These employees had my girlfriend come out crying because they were calling her the b word under their breath and laughing at her. All she did was ask If she could get help with a food item she had ordered 25 minutes prior. I will be taking this issue to higher levels because thats disgusting behavior. I understand you guys sometimes get mean customers, but as someone who works in customer service, you CANNOT treat everyone like they are trying to be problematic for asking a question. Genuinely disgusting dont work here if you cannot be kind. The main girls name was either Gia or Chris, she had red/black hair and glasses and a rainbow name tag, but the man who clocked out at 1 started it with a comment on his way out.

Absolutely insane that some corporate District Manager is so disconnected from the consumers and willing to please their bosses that they take away from the fundamentals of this gathering place: THEY DO NOT HAVE OUTLETS at this location!Also, its at the wrong location on the map - who is making $ managing this district??If youre worried about the homeless, try volunteering.

All of the electrical sockets have been covered with blank plates so there is nowhere to plug in your computer or phone chargers if needed. Makes it difficult to study or get work done even for an hour or so with your coffee/lunch without planning ahead.

Is this the best Starbucks in the area? I think so. Ive experienced no drama here. Its always chill inside, associates are kind and friendly. Open good and late. I havent had long wait times, but I wont go through a drivethrough at peak times. Quality of drinks are good!

No outlet available at all so if you visit this place, take your electronic devices fully charged or dont take it at all. One staff member was nice but the rest were just unpleasant or plain rude. I am a university student so having a place to go get a coffee, plug my computer and work on my assignments is a must. I left and went to my usual starbucks in Oxnard. They are amazing there.

Service was slow and management was pathetic. I was dismissed by purple haired barista when asking about more than my drink vs her checking on it. Then pink haired checker delegated someone behind the counter to get me a “card for waiting so long” but nothing and when I finally got my order it was in the to go orders, cold, and they’d get me another, seriously over 20 minutes for a sandwich and drink with 6-8 workers.

The drinks were good, but the employees were unprofessional. This location closes, as according to google, at 11pm, but the staff closed the restrooms at 9. This is obviously an issue in a coffee shop. Coffee, a natural diuretic, makes you pee. I’m guessing they’re trying to kick out customers in an attempt to leave earlier for the evening. The staff would go in and use the bathroom, only to finish their business and lock the doors behind them as they left. The staff were also scraping the chairs on the floor to, basically, tell us that they are closing shop very early. They were mopping the floors, missing our shoes by mere inches. It’s not like I was the only person in there. There were, at least, 10 other customers working at the tables. I’d love to come back and rescind this review and change from three stars to five stars. I’d also love to spend my time studying for an exam at the only starbucks in the area that’s advertised to be open late and be able to use the restroom as a basic courtesy to the customers.Come on guys, that was just rude.

Wow the staff here are really so friendly. I had a dingy moment and didn’t see the pumpkin spice on the menu so I ordered a different latte. I called the store while in the drive through, staff picked up quickly and changed my order with a cheery attitude! As a busy step mamma it’s the little things, like getting your pumpkin spice with a smile, that makes your day. Thank for being so great!

I was in the drive-thru this morning at 11:00 a.m. The young lady who took my order couldnt have been nicer... At the window, was another story. The young man needs to be taken off the window or get some manners. He was very abrupt when I couldnt get my phone in the correct light for him... also, I ordered my latte with no foam...what did I get ..loaded with milk foam...and the order on the cup was correct... at $4.75 a cup, the order should be correct. Too many Starbucks in town for this kind of service..

Their staff is so friendly and helpful. even when Im trying to switch it up and I cant get my words out, theyre patient and help me figure out something besides cold brew coffee. Ive had a great experience with at least three staff members who I had never met before so whatever theyre doing behind the scenes to train, its on point

Drive thru was busy and I waited for about 10 minutes! We could tell it was rough. But I completely understand and don’t blame any of the baristas for the slow service. Jardine greeted us at the window and was super sweet. Thank you for a good short conversation about kingdom hearts!

As others have stated the coffee is about as good as any other Starbucks, and the atmosphere to match.The dissapointment comes in the fact that they do not stick to the hours stated. We arrived about 20 minutes to close hoping to run to the restroom and grab a late night coffee only to be directed to the bathroom.If your store hours state youll be open to 11PM(10PM on Sundays) at least stay true to that or update the hours to actually be accurate.

