Girls are rude, asked me if I was waiting for something, but they didn’t ask me what I was waiting for. Gave me a hot coffee with no sleeve, so it was burning my hands. Don’t park in the parking lot because once the drive-through gets backed up, you can’t even get out of your parking space. Seriously, who does not keep chocolate, covered almonds in stock!

Now I usually dont have any complaints about this store because they usually always get my order right however the last two times I have gotten my order I left unsatisfied. I usually order an Iced Matcha Latte however the last two times I got it, they matcha was now blended right. I would go to take a couple of sips from my drink and be met with a mouthful of pure matcha powder, even after mixing it around myself.

This place used to be good. I asked for a trenta strawberry akai with extra strawberries and Thais is what I get total waste of freaking money never coming again to this location !! Horrible horrible very disappointed only water no sugar and literally only two strawberries

The employees there are great, so cheerful and friendly and makes your day brighter, thank you. Just a thought, if you pay them more money you get better productivity. Since service is great already, that would just put your business over the top and you could make more money too. Just a thought ♡

Alright alright alright! ;) Lets begin! My mom and I moved here in 2018, and this location is right down the road from us, which is very convenient. It used to be so amazing, the people working there actually knew how to be baristas! (This is coming from a barista btw) Now I know what youre thinking, I KNOW I shouldnt be expecting THAT much from a Starbucks, correct? Should I be expecting a watered down tea that doesnt have peach juice in it? Let me tell you, its every-time I order! The baristas -now- either dont know how to make a simple drink, or they dont care, or they just dislike their jobs THAT much. Its disappointing. I hope management steps up and actually starts caring more about the customers and their orders, because its expensive as it is, and Im not paying for a really simple drink to not even be made correctly. Like I said, I work as a barista and the baristas there should really be ashamed of themselves and seek other career options. Lmao. My mom and I rarely frequent this location anymore, which is unfortunate. But when we do, we watch them like a hawk in order that they do their jobs correctly. P.S. (my mom now knows if/when they decaf her espresso) (;

The girl who took our order was supper friendly and bilingual, which was nice cause my mom is a Spanish speaker. We choose to sit inside but the seating setting wasnt that great and the staff seemed to be so consumed in their goofing around they made my drinks way too hot my mom burned her tounge so I took a sip out of my daughters kids temp vanilla steamer and sure enough I burnt my tongue as well, good thing I checked.

Ive always enjoyed going to this Starbucks but was disappointed today. The person repeated my order: vente Cafe Latte, bacon egg & gouda sandwich & 2 blueberry muffins. What I got was a grande Cafe Latte (which is apparently what I paid for), egg & gouda sandwich with no bacon & 1 blueberry muffin. I noticed the Latte but I was in a hurry & didnt see the other issues until later. Although Ive never had to do this, I guess I will need to scrutinize my order from now on.

This has got to be one of the most slowest drive thrus ever. I come here often because it’s the closest. I just don’t understand why so slow. Then to top it off, drinks are never the correct consistency compared to other Starbucks. I get a Frappuccino and it’s like drinking milk rather than a slush consistency.

So seriously, this location has a really hard time forecasting and ordering. I understand running out of product once in a while is inevitable, but 75% of the time I come here they are out of almond milk...they have even given me regular milk without informing they were out until after I tasted it and confronted them about it (thank goodness its a personal choice and not related to a medical condition). Unfortunately this location is the only one near me with the convenience of a drive-thru, but going forward I will definitely be using this only as a last resort!

As in most Starbuckss locations that I have visited, this one is just as inviting. It also is equipped with a drive-through and is nicely located in a larger shopping center with plenty of parking. Service was amenable and they were stocked with all sorts of fun caffeine addict gifts. I recommend any of their locations, this one is no different.

I absolutely love this Starbucks!! Everyone is so nice, fast and easy service, ny to mention its a really busy Starbucks. Ive been coming to Thai location for over a year and I have to say I only come to this location because they make the best drinks, seriously! Ive gone to other Starbucks (Rohnert Park) not my favorite place and they dont make the drinks good they just dont taste right Im not quite sure why but either way I had to give Starbucks of Farmers Lane a shout out, you guys rock!!!!

NIGHTMARE! I took a good friend to Starbucks on Farmers Lane. Unfortunately he has Alzheimers disease/ dementia so he becomes impatient...I only ordered a simple black coffee for him and the chocolate pound cake. I specifically asked the cashier to put the cake on a PLATE since the 90 year old guy wanted to eat his sweets there with a fork. Nobody communicated this request. Nobody heated the cake as they promised. When they did it took forever and then it was thrown into a PAPER BAG. This took so long the poor old guy was upset asking what happened to his cake...The Manager, David did not care and acted so indifferent. Later another person came up to us and commented how rude he was! The other employees glared at me and smirked when I said that I was planning on writing a poor YELP review. The same manager certainly had time afterwards to chit chat (not about company business) to a lower level employee outside in the front. So they were NOT busy and should have apologized and made up for the long wait and confusion. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing at this Starbucks. I give the service an F. I will never return to this Starbucks again. Thank you.

I went two days in a row to get a decaf coffee. Apparently they dont brew decaf after 11 am. I was not told that the first day, so I went today, after 11am, and again was not able to get a decaf coffee. My question is what kind of coffee store doesnt have decaf all day long?! I have been a loyal customer for 20 years but in the future will be going elsewhere. I think your decaf brewing policy is ridiculous!
