have come here 3 times and every time theres a very noticeable error in my order. Today, the baristas THREW OUT my order because they thought I wasnt going to pick it up and then made my order completely wrong (put 0 pumps of brown sugar syrup in the brown sugar drink). The 3 employees are also blabbing away very loudly- you can hear them laughing from outside the door.

Ordered my regular coffee which I usually get at another location and got the most bitter version I’ve ever tasted. I’ve been here before, staff is nice and location isn’t bad. They don’t usually mess it up this bad but it wasn’t that busy so I’m not sure what happened. Starbucks in general is usually pretty consistent from location to location but like everything else things happen and once in a while it gets messed up. This just stood out as the worst one by far. Added more sweetener and it’s still incredibly bitter.

I don’t live in California but I visit about every 2 years the first time was about 6 years ago. Jon took my order got it perfect. Ever since then I can come like I said maybe every two years a few days ago I was there in Monterey Park and I had my order and I asked for Jon they got him he was in the kitchen he recognize me he said hi Milan how have you been? How are those grandchildren of yours he even remembered my wife that is great customer service. Always a nice and quick experience going through this location to pick up my coffee on weekends. I typically order ahead through the app so my interactions with staff few but the times I have ordered in store and all went quite smoothly. Not a great location to chill as seating is very limited inside and out sadly.

I always enjoy Starbucks but when I walk into one that is dirty (counters, floors, windows, etc.) And are out of the food I want, I typically try never to return to that particular store. Service could be better as some of the baristas are not the most welcoming. The drinks are generally on par with most Starbucks, but some have come out a bit off from the normal taste. The line can be a bit problematic at peak hours and seating is also limited, but there indoor and outdoor areas. Overall, nothing spectacular but its a fine spot for a quick pick up.

Great service and friendly barristas make you feel at home. Its like Cheers: a place where everybody knows your name if you are a frequent customer. Although the venue is small, there is an outdoor sitting area for at least 20 patrons. Gets busy in the morning and at noon, so if you dont have time, pre-order using the Starbucks app.

I only ordered a Venti Vanilla Frappe for my sister, recieved no receipt but did give my name and sat down to wait. There were hardly any other customers waiting, if any but 20 minutes later we hadnt received anything. Meanwhile, the employees were laughing and chatting. I wouldve assumed it could have been related to work but they were talking to a customer that had already received their order. An employee wandered by and asked if we were waiting for a drink. I asked my sister if she wanted the caramel she said no but didnt want to make a scene. I asked the employees names either way. I go here once a week or so. Several times, they have been out of different selections on their espresso menu at 11AM on a Sunday. One day, their espresso machine was even broken and they couldnt serve anything on that menu. I understand that things happen, but they should at least have a backup to run when theirs stops working. They also stopped serving the veggie artisan sandwich and claim that its discontinued, while every other Starbucks still serves it regularly. That being said, when the above isnt taking place, they actually make their orders really quickly and are very friendly. I will still go here.

I always get a nitro cold brew with sweetened foam. The only sweetened part should be the foam, not the drink !! Its waaaaay too sweet. I told the cashier Migi that I saw the barista pumping vanilla syrup and Migi kept telling me that it doesnt come with vanilla pumping and that he didnt put any in my drink although I know for a fact what vanilla syrup looks and tastes like.