I wish I could rate the customer service zero stars. The employ was very rude. I walked in with my Service Dog and she didn’t let her in. She immediately stopped me telling me that there’s no dogs allowed with an attitude. I told her she’s my service dog and she rolled her eyes at me. That made me very upset and I felt that I had no choice but to leave.

There are lots of places to get coffee in the morning but this Starbucks is heads above the rest! Their fast, fun, friendly drive-thru service is always the highlight to start my day off right! The Star-Maidens and Star-Lords always seem to brighten a dreary day and keep the motor running! I will definitely return!!

Super slow drive through! I’m writing this while waiting to order, there were 3 cars in front of me when I arrived, it’s been almost 10 mins and I still have one car in front of me! Get it together, I came here because it’s “on my way” but it would’ve been faster going to one that’s farther away and then doubling back. The one on Rose is much faster!Total time of visit 17 mins

I got my first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season! It was delicious and the store offered a great place to work for a couple of hours. I did have some internet issues and the trash was overflowing, but otherwise a good Starbucks location.

Ordered take out via a walk in order. The turkey pesto and bacon gouda sandwiches were great. Also ordered a chai tea latte with almond milk and a biscotti. Both were flavorful. Would definitely visit again.No dine in service. Masks required. Bathrooms available for patrons. Drive thru was very busy.

On may 18,2018 at 1:46pm I sent a mobile order to the Starbuck on Main & Telephone. The last two times I ordered from this store the drinks were made incorrect. I normally dont say anything, but today was the third time and when you pay $5 for a cappuccino one expects the barista to read simple instructions like add whipped cream. I politely asked Selena if she would add whipped cream to the drink. She was defensive from the start and confirmed with a mumble and set it in a line of 6 cups and turned her back, walked off to the corner and shuffled things around the countertop. I waited 5 minutes and asked for a refund. I told Selena that I already waited for the drink and shouldnt have to wait in line for whipped cream. Selena had a chip on her shoulder and suggested that there are always other Starbucks for me if I didnt like it. I was on my way out feeling very disappointed that I drove to the store leaving empty handed and not one employee stepped up to rectify the situation. They would rather refund my coffee then reach for the bottle of whipped cream. I asked for their managers contact info and Selena acted like I was being unreasonable. She gave me the line, Im a human too. She asked her colleagues if she could go into the back room as if I was being unreasonable. So here is a store with 4 employees, one is in the back of the store doing nothing, another was stocking cups, two were on the bar and all I was asking for was whip cream. Im very disappointed in how this was handled. I asked the shift supervisor for the managers and district managers card or contact information and she refused to provide it for me. I will not be supporting this kind of work ethic. Support local business like Beacon Coffee, Ragamuffin Coffee, Simons, Stoked, or Prospect Coffee.

Starbucks caused me to tantrum.Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes only to find out they dont have the 1 and only drink I get from a Starbucks; matcha green tea. Perhaps put a sign at the beginning of the drive-thru like most places do so others arent subjucated to sit through the 25 orders of gluten-free stevia-sweetened almond milk chai lattes ahead like i was, only to find out Im hosed? We are living in trying times, and being pushed to the edge due to lackadaisical oversight is just cruel. All I could do to keep my sanity was listen to High Noon by Feed Me really loud while I wait to escape this hell. You brought this on, Starbucks. You brought this on.

There is a girl named Jessica that works at this Starbucks who is extremely rude and gives the worst customer service. I have come to realize that this is probably because she is unhappy, and if I had to serve coffee for a living, Id hate my life too. Avoid this location (mainly because of her) if you can.

Went in there around 850pm feb 2nd. My friend had ordered a drink from a blonde girl in braids while the other short brown haired girl made the drink. An elderly homeless CUSTOMER fell asleep and the girl in braids went over to him and started clapping her hands laughing saying how he wont wake up. My friend woke him up by simply placing a hand on his shoulder stating theyll be closing soon. While he was getting up the braided girl insisted he leave again while other customers were in the store. the brown haired barista laughed and said i wouldnt have even touched him i wouldve drawn on him. Beind a customer service manager i was absolutely disgusted in their sad representation of humanity. Hes homeless. Its cold. He had coffee. You guys were beyond disrespectful, childish, and mind boggling. Maybe customer service isnt these girls forte. Highly recommend manager reconcider their positions.
